      I bought a GE laundry center through Coast Appliances in *************** through ****** *******. When I did my first load of laundry, it was very loud and was rocking back and forth. I took a video of it and showed it to some salesman at Coast and they asked me if I was washing bricks. ****** was off that day but they put in a support ticket for me. I never heard from anyone again regarding fixing it so I told them I wanted to return it. They ended up charging me $185 in total to pick up the faulty laundry center. ***** *****, the manager, thought he was doing me a big favour by not charging me a restocking fee for returning it. I didnt return it because I decided I didnt like it, I returned it because it was faulty. I was also charged $100 for delivery when ****** told me that delivery was free. When two guys came to take it away, they had no idea what they were doing and were asking me how to shut off the water. There were three separate times that others had come in to disconnect or connect the units and they had no problems. I asked them if they could phone someone at Coast and they said it was no use because nobody answers the phone. This was my experience as well. There several unreturned calls by ***** ***** and ****** *******. I even sent a message to the CEO **** ******, but never heard back from him either. I wish I had done my due diligence and checked reviews before purchasing from them because then I would have seen from all the reviews how poor their customer service is.

      We purchased two appliances a number of months ago. Both were floor models. We picked up the packaged appliances and took them to ****** to our rental property. Upon the installer unpacking the fridge, I was informed the electrical plug was sliced off. This would have been noticeable to anyone wrapping the package up. Complete disregard for the consumer. We immediately contacted ******** service and weve had nothing but a run around game for over two months now. We have been provided multiple ticket numbers as well as verbal confirmation on multiple occasions that the part was ordered. We have now passed the timeframe of the third ******** service *** ensuring it would be fixed within 5-7 business days. This has been ongoing since June with no rectification.

      ********** did an excellent job of helping us with our hood fan decision and purchase. He followed up with texts to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that it was working properly.

      Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. After three weeks of trying to get an update on my order, it was randomly just cancelled. I called at least 3 times and emailed twice with no response. When I eventually spoke to a person about the terrible experience he told me they just laid a bunch of people off so there is no one to help manage lost items. Our customer service isnt very good right now. I hope someone avoids the challenge of dealing with this company.

      Sales person was great, pickup was relatively easy, missing parts and then it all fell apart. I tried to work with them but they seemed to want me to do everything...as in another trip to the warehouse when i have to take a ferry to get to the mainland. I asked them to deliver the parts to the north shore store so I could pick them up, but they didn't listen and shipped them instead. They wouldn't return calls and I had to complain to customer just to get the North Shore store manager to give me a tracking number for the shipment in spite of his promises to call me. Bought the stove on Thursday, picked it up Friday. Called about the missing parts Monday. It's now Saturday and the package is sitting in ******** now. I have a stove that doesn't work. Where is the customer service? Thanks ********************** appliance for nothing.

      Dishonest.Unreliable.Rude.********************* "Manager in Training" sent me a shakedown email.It stated I must take delivery immediately or forfeit my $9,000 deposit. This came with no prior warning.The house these appliances are intended for is still under construction and there is nowhere to store them. Our salesperson knew this and assured us we could set the date at our convenience.Unprofessional. Abrupt. Threatening.
