      On Jan 11,2023 I purchased a ********** **" Built in Dishwasher. The installation was done by a person who is not a novice at installing appliances. Once installation was done, a test run was completed, to no avail. The dishwasher would not work. I called Coast numerous times and complained that it didn't work and I was passed around to numerous people, nobody would take responsibility for the problem I was having. **** ** **** * ** ** ** **** *** *********** *** ***** *** ** ********  Finally, on February 6th an appliance repair company called to make an appointment to fix the dishwasher. When that day came, they didn't show up until a week later. Meanwhile I am over a month without any dishwasher. The first Appliance repair number that was given to me by Coast, who refused to fix the dishwasher because they said that they would't do the repair for Coast because of non payment by Coast. I would give this company a zero, and would encourage anyone who would consider buying from Coast to think twice. They are a very unprofessional company to deal with. They don't care about the product once it's been shipped from their warehouses.

      ****** * **** ** ** ****** ******* My first experience with this company was great. I bought a fridge and a range. It went so good I thought I'd used them again for our new house. So I went back and bought a washer, dryer, fridge and a range from their "scratch and dent" section.
      The items I was sold were not "scratch and dent" they are returns. The fridge came missing the bottom glass shelf and had food stains in it. The dryer had a full lint trap. The washer smells moldy AND DOESNT TURN ON! and they just decided to send me a different model range without even consulting us.
      I called about the broken washer yesterday... still waiting for a call back.
      Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
      UPDATE!!!!
      Its been 4 months since the headache above took place. Coast setup the warranty work with *********. A local repair shop came out and found that the washing machine had been locked out. He ran his diagnostics and reset it, it is working fine.
      Last week we got a bill from ********* for $227.11 for the repair work. It has now cost me more to get this "scratch and dent" washer then I would of paid for a new of. I tried contacting coast about this. Its been 4 "business days" since manager was supposed to call me back. It has been 2 "business days" since you guys have stopped replying to my emails that I sent to the email address provided bellow.
      In the short discussions i did have with your customer care team, you guys don't want to take any responsibly for selling faulty appliances. I would like to be refunded for the cost of the repair. I spent close to 10 grand at your store last year and to be ignored by your customer service team is **.

      Our cooking range broke down in September and we decided to get a new one. Tim F helped us to understand the options, the features in different brands and models, and most importantly, the measurement of the model we have shortlisted and when we can expect our choice to be delivered. Tim followed through the order, the payment with the back office and the details of the delivery. Thanks Tim for making the whole process such a pleasant experience - we have been enjoying the new appliance for two months. Excellent service by Coast Applicances!

      Our sales consultant Tim F** was excellent in customer service, giving us great advice on the products. Delivery and installation was pushed ahead as our old washer/dryer was no longer operational. We had a bit of a complication with connection to older fixtures in the house and Tim came to the rescue, taking time on his day off to pay us a visit and personally ensured that everything was in full working order.
      Will not hesitate to make further purchases with Coast and Tim!!!

      I recently purchased a new microwave from Coast Appliances and was served by sales rep, Tim F**. My experience was very positive; the product was sourced and delivered quickly. The installation presented a challenge and Tim offered to come and assist me on his day off, at no extra cost. I was very impressed and grateful for this generous offer. I am a very satisfied customer.

      After purchasing a ******* dryer at DEC 14,2021, the dryer, which had been working for about 1 hour and 50 minutes, worked over 3 hours and 40 minutes from Jun, 2022, and tried to request a warranty from ******* Canada, but there was no contact with them.
      When you inquire at the place of purchase, contact the service team. They say there is nothing they can do, so just contact the service team and wait. received
      We advise you never to buy Coast Appliances.
      I will also purchase from other places in the future, *** * **** ****** *** **** *** **** *** ** ******** ** ****.
      They have no after-sales care for consumers.
      Worst dealer in Canada.

      I was looking to purchase a microwave and I thought I was going to another appliance store that starts with a C in this area. The sales person at Cost was completely clueless about about microwaves manufacturers and tried to convince me that one company manufactures for every brand and told me it doesn't matter what brand I purchase the quality is the exact same. I told her about the issue I had with my ** microwave (microwave door tripping breakers) and that the same issue was reported on a handful of different websites. Her response was that she never heard of this and all microwaves are the same. Left Coast as fast as possible after and thankfully found a knowledgeable salesperson elsewhere who looked through reviews with me and helped me make the right choice as a sales person should.

      I specifically wanted to buy a refrigerator as my 10 year old fridge was getting noisy.
      I made this perspective clear to the salesman, prior to purchase.
      The ********** Fridge was almost as noisy as the old unit. around 70 db when running.
      Much frustration in registering, and getting 3 separate servicemen.
      one from seller, 2 from **********.
      In the end, that's how noisy their fridges are, they all said.
      No reply from ********** after many attempts.
      Coast told me they cannot be responsible for this.
      They will me happy to sell me another brand of fridge,
      No returns...
      Steamed every morning I get up hearing the truck running in my kitchen.

      I bought a new home, with ******* appliances from Coast. First month the freeze broke, all the food was ruined. Took 2 months to get fixed. Then the Ice maker wasn't working correctly. This happened 2 times. Now the light in the fridge only works some times. All of this in the first year. I also purchased a extended warranty. In this time, ( 1 yr.) there have been at least 10 Techs show up for all these problems. Have to have someone here each time. ***** **** and Coast say it is ******** problem Both of them have walked away from their warranties. ******* **** ***** ** **** ******* *****
