      Over the past 4 months, I needed to order different appliances for various applications. Not only was the salesperson able to order in specialty appliances, but they were able to help get the best prices of all the appliances I needed. Througout the entire process, they were able to assist and ******************* to ensure quick receiving.

      Ordered a dishwasher online. Somehow Coast got the order mixed up and when I had them correct the order they had told me delivery would be min 30 days. After that period of time expired. They emailed and said it would take longer as the transfer truck from ******* did not have room. After 30 days, how can you not schedule a space for a dishwasher on a truck. This dishwasher was also advertised to be on sale for $549, marked down from $999. Where ********** is advertising the same unit for a regular price of $545. How can Coast say this unit is on sale. This is very deceptive advertising to the customer. They are lying to the consumer on worth. Canceled the order and went to **********. Will never deal with Coast Appliances again. Deceiving b*******

      ********** was my sales person and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My dishwasher stopped working and I needed to replace it ASAP. Coast had the Bosch dishwasher that I wanted in stock and they were able to have it delivered and installed two days after I ordered it, amazing!!! I can highly recommend *** and Coastal Applicances. Also, the installation company Simon ********************** did a great job.

      My kitchen was completely rebuilt in a renovation. My dishwasher, fridge and range hood were replaced. One of their very best sales associates, ****************** provided me professional and knowledgeable advices that really helped me choosing the right appliances. The delivery crews were also highly credited for their carefulness and friendliness. I would rate 10 stars if I were allowed to do so.

      I received amazing assistance and service when I had to quickly replace my broken dishwasher . ********** was responsive to my concerns and ensured that it was in stock, that it will fit into my **********. its now installed and working well. Thank you *** for the quick turnaround of 5 days from purchase to install!

      A recent Coast Appliances ******** post reads: Whether you're building your dream kitchen or replacing an old appliance, the first thing we're going to ask you is how big your new appliance can be. Make sure you come in ready with all the measurements you need so we can help you find the perfect appliance. We visited the ******* store to look at island range hoods, but none were on display. We returned home to check the website for range hoods with a height of 24 or less (any more and I would be hitting my head). We sent the Appliance Specialist an email with a photo of our kitchen island and ceiling. We asked about a ***** range hood, and if it would meet our specifications. If not, did they had any other suggestions? ************************ called to say the range hood would work, so we placed an order on Jan. 28. The range hood wasnt in-stock, so it was considered a non-returnable special order. We picked up the range hood on March 20. When opened, we realized the unit measured 35 high, far too large. I sent photos to **** ******* (the installer recommended by Coast Appliances) with where we wanted the unit installed. They called and said it could not be done. In retrospect, we should have consulted the installer before purchasing. However, we believe Coast Appliances should take responsibility for selling us a product that did not meet our specifications. They are supposed to be the Appliance Specialists! Last week, we returned the hood for a partial refund, for which we are grateful, but we are disappointed in the large 20% restocking fee. We believe Coast Appliances should be taking greater responsibility for serving their customers. Clearly, they have failed to provide responsible customer service.

      We just purchased a dishwasher and microwave from Coast Appliance, and have had nothing but issues with their service. We had asked for an estimated delivery date, so we could book the install and he said that he could not give one and to check in a week. I called a week later, and was told by **** again that ******* does not provide estimated delivery dates. I advised that I am only looking for an ***, and if there were delays, I understand as I also am in sales and understand supply chain issues. **** responded that he would not provide an ***, and "maybe he should discuss this with my husband as I clearly didn't understand". The demeaning way he treated me was out of line. I hung up and called back to speak to someone else, and was provided with the *** of delivery with no issue. I made an official complaint with the manager, *******, of the Surrey/******* store and was assured that **** would be pulled off our file. I booked the install with ************************. The next **************** advised the install company to cancel my appointment, without authorization from me or my husband. When the day came to have the install, it was discovered that the entirely wrong dishwasher was ordered, and the one we were given had no stainless steel plate on the front. The dishwasher is a complete eyesore and looks awful. We are currently in the process of listing our home, and now have to put all of that on hold as the kitchen can not be photographed or shown with the dishwasher looking the way it does. The resolution from Coast appliance was to completely replace the dishwasher with the right one. I have called the regional manager *****, multiple times and have yet to receive a call back. The only compensation that has been offer to us is $100! How they feel that is adequate compensation, when it doesn't even cover the cost of my missed work, not to mention the delay in selling our house, is beyond me.
