      I received a $60 Lululemon gift card as a gift. Upon opening the packaging, the gift card number and passcode (required for making an online purchase) were illegible, as the glue from the packaging removed some of the digits (photo attached). When I went into the store for help, they directed me to online customer service. I called that number and they sent a request, on my behalf, to another department within customer service. I received a response saying that the gift card was used, in a store, on 5/7/25. Despite my repeated requests for additional information, as this was clearly a fraudulent use of the card, which is still damaged and in my possession , they refuse. They cite their privacy police and gift card terms - neither of which say anything about refusal to share non-personal information related to fraud. They have since stopped responding to my email and I have no options. I understand gift cards may not be replaced if lost/stolen, the company has an obligation to help manage fraud and to service the customer. I am NOT asking for any disclosure of personal information at this time. I am merely asking for support to help me get my $60 back.

      I made an online purchase on 04/17/2025. Yesterday I went to Lululemon store in **************. I returned the online purchase of 2 pair of joggers (@$216.58) size 6/was too big. I also returned hair clip ($16.00 w/o tax). I wanted to order same items but only one was available. I got a receipt for refund for one pair of joggers (******). A refund of the other pair of joggers and the hair clips were added onto purchases I made as "exchange". I essence, I did not get tax refund on the joggers nor hair clips. In the end, I (purchase slip attached) paid $88.04. The credit of $****** was NOT credited to my bank account. The amount charged to my bank account was $88.04. I called Lululemon today to resolve my issue. The agent sent me an email asking me to attach a photo of my receipt. As I was attempted to accomplish that the agent hung up on me.

      I bought 5 Lululemon gift cards and each one is $50 from food basics on May 3. All 5 gift cards were successfully put into my Lululemon account on May 3 too. But now I found 4 of them ($200) are disappeared on my app(the last 4 numbers are:3916,8328,5945 and 9158). I tried to contact Lululemon's educator but the resolution team did not help me out. Everyone said the same word to reject my request as they said the gift cards were redeemed on May 13. In fact I did not buy anything on May13. I think it is a system error because nothing just valued exactly $200. I've contact Lululemon a lot of times, but they refused to provide any solutions and refused to give me the money back.       I purchased items from Lululemon and the Fedex driver, which Lululemon used ****** said he delivered and obtained signatures. The driver lied because he listed time that our business was closed and no person by listed name is here. No PPavlov. I have tried to email and chat online with Luluemon but they will not help me.

      Received 2 gift cards for $50 USD each ($100 USD total). I was able to use the first gift card without issue. However the 2nd gift card appeared to be tampered with and the Pin Code was scratched off (see uploaded document showing 2nd car with scratched off PIN). I went to the local ******************** store who was able to check the balance and told me it was $0 balance even though I never used it before. They instructed me to local Lululemon at ************. I called and explained I never used it and it shows a zero balance. The representative told me that this card was used in ****** (I am located in ** and have not been to ******). This is a clear case of gift card tampering/fraud and Lululemon should replace this to me given the circumstances.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a refund for a return I made to Lululemon, which was received by your company on April 24, 2025 under return number RETNV4779783.I contacted Lululemons customer service team two days ago, on May 6, 2025, and I was assured that my refund would be processed promptly. However, two days have passed, and I have still not received the refund in my account.This delay is both frustrating and unacceptable. I followed the return process correctly, and their team has confirmed receipt of the item. Despite this, my refund has not been issued. I contacted them again on May 8, 2025, and was told to wait another 3-10 business days. However, this is beyond the timeframe outlined in their policy, which has already passed.

      I purchased two gift cards from ***. One gift card in the amount of $100 was purchased for Lululemon. I gave the gift card as a gift, however, when the recipient attempted to use the gift card, Lululemon stated the card had been used two days after purchase. This is impossible because the PIN was not scratched off until we were at the register and it was prior to me giving the card as a gift. Lululemon could not provide any information about how the card was used either in person or online. I've contacted CVS and Lululemon multiple times with no resolution. I've also attempted to dispute the transaction with my credit card company since the gift card was bogus. I've attached receipts and the credit card dispute which was denied. No one from CVS or Lululemon has been able to assist me with this matter.

      Hi, i bought 7 t shirts and 5 shorts in the store. When i bought the t shirts they told me that i could return if they shrink to get my money back - i asked because they were perfect fit and any shrinkage could make not wearable. The bigger size was way too big so they said i would get my money back if any issues. 3 weeks later i went to return the shirts and then they declined to return for money back, as they promised. That is fraud. I want my money back. (1 shirt was from online order) the other 6 from in store under account with my email

      I attempted to use a 15% coupon code on my Lululemon account. Due to an account lockout (despite entering my correct password), the coupon code would not apply a second time. When I contacted Lululemons online support, the representative was unable to resolve the coupon issue. Instead, they expressly promisedon a recorded callthat if I placed the order at full price, Lululemon would refund 15% of my total purchase afterward. I complied and completed the purchase in full, yet weeks later I have received no credit and continue to encounter resistance from customer service when I follow *********************** records its customer service calls. During my call the representative clearly stated, Well honor the 15% and credit your account afterward. I have since made multiple calls to request the promised credit, but each time I am given the runaround or told the matter isnt in the system, despite the recorded *************** addition to failing to honor their promise, Lululemons representatives treated me rudely:Two different agents abruptly hung up on me ******************** male representative, after failing to help, mockingly said, Well, buy it then with your money, before disconnecting the call.Such behavior is wholly unprofessional and contradicts Lululemons stated commitment to customer care.I respectfully request the following actions:1.A 15% refund to my original payment method for my purchase, as promised.2.A review of the recorded phone calls from to verify the representatives assurance that I would receive the 15% credit.3.Appropriate customer-service training or disciplinary measures for the agents who disconnected calls or spoke to me in a disrespectful manner.

      I first contacted lululemon customer service department on Saturday, April 12, 2025. I received a gift card and scratched off the PIN by accident and was calling to see if a new card could be issued. I was then notified that the gift card had a zero balance. I received this gift card last September 2024 and have never used the card. I explained this to the customer service representative. I submitted a photo of the gift card along with the receipt. I requested to have an investigation done to look into what happened to the gift card. I never received any follow up within the time frame they stated.I contacted customer service again this morning, Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Again, I was told an investigation would take place and someone would get back to me.
