      I have tried multiple times to buy from bestbuy.ca and they have continuously denied my card. I went to my bank and got a new card, and they continue to deny my card. I feel that best buy.ca is a scam, I have spoken to several managers and they all say the same thing. My information is incorrect. It is not. besybuy.ca is a scam, fraudulently advertising items they are not selling. Constantly lying as to why they cannot process my transactions.

      I did an on line purchase for a V Tech phone system on November 29th 2023. Delivery was to be done by November 30th 2023. Sorry to say until now *****pm on the 30th of November I have not received the product nor any intimation as to what's going on. I spoke to an on line chat associate who didn't have anymore information than what I could see on line. He kept apologizing and requested me to wait till the end of the day and then chat again. I spent nearly an hour with him to no avail. I tried contacting the on line chat a little while back but I get a message chat unavailable further at this time due to inappropriate conduct.This is disgusting as I have screen shots of most of the conversation,I will not recommend anyone to do an on line purchase as Best Buy doesn't have the capacity to execute orders.They over promise and under deliver.

      I purchased printer less than a year ago. It has quit working. There is virtually no way to speak to a human. **************** is pushed off to a chat agent who may or may not care.Its rediculous

You have 2 purchases under this order, an ink cartridge and the Printer, which you purchased last year December, 2022 but you have received a full refund for your printer, as a result of you not receiving it. We also see that you are currently in contact directly with the Seller of the Ink Cartridge but referencing your printer.       Worst customer service I have ever received! The entire customer service department is incompetent. I ordered 2 of the exact same monitors at the exact same time. Once the tracking info was created, I was able to see that the shipping labels for both monitors were created at the same time and they are both coming from the same place.The next day I only received one monitor. According to customer service, the monitors were picked up by 2 different drivers, weird, but okay. When checking the tracking info, the package is awaiting pick up which I found strange. The next 4 days I've been contacting customer service getting different responses every time. One agent told me it'll arrive EOD, another told me it wasn't picked up yet, another said it'll arrive within 5 business days, another said the carrier had it, and another again said it wasn't picked up.Took matters into my own hands and contacted ********* and was advised by them that they in fact, don't have it. When going back to customer service, they told me they can't confirm that. Now when trying to speak to a supervisor/manager, the agent is giving me the work around. According to policy I have to wait 5 business days to talk about their poor customer service.This entire process has been ridiculous and I am very disappointed in the low quality of their support team. Their policies are outdated and seems like they can't make a simple call to the warehouse to ask where the package is. Will never be ordering online from Best Buy!

      !!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!Be carful shopping online with best buy with these guys I ordered a product and they put the incorrect address on it I ordered it through there market place I noticed as soon as the order was placed I talked to them on there ********************************************************************************************************* case. Well I get a shipping notification today and it has the wrong address still wich is 8 hrs from where I live. I call the customer service line they tell me it takes 3 days to change an order well I ordered it and three days would be tomorrow they told me that there is a signature required so it will be shipped back so until then I'm s*** outta luck and to call canada post. Right after that eufy the company I ordered from messages me tells me that it is shipped there is nothing they can do. Well I call Canada post there is nothing I can do but the shipper can have it returned or redirected and there is no signature required and that the package will be deliver in 3 days I messaged the seller again with this info after they both lied to me and I guess I wait 3 days for response I'm the mean time the person at the address I'm shure will get the package and enjoy it and I'm out nearly 200 dollars great customer service on both parties I don't recommend risking you hard earned cash with forien customer support on both eufy and *********************** part.

The phone is locked and has been reported Lost Best Buy is not helping and ******* said they can't do anything about it Technicians looked at it and said the phone has been reported Stolen and there is nothing anyone can do about it wish i can give it ZERO rating

      try to claim warranty for my phone , while they did not refuse to do it, they ask me for **** dollars in advance to process the service, I offer to bring the defective product (cellphone ) to the store or mail it priories to receive the repair device but they dont have this options, so definitely a way to discourage you or a big chance you can't come up with the amount of money necessary to process the claim, bad business practices

      Facilities could be kept A LOT cleaner. Over the summer I killed some sort of flies against the wall in the shower and then left them to see how long it would be until someone cleaned the shower. They're probably still there, but I stopped using the showers after they were still sticking to the wall for a month.
      As someone that has experience in HVAC, there is really no excuse for drips to be coming from your ceiling all the time being collected by buckets below. It is very unprofessional nor the safest option. I often see drips without buckets collecting on the ground as the employees don't seem to leave the front desk. When I was there the other day, there were 6 guys just standing and chilling behind the desk and I found it very confusing as no one seemed to be working. Massage chairs and tanning facilities are often out of order and they only have stand up tanning, no lay down which is frustrating after leg day.
      There are also construction projects that have been left unfinished for almost a year.
      If you go in "work out ready" to avoid the change rooms, clean the machine BEFORE you use it and avoid the change rooms or tanning rooms at the end, its a fine facility for the price. Again, CLEAN THE MACHINE BEFORE YOU USE IT as well as at the end because the employees do not enforce the expectations that a user should be cleaning the machine after use.
      When you're ready to cancel, do not trust the website in any way and just go into the facility to cancel as their customer service options are abysmal.

      I purchased a laptop from best buy and signed up for additional protection and within 6 months the laptop had to be fixed/replaced and I was advised the extra protection is now voided and cancelled as they fixed/replaced and once replaced that protection plan is cancelled. They advised if I wanted to continue with protection plan I would have to sign up for a new membership. I said that does not make sense as it is they charge monthly and does not expire u til ****.. They assured me because they fixed/replaced it is now cancelled. They made me sign up for a new plan after I tried to debate with manager that does not make sense.. To make a long story short it went from being charged once a month to 3-4 times a month for one product. When I contacted support they advised I was being charged for 3 plans now and the initial one was still in effect until ****. They advised if I wanted to cancel the new membership that was not needed that I would be charged $180 for cancellation fee I went from being charged once a month for one plan to 3-4 times a month and sometimes every few days seeing protection plan charges being debited from my account this is unfair trickery sales practices in my opinion Ians what I paid for protection could easily re purchase for the one product for the amount being charged every month Also why did they make me believe the original plan was voided/cancelled when the product was fixed/replaced under the plan which was clearly not the case as the initial protection plan was still good and being charged u til ****.. I expect more from Best Buy and did not tho k this is the sales practices they use which is trickery in my opinion.

      SHAME ON BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD!!!! My 82 year old mother has made SEVERAL attempts in store to cancel her Geek Squad plan. Ignorant clerk at ********* ******* store refused to help and actually LAUGHED at her. Now we find out they actually RENEWED the plan instead of canceling it, she's been paying for nearly another full year!! Spoke to a phone agent today and they hung up on me when I asked for a Supervisor!!! DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!
