      I've been trying to get my fridge door re-adjusted after it was installed but all I've been getting was the RUN AROUND. I've been told I would hear back from someone in 48 hours to have a service call to have someone come to readjust the door so it would propably close. As it is not it won't stay closed plus when it opens & closes it scraps not sure against what. But since I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone from the head office I plan to do my best to bring this company to its knees by telling people that BEST BUY IS a FRAUD COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO HONOR ITS WARRANTIES. I have had problems with a washing machine when being told that the ** protection plan only covers anything inside the machine but since the hinges that belong to cover are not inside the machine they were not covered.Most likely just as when being told that since the fridge door is not inside the fridge is it not covered by the warranty & will have to pay to have the door readjusted on a 40-day fridge

      I actually Shocked when I contacted BestBuy associates through tel. conversation and in-store. Last week I placed an order through the BestBuy website for a laptop to be picked up in another province; I live in **. But due to unknown causes, the order has been canceled from BestBuy. I expected that ordering a laptop from one province to be taken in another province would be a simple process, but it looks like it is a complicated order for BestBuy. The worst thing is that I called BestBuy telephone number: *******, but I think that theres a scam because I found that the new order which was placed by the BestBuy associate was not placed in the system as the BestBuy shop assistant said that the order was not in the system. To my surprise, the guy through the number I mentioned above (***************) told me to call my bank to let them know to approve it. But when I found that the order was NOT in the system, I canceled the payment and actually canceled my Master Card and requested a new Master Card as I thought it was a fraud. The reason why! I received an email just with a 10-digit number (**********) which did not exist in BestBuy systems. I received the email from this email address: ***********************. I appreciate it if BestBuy let me know what happened with the order. All communications and documents are available as per request.

      Best Buy uses ********* for financing I was shocked that ********* will not send out any statements on accounts which do no require minimum monthly payments. This is clearly a way to trick consumers into accidently paying interest because it would be easy to forget a payment date that is 12 months away when there is never a reminder of the amount owing. There should be a law that says the company must send out monthly statements. Legitimate companies will always send a monthly statement. As Best Buy is supporting this deceitful practice they are equally responsible.

      Worst installation ever!! Washer leaked the first day ! Lucky I checked !! Now I have to go thru the whole process again !! My new hardwood floors would of been ruined I dont know who they hired for this installation but maybe consider better more knowledgeable people who actually know what they are doing !

Just buy your stuff off Amazon don't let this absolute garbage company stay afloat. It should be to all of our benefit to give this garbage company as little business as possible so they go bankrupt and don't get more chances to scam customers and take their money.       Not even a year after buying a laptop it stopped working & when I took it back to them for help all they did was tell me what they weren't gonna do to help me instead of what they could do yo help me. When I confronted a Mgr & asked valid questions on why I was misleadabout several things I was asked to leave the store. Needless to say I got them to FINALLY DO THEIR JOBS & WOW look they got all the info we needed. I will never ever again support Best Buy Canada Horrible customer service.

      I'm writing about the horrible service received from Geez Squad. I filed a service request for my mobile device on April *******. They promptly sent me a replacement device (which by the way is a refurbished device!). After setting up the replacement it died on me and I wasn't able to power it up. I called them to report the problem and they offered to send an empty box so I could send them their defective device. Annoying since I'm still without a working cell. I get the box, return the cell. I finally receive another cell. The battery was very low so I charged it overnight and the next morning I was not able to power that cell up! I called again and they promised they are reworking my order and making an exception and sending a device immediately. After waiting 10 days I called back since nothing has been received. Apparently the agent didn't properly finish my request. ***** now processes the claim and says cell is on the way. A few days later I receive ANOTHER empty box. I'm furious at this point since that ****** was suppose to have a mobile device included. I've returned their second defective device and have called them to keep their refurbished devices. They also charged my credit card $1,954.58 on April 18th, 2023. So after 8 weeks nothing has been rectified. This has caused a lot of stress and many telephone calls. I called them this morning, June 8, 2023 to request a refund of the deposit and to cancel my claim. Also have requested many times to speak to a supervisor and have never received a call back. I will never pay for this awful protection again and will not recommend it to my worse enemy. I will go out and purchase a new device. As far as I'm concerned I should be refunded the total of what I've paid for the protection play for a total of $454.96 since they were not able to provide me with a working replacement device as per the contract I signed.

      **** and switch on ***** **** product. Advertised online product was not what was shipped to me. Option given is to return incorrect product. Now product I ordered they want more money for. From what I understand this is an ******* practice under the competitions act in Canada, and will be filing a consumer complaint with *************************** office.

      They have 2 offers on website when you buy a ***** 7. If you buy the ***** 7 you get $200.00 off a ***** watch, if you buy ***** buds you save 25%. Nowhere in the description did it say you could not have both promotions, I read the fine print and it said nothing. I chatted with customer service and he told me it should have been applied that I should be able to have both, as nowhere did it state otherwise. Best buy customer service lied on the phone about the offers. I feel that this is false advertising and I may file a complaint with the ombudsman.

      Terrible service and communication from Bestbuy. For the *********** Fryer Recall, I have been waiting almost a year for my refund and there has been no communication as to whether they received the recalled unit, and why it is taking so long to process. I also find it unfair that the instead of reimbursing people for the purchase with cash, they are giving BestBuy giftcards instead. This lack of communication and long process times makes me wish it was not a giftcard because I cannot see myself shopping at another BestBuy again. A recall is not the fault of the consumer, so I do not understand why they are making it so difficult to be made even for their mistake. In the future I am shopping elsewhere.
