      I was given a parking ticket by this company however I do not feel it is justified. I was parked within the hour long slot and was a customer at the restaurant. Also the way they have the signs laid out makes it seem like it only applies to the parking along the fence. I feel like they are ******** people here and that it is unjustified.

      Upon review, it appears the parking ticket was issued in accordance with our regulations, which
      clearly state that walk-offs are not permitted. Unfortunately, this does violate our parking rules.
      Royal Parking Services is committed to ensuring fair and equitable use of parking spaces for all
      visitors and customers. Our patrol officers follow strict protocols when issuing parking tickets,
      which are based on clear and visible signage throughout the lot. The officer who issued the ticket
      witnessed the driver leaving the property without his vehicle, which is a violation of the posted
      parking rules.

      I received a notice in the mail for an unpaid parking ticket that I previously knew nothing about. When I called Royal Parking Services, they said that the car was parked in front of ****** at *************** before Christmas, and that the driver walked away and left the lot. My wife was shopping at ******, and when she was done she returned to the car and drove elsewhere. She did not leave the lot or go anywhere else. She does not walk, anywhere, ever. When I called them about the notice, they claimed to have proof. I asked them to send me said proof, and they sent me a photo of my car with a ticket on the windshield. I checked on line and there are dozens of complaints about this company, for the exact same issues that I am having.Now they are trying to ********** me by *********** to go to collections. I have no intention to pay them unless they can prove their accusations, which they obviously cannot do. But I am concerned about a company *********** tickets and trying to ********** people into paying for something they did not do. I also do not want this to go to collections. Please advise.

      I received a parking ticket letter notice in the mail twice,although I never received a ticket from Royal Parking Services at the time of the supposed infraction. I have a receipt as well indicating that I was shopping in the lot at the time of the ticket issued. Royal parking services does not seem to comprehend emails. I am also in the process of filing a human rights complaint against Royal Parking Services given that Royal has continued to insist that I must have been shopping at *** ***********, over the phone and over email. ** * ****** ** ***** ******** * **** **** ****** ********* *** *************** I have attached a copy of my receipt. My ticket notice number #************. I would like an apology for the ************** and ticket to be canceled.

      Royal Parking Services incorrectly and ******** left a parking violation notice on my vehicle. The claims and comments on the ticket are ***** and I am not at fault for any fines whatsoever. I have tried speaking with their appeals department but they are refusing to accept that their own staff have made a ******* ******* ** *** **** *** ******** to prove their below claims. I am deeply disappointed by their unprofessional practices and lack of accountability.

      The supposed reason for the accused notice is for unauthorized parking and the comment on the parking violation notice says that “Parking is only valid when using facilities in the building”, implying that I was not using the facilities in the building. However, I WAS using the facilities in the building during the time my vehicle was parked. 

      To prove it, I have attached photos of a receipt from the business that I was a patron at, which is located at the parking lot address on the parking notice. I purchased a drink there within the allotted 2 hour parking that is allowed on the property, as I was in a space that allowed for 2 hours of parking.

      Upon contacting Royal Parking Services, the appeals department claims that the officer who issued the parking violation saw the driver of the vehicle walk off the lot. However, the officer must have witnessed a driver from a different vehicle walk off the lot, as I never left the lot or the facilities and the vehicle in the image that is printed on the parking violation is definitely NOT my vehicle. It is obvious from the image that the officer mistakenly witnessed a different driver from a different vehicle walking off the lot. I have attached a photo of the parking violation as proof. 

      Please remove all fines and violations from the license plate that is listed in the parking notice at once, as there is no evidence or proof of any of the claims Royal Parking Services and their officer are making.

      The following ticket was issued because the officer witnessed the diver of the vehicle park and walk-off the lot around 12:35 pm, after providing enough period for the driver to return to the lot, the officer issued the ticket a\t 1:27 pm, however the receipt provided is at 2:10 pm which is almost after 2 hours of the walk-off. 

      As per the rules installed in the lot walk-off are strictly prohibited, at any point from the lot. 

      Hence, the following ticket is valid and the reduction already provided by appeals of $44.00 will still be considered to be paid before January 29th,2024.

      The attached receipt is well within the 2 hours of parking that is allowed at this parking lot. If we do some simple math and add 2 hours to 12:35pm, that brings us to 2:35pm, and the receipt is dated at 2:10pm. The time I was at this business is not outside of the allowed parking. “Almost 2 hours” does not make any sense whatsoever, as the time is either within the allowed frame or not, and it is clearly within the allowed time frame. 

      Furthermore, I never walked off the parking lot and was at the businesses located at this parking lot’s address the ENTIRE time. You cannot prove that I walked off of the lot, as you would have done so if I did. The officer who left the notice was most certainly mistaken as the attached notice on my vehicle contained an image of a car that is NOT my car. 

      Please remove all fines and violations from the license plate in said notice at once. Thank you for understanding.

      I was on the property throughout the ENTIRE duration of my vehicle being parked, and you have failed to provide evidence or proof of me ever walking off of the lot. I welcome you to do so, otherwise you have no reason to deny my request of removing all fines and violations from the associated license plate. 

      The vehicle in the pictures you’ve attached do NOT match the vehicle in the notice I received, which again shows the incompetencies of your officer and their mistake of leaving a violation on the wrong vehicle, for the wrong driver. It is clear that the officer witnessed the driver of a different vehicle walk off the lot, and mistook it for my vehicle.

      i only got a letter after the fact, 5 weeks after the fact stating that I was in arrears 

      plus, their parking officer “ observed” that I left the parking lot. I originally stated I went into *** *** that day but seeing the picture of my vehicle,  5 5that was a different day on another occasion where I actually parked in *** *** parking lot. This observation by the Royal parking officer was flawed as the businesses in question for this parking have doors located on #3 Road as well. Unless he /she followed me, he had no idea where I was going.

      Notice# ************ On October 17, 2023, I received a letter from Royal Parking, claiming a parking violation against my vehicle on August 8, 2023. However, I wish to bring to your attention that, like many complaints on BBB, I did not receive any tickets on that day.The "parking notice" indicates that the alleged violation occurred at 1:01 pm, while my car had already left the premises at 12:58 pm. I can substantiate this with evidence from both my smartwatch and smartphone, both of which tracked my location history with timestamps.Upon reaching out to Royal Parking via email to dispute the claim, their representative responded by stating that "the officer witnessed the driver of the vehicle walk off the lot." However, during the alleged time, I was inside ******** ****, shopping for the entire 21 minutes. Although I did not make a purchase during this particular visit, I am a frequent shopper at ******** **** and enrolled in their ******** ****** ******* program. Moreover, my location history clearly indicates that I remained within the store premises from 12:37 pm to 12:58 pm. Despite providing this substantial evidence, Royal Parking has failed to acknowledge my dispute and has proceeded to issue a "final warning letter."It's crucial to note that during this period, my wife was also present in the vicinity, walking into the car while it was in the parking lot, further establishing that I did not leave the premises. I find this situation completely unacceptable, as it appears that the company is making baseless claims and issuing what seems to be unjust fines merely because their officer claimed to have witnessed an incident without providing any tangible proof. Moreover, their lack of response to my dispute, despite presenting clear evidence, raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to fair and just practices.

      -Received a parking violation notice on June 30th/23 at 2:36pm. -I parked at a ********* and entered through the front entrance of the *********. Parking was for ********* customers only. Apparently there are 2 entrances to this ********* and I went in through the front. I came out to a ticket saying I received the ticket as the parking was for ********* customers only. -I obviously appealed this, as I only went into the *********, gave my order details. They ticketed me and time stamped when I first arrived (and walked off the lot to enter the front entrance of the *********), but as ordered as soon as I entered, I obviously did not have time to do anything else, but enter the *********. -The replied that the officer saw me walking off (with no proof of course), and gave me a discounted price for my ticket. -I responded to this email, as I am not going to pay for a ticket that is *****, and they did not respond to that email. -Now I keep receiving mail about paying these tickets and now a file suit. -I have had to waste a lot of time reading reviews, writing an appeal, now writing this and of course having to receive there letters. -They do not give you a chance to appeal, even with all the evidence that you did nothing wrong. -they have no evidence that I did. -Now the are ********* me. -Here is my order details on June 30th at approximately 2:36pm ********** #**** ***

      I received a notice (. Final collection notice ) in the mail today from Royal parking service asking for the amount of $120.00 for a parking violation notice number ************ . First of all, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of Royal Park service . I’ve never been served a ticket for my car prior to this letter from Royal Park service nor received any letters prior to this first letter, I received today, and the letter that I received today from Royal parking service. doesn’t indicate where the offence took place. There’s no photos of my car . The only thing in this letter only indicates I owe $120. My license plate number, the date due and the notice number. I’m beyond shocked that this company without further details of my car in question has ordered me to pay $120 without a ticket on my car or Photos to justify their claims. This is unacceptable from Royal parking service. You need to do better!

      On October 6, 2023, around 2:30 pm, I drove to ***** ******* * *** ***** **** Coquitlam and parked my car in the customers' parking lot. This was a first visit for me, so I looked around and did some shopping at ****** ***********. I made 3 purchases from ******, one at 14:35, others at 14:36 and others at 15:05 and I have receipts for 2 of them, the third one is missing but you can see them all in my credit card transactions. When I got back to my car, I saw the Parking Violation Notice paper written at 2:45pm with the words “move away” in the comment section. What does walking away mean? I was shopping at that time. When I saw the notice, I looked around, where was the officer? I couldn't find anyone. I asked ******, they gave me a phone number, I called them and they said send us an e-mail with your receipt as an attachment, there is no need. worry about it. I went home and emailed ******************** and sent a message through the contact us section of the company's website. I was checking the Payment Notification section of the companies website **************************** every day but I wasn't seeing anything until the 17th. October . After that date, you will now see a parking violation penalty of 74CAD. I called again and they said don't worry, email again with your receipt attached, no problem. I sent an email but there was no response from the company. Also, on October 18, I went to the company address listed on the company's website ***** * **** ****** ****** ********** *** ****. But there was no one. What kind of job is this? I've wasted time, fuel and 9CAD in parking fees and I'm still waiting for an answer. How did I commit a parking violation?

      Additionally, as informed on call, manual tickets take time to be updated in the system, as soon as it was updates you were able to check it on website. Also, the price might be shoeing $74.00 but as a disputing period from when it is updated in system, we informed you it will be considered $59.00. 

      The dispute period started after the ticket got updates and as per the email it takes 4-5 business days to dispute it after we receive the ticket. 

      As a courtesy, the following ticket has been reduced to $40.00 due on October 28th.

      Your officer saw me walking away. Where am I going? How far have I gone? You can see on my credit card statement that I shopped at ****** at 15:05 after they fined me at 14:45. How far was I? Then I left the park, where is the penalized action? How far can I go from the parking lot without getting fined and where does the fine start? How do I know where these are written? Even though you see my shopping receipt and credit card statement attached, your request for a penalty and your failure to respond to me until BBB steps in shows that *** **** *** **********.       Hi, 

      As we already informed you, it takes 4-5 business days to respond and process the email once it gets in the system, hence the ticket was going to be disputed on appeals as well but as you went ahead with BBB, we disregarded that platform and disputed this from here. 

      Additionally, the walk-offs are considered as soon as you step out of the lot, does not matter for how long you are gone or how far you are, once you leave the lot without your vehicle it will be considered a violation, the rules are attached at the entrance of the lot. This is the driver's responsibility to check for the rules before parking and make sure no violation has occurred.

      The ticket was reduced based on the receipts you provided, hence, as you were patron of the business the following ticket was reduced but it cannot be waived.
