      I received a parking violation notice from royal parking services in the mail on June 27, 2022 regarding a parking violation on March 13, 2022. Why was I notified 3 and half months after the supposed violation? I was parked at a spot designated for patrons of 6091-6151 No 3 road in Richmond but they claim I wasn't and they can't offer any proof. They claim there was a ticket on my car but there never was. I emailed them right away on June 27 but they didn't respond until July 5. We emailed back and forth until July 15 when they sent 2 pictures supposedly of a ticket on my car. The first picture showed my car but there was no ticket on my car. The second picture showed a ticket but there was no proof thaf it was my car. I notified them of this in an email on July 15 which was my last response to them. I figured everything was resolved because they didn't respond to my last email. Then I received another parking notice in the mail from them on September 1 about the same unpaid ticket, 1 and half months after we emailed each other. They fail to offer any proof, yet won't stop sending supposed violations in the mail. I've heard a lot of complaints about them. They have a very bad reputation given their rating of 1.7 out of 5. ** ** **** * *****

      All information and pictures related to ticket were provided. Ticket was issued on March 13th, 2022 because you parked your vehicle at ****** parking and the rules state that NO PARKING AFTER BUSINESS HOURS is allowed (it was 20:25). These rules are clearly stated in signs throughout the lot. You received the first reminder, which was reduced to $85.00 and you failed to make payment. This is the reason why you received a another letter (Final reminder), which is $120.00. The best we can do is to charge original amount of $74.00 and no extra charges. Please make payment until September 20th. Please call us or make a e-transfer.

      In response to royal parking, there was never a ticket on my car. No proof has been provided that I received a ticket or was parked in the wrong place. I received 2 pictures. The first picture showed my car but there was no ticket on my car. The second picture showed a ticket but there was no proof that it was my car. I responded in an email to royal parking regarding this on July 15 but they didn't respond, so I thought everything was resolved. Why didn't they respond instead of ignoring me and sending another notice in the mail more than 6 weeks later?

      and plate number must be included in the memo/note section, no password
      required.

      This is our best and final consideration for this notice.

      In response to royal parking services, you sent me 2 pictures on July 15 but they don't prove anything. This is the fourth time I will be saying this: the first picture shows my car, but there's no ticket on my car. The second picture shows a ticket, but there's no proof that it's my car. Either address this or stop sending me ticket notices. I won't be paying anything since I didn't do anything wrong.

      This is also my best and final consideration for this notice.
