      Re: Notice #*********** April 5, 2023 Hi, I got this parking ticket reminder dated April 5, 2023 in the mail regarding some parking violation back on February 4, 2023 in the parking lot of ************ supermarket in ********, **. However, I did not even get the parking ticket on my windshield in the first place. Besides, ************ offers free parking for their customers that shop there. I was doing grocery shopping at ************ on February 4, 2023. I sent an email to Royal Parking to dispute the ticket and attached a screenshot of my credit card transaction for the grocery shopping at ************ on that date. I requested a photo proof that I parked at ************ illegally. They have not yet responded to my dispute. I would like Royal Parking to cancel the parking ticket and notify me once that is done.

As per the receipt from ************, the Transaction Dates are is shown as February 5th and Posted Date is February 6th, whereas the ticket was issued on February 4th. 

      As per your appeal, that you did not receive the ticket, we are reducing the ticket to $74.00 due on May 8th.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did not walk off the property at ***** *******, and I did not see the photo proof attached in Royal Parkings response.  The parking patrol might have taken down the information on the wrong car if the offender happened to pass through the side of my car.  

      The photo proof of placing the ticket on my windshield was also not attached in Royal Parkings reply.  If I saw the ticket on my windshield, I would have kept my grocery receipt to dispute the ticket.  It is not fair to me in that I did not even have a chance to collect my evidence.  

      As I explained in my email to Royal Parking, credit card transaction date can vary by a day or two depending on when the merchant cleared the transaction.  

      If Royal Parking questions the legitimacy of my transaction date, same thing can be said about how accurate the parking ticket date is.

      Please waive the parking ticket or provide photo proofs.

      I had received a parking ticket from royal parking that patrols the rental parking spots in the ****** ******** ** **** ***** ***. I received the ticket even though I had paid for an annual parking pass from May 15, 2022 to May 14, 2023.

      Upon appealing and providing proof of my valid parking, my appeal was disregarded and I was told to pay the ticket regardless of the evidence provided.

      I can provide proof of valid parking receipt as well as correspondence with the strata building management confirming my pass was valid at the time. However, the strata indicated they cannot force Royal Parking to withdraw the ticket, hence I have no reasonable means of resolving the problem.

      I have included correspondence with Royal Parking where they disregarded evidence of my valid parking pass and considered my appeal invalid.

      Royal parking has now forwarded the debt to ******* *********** ******* who continues to harass and send threatening letters that demand and will only accept payment in full as they are not concerned with how the debt even came about.

      I was issued a parking violation ticket by Royal Parking Service while shopping at ******** ***** located ************** on Feb. 10th @ 01:15 PM. Notice No #************. Also, that photo of "officer ** 26" took was NOT EVEN MY CAR! it indicated that the reason I received this ticket is because "I walk off the property" but I was actually SHOPPING INS**E ******** *****. I have the receipt to proof this ticket is wrongly issued. However, I have sent 3 emails regarding to this ticket but not even one get replied from Royal Parking service, I also tried to call them via their phone # but it also seems not operational. I have checked the review of this ******** **** location and seems like there are many people like me getting wrongly ticketed. if Royal Parking Service is just going to ignore our emails & calls, then just don't print the means of contact on your tickets at the first place. I am looking for someone from this company to actually reply on my request and waive this ridiculous ticket of theirs.

      Hi, my mom parked in a free parking area to buy ice cream from a business there and didn’t get any windshield or paper ticket. I just received a ticket In the mail a month later and it’s saying I owe $102, $74 for unauthorized parking and $28 for incurred cost?????

      The following ticket was issued because the vehicle was parked in the ****** Plaza while the ice cream place is at Winston Plaza, that's why the ticket was issued. These plazas are next to each other, but these are 2 different plazas owned and patrolled by 2 different companies.

      On jan11/23 @3:03 pm i purchased food and drink at the drivethrough ********** on *********. Poco.St. Then parked on lot and ate.After got out to put garbage in bin which used to be on median on passenger side of truck but was not there.Only one bin in middle of lot which was as usual overfilled So went inside restaurant to go to washroom and get rid of garbage.When i came out there was a ticket on windshield.Saw a kid in a beat up old car sitting looking straight at me so thought to go over and ask if he put ticket on my truck.saw handheld ticket printer on his seat.He started his car as soon as i started talking and took off.As you can see by the time stamped receipt i enclosed that showed i was a paying customer and the fact that the picture he took of me supposedly leaving the lot was just a black splotch on the ticket that this was just a *** ***** Beware.       I am writing to file a complaint against Royal Parking Services for their handling of my parking violation appeal and for issuing an additional violation notice. I originally received a parking violation notice on Nov 15/22 that I believed was an error, as I was a customer at ****** Bay restaurant at the time, and the low quality photo on the notice appears to be of a different car. I immediately filed an appeal and despite sending a follow-up email in December 8th and Jan 7th, I have not received a reply for over a month. Attached is an image of my google maps timeline that shows I was at ****** bay restaurant that day. Notice #************ for license ****** at lot no 209.

      I recently received an additional violation notice in the mail, which I believe is a result of the company's failure to properly address my initial appeal. I am requesting that the violation notice including additional penalties be cancelled. Additionally, I would like to see the company improve their procedures for responding to appeals and address issues in a timely manner.

      I was just issued a fraudulent parking ticket by Royal Parking Services. ***** ****** ** ******* * ********* ** ******* I was issued a parking ticket at 12:06 PM on 11-23-2022 at the **********, corner of Laurel St. and S.W. Marine Dr.

      The ticket claims my vehicle was parked there for over an hour, with Officer ID 5 claiming to have checked my car at 10:40 AM.
      This is nonsense as I was on a zoom call in my office in Richmond at 10:40 AM with two other people. Just prior to my attending **********, I was picking up printing supplies at ****** on Laurel St.
      When I left there I saw the ********** and decided to purchase a burger for lunch on my way back to the office. I parked in a ********** packing spot. Went inside, purchased my burger, and came out to a $59 ticket which claimed I had overstayed in a 1 hr time limit spot, having claimed to have checked at 10:40 AM and saw my car in that parking space. Obviously impossible as I wasn't even in that city at the time.

      This is all obviously a lie. Attempts to reach them result in just being run around, with automated instructions to send them a written dispute of the ticket.

      This isn't a simple mistake. It contains obviously fraudulent information and is nothing more than a shakedown of the public.

      I wanted it brought to the BBB so that others will be aware of their activity, and next I am reporting the incident to the Vancouver PD.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As I stated in my original response to this company at the time of the ticket, I have signed statements from three people confirming A) that is was in a meeting in Richmond BC at the time my car was allegedly parked at ********* in Vancouver. B) that at 11:30 I was down the road with my car picking up 3D Printing supplies at ******. Again, it's not possible for me to have been where this company claims I was as I have witnesses placing me (with records and receipts)  at other locations.

      The "evidence" they provide to back up their claim, is some black blob that doesn't even look like a car, let alone proof of it being my car.

      This is nothing more than a shakedown for cash. That they have offered to reduce the ticket price is no doubt an attempt to get me to jump at a smaller amount to make them go away.

      I made them aware of these facts at the time I received this fraudulent ticket. I thought that would get the message and drop this with a simple "Whoops, sorry, our mistake", but instead they are doubling down on this and proceeding as if they actually have a claim. If this is the direction that they want to head in, I will accommodate them. I will have my lawyer contact them as I will file a law suite against their company. I will be seeking reimbursement for my time that I have had to waste dealing with their fraudulent claim, and of course the cost of my lawyer, and any expenses my witnesses experience for attending a court appearance they cannot with, since I have actual evidence on my side, and they have a black blob and a bogus claim.

      This is entirely in their court. They can back off, or I will proceed with legal action.

      The proof that your vehicle was there has already been provided to you. As per the request, the pictures have been sent to you,which show your vehicle was still parked in the lot. You checked in at the restaurant at 10:40AM and the vehicle was still parked at 12:00pm, our officer after providing the 15 minutes grace period issued the ticket for the vehicle.

      The best we can do in our situation is provide concession, which have been provided of $44.00 due at December 29th.

      This is the best and the final consideration we can provide for this case.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have provided proof of nothing. The image is barely recognizable as a car! (it doesn't even match the shape of my car or the pattern of the logo on the back)

      Attached you will see a screen shot of the appointment for the meeting I was attending in Richmond at 10:30 AM. I can produce signed statements from all parties in that meeting to that fact.

      Also you will see the receipt for the 3D Printing materials I picked up with my car at ****** at 11.59 AM. The receipt references their head office in Toronto, so subtract 3 hrs off the timestamp. No worries though, because the staff at ****** will also provide me with signed statements that I was at their store at that time picking up my purchases.

      As you can see from the clip of a map, ****** is just down the road from ********* which I pulled into shortly after 12PM to pick up a burger. I came out minutes later and found your ticket on my car. That is the first time I was in that parking lot all day.

      I've given you the benefit of the doubt, that your employee simply mistook my car for one he saw earlier in the day (it is a common car), but your insistence to try and force this issue when you have no evidence, and I have plenty to refute it, makes this look less like parking enforcement *** **** **** * ****.

      November 7th, 2022 From 12:55 to 13:00. I have parked my car on the parking slot, since I can not parked in the Main Street (3rd Rd) I have to leave the car over that spot to inquire at **** where is their parking spots. It took me 4 minutes, when I came back to move my car it was already issued with a ticket. These is unacceptable since there are more stores over there, and it is a right to ask for parking information and it is the only parking nearby in the area.

      Received a ticket when leaving the store, in the lot:

      The parking lot is in one plaza, and any customer of the lot will assume all unmarked spaces are good for parking for any one these stores.

      Recieved a ticket and was told that the vehicle cannot be parked on either side, if you are walking to a store on another side. (consitutes: a walk off), even if you have been to the store on the specified side.
      There is no signage on individual stalls or along the row of stalls stating that this side of parking stalls is only for these stores.

      Basically, a fraudulent or deceptive scheme as an excuse to hand out tickets. Also witnessed another person receive a ticket by a person not wearing any labelled clothing(as an parking officer) or driving a labelled vehicle. This was a private individual driving his own personal vehicle. We know this is a private parking company but, basically this person was just sitting in his vehicle watching cars, if they parked on the wrong side, he would give them a ticket, sometimes he would give them a ticket even if they were going to a store on the correct side.

      No clear labelling of instructions of parking, stalled are unmarked. If customers cannot parking on either side, the stalls should state, only for these stores, or at least there should be a signage posted along the stalls, saying all these stalls are for stores on this side (store xyz) etc.

      Other ****** reviews, mention very fraudlent and decptive practices.
