      Don't waste your time going with Telus. We had **** and everything was good, then a telus *** came to the door and promised us great things to switch. I asked for the offers in writing. He said he would text them to me and never did. We got hooked up and surprise surprise some of the things we were offered to change didn't happen. Then we got billed way more than what was offered at the door. My wife and I have spent at least 8 hours on numerous phone calls trying to get this sorted out. I talked to a ***resentative that lived in ************ for almost 3 hours and was again promised low monthly rates as we have 3 separate accounts. Again what was promised never came through. She told me to get the new rates she had to bundle things together. She said we would receive 4 new tv boxes even though we had just already had 4 installed. She told me she would include the post office ticket to send them back but needed to send them to me to get the deals. Now Telus somehow thinks we are trying to set up 2 services at one address so the disconnected us today. Obviously someone at Telus screwed up. I called and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to investigate why the service was disconnected. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it's a 1 to 2 hour wait on hold with the same horrible music looping over and over every 10 seconds. I was going to loose my mind so I hung up. Here's an idea maybe they could call me back instead of having to wait on hold. The upper management of Telus should be fired. I would be embarrassed to work for a company like Telus. Good thing there isn't too many other options or they would be out of business. We will be switching back to **** as I have more important things to do then spend hours on the phone getting nothing resolved with telus ***s. ********* I think Telus is a joke and one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever had to deal with. Stay with **** or switch to ****.

      Telus over all service is at pre school level, there customer service is joke , there billing is a joke.I am glad I cancelled my services and will never go back to home service and security. I am about to cancel mobile as well.

      My ordeal started March 26, I unfortunately made the mistake of moving to Telus Optik Fiber ************** waiting on the 3rd *********** it is now April 15 still not working, along with my Lan line, which has been on and off for over a week. I spent more time on hold listening to peoples roosters in the back ground when someone did answer cannot stress enough, do not become a Telus subscriber, TV, Internet, or even lan ******** supervisor told me Id be able to watch on my phone? Wow! Simply put, poor service.

      After 2.5 years of horrible internet service were I had called 4-6 time each week for over a two month period. Then I was just sick of the ** dealing with Telus employees as it was just wasting my time. When I say the wifi was horrible I mean it would take up 45 minutes to load the ****** home page. I finally upgrade the internet in Nov of 2024, which change nothing.I had the chance to move therefore I decide to cancel my home cable and internet service with Telus. On Dec 13 of 2024, I received the equipment return label, sent all the equipment back, and all equipment was received by Telus on Jan 20 of 2025. Although my account was never cancelled or closed at any point. Like what the actual???? So I've spent all of *********** calling serval times a week trying to get this mess correct. I talked with 7 different employees, and 2 separate managers to seemingly go no where. Then I find out this account has been put into collections for the ********* monthly charges. (why would I have anything billed after Dec, as I can't access their system without their equipment) So I finally had someone that could actually do their job. Sent me my refund fort he point they stole but now I'm still getting contact by their collections department. I have explain this to the General Credit, and I have sent the proof of the return equipment, as well as the refund cheque showing my account number is the reason for the refund.

      Dreadful service. Was an ADT alarm customer. ********************** took over and convinced me I needed to upgrade my system. Did so in January. However, the technician somehow disconnected my land phone line so I can't use it. Phoned them (long wait time) over a month ago and was told my landline problem would be fixed. But they have done nothing so I've been without a landline since January. Also, they never sent me bills but did send overdue notices! Tried to reach them but they make it difficult. You can't text or email them and their phone 'service' line has long waits. I very much regret signing on with them.

      An absolute nightmare of a company. Do not become a Telus customer, I cannot warn you enough. Their tactics, the lying to customers, their endless "technical issues or glitches in the system" that justify the never ending overcharges on your monthly bill. The long waits on the phone which will become a normal occurrence when calling the company to fix the issues.Never in my life, I had dealt with such mediocre and incompetent *********** have been warned!

      Tried to move my internet service 3 weeks ago. NINE calls to Telus later they still can not find/add my new address. I was told twice they'd follow up and only did once to tell me there was no update.... They clearly do not care about their customers or providing a reputable service.

      they left my neighbour (elderly lady) hanging without service for over a week, leaving her to feel isolated, due to their faulty equiptment... i got her going for now, they still have to come and replace their equiptment for her... what a shix company

      I have had so many problems with Telus over the years it's not funny. When **** came out with home I switched and it took me 4 months to get my last bill from Telus correct. I would think it's done and get another incorrect bill. Move to today the building I live in has a agreement with Telus our TV internet etc. is supplied so I have to deal with them. There was scheduled service call to upgrade wiring (Telus set it up) found out from manager of building it's not possible I decided to call to cancel so the tech didn't come and waist their time. What a boondoggle switching from one department to another having to explain over and over again I truly regretted trying to be thoughtful. And the latest revolves around the changes in some channels going to ****** from *****. I called in December to ensure that my favorite channels are not lost spent a afternoon being switched from one person to another given different stories and reasons dealt with individuals that had no clue and gave up. Recently the channels became available on free preview so called to add them permanently same problem and production being switched from one department to another, told I already had them on the list to being told not available then put me on hold and told yes it's possible asked to hold while they set it up to have them come back with some lame excuse why it's not possible again. So many people I talked to at Telus do not know what they are talking about or it feels like a script you can tell they are not in ****** and have no idea what's going on with Canadian channels and how the landscape of Canadian Phone and TV are changing.
