    I had Booked ***** exam with this company, Initially, I also took a training course with this company. No when I went to book the exam with **** they are not shown as a valid training provider. So they booked my exam by taking 600$ extra and provided an exam pass guarantee, which is very common these days. I failed my exam on April 6, 2024. Now they are saying that they cannot provide another chance of the exam, they provided an exam pass guarantee earlier. Please see attached the screenshot from Feb 2nd. where the rep confirmed that I have an exam pass guarantee. which they are not supporting now.     Hi Team,

    Our customer service team is communicating with the customer, and as a solution, we can provide a 300 CAD refund. Since services have been rendered from our end and the exam has already been released, costs have been incurred. Therefore, it's not viable to refund the entire amount. However, to resolve this issue, we can offer a 300 CAD refund.

    I purchased a PM course for a specific time to accommodate my time management needs. The first day of training the instructor changed our next meeting time from 7 am to 6 am to accommodate his schedule. I requested a refund back in Dec. 2024. Since then I have left the company and the knowledge academy have yet to refund me. In short, because the training time changed the course no longer meet my needs. More importantly the course was not a good educational fit for me.

    I deposited for enrollment into a change management certification with this company 11/28/23 and immediately felt unsafe with my information. The sales person texting me was very forceful and sent me to a payment center in a third party website that I didn't recognize the domain for (wasn't the company domain). I tried calling the service lines provided to talk with customer support and the numbers were either disconnected or led to what sounded like spam vm to capture more information about me. When telling the text contact salesperson that I immediately wanted to withdraw because I was worried about the security of the website and my PII he became disrespectful and aggressive, making me worry more! I had to cancel my credit card immediately that same day because I was worried about it being a **** from all of the warning red flags I was seeing. Worse, the confirmation and course information to log in did not come!! I was emailed but a customer support person that also has a disconnected service line so email seems to be the only way I can contact them? After a week of back and forth I am no closer to getting my money back and I'm very worried about my personal information. I would be wary to click any links or log into any course material from this provider and need my refund back in full.

    I registered to take the instructor-led ******* ***** *********** *** ************ course. This was a 4 day course that was supposed to occur from July 31-August 3. They were VERY responsive to me when registering, following up almost every 2 hours to see if I had the cost approved by my workplace. On July 28 (Friday before the class was supposed to start) I got a call from my account manager saying the class was cancelled, the instructor couldn't make it. He asked what he could do to make it up to me. I asked that he give me the self-led ******* course and maybe a credit for another certification down the line. I only have 2 weeks in the summer where it is possible for me to do training without impacting my client billable hours, so it wasn't possible for me to rebook the instructor-led one, even though that is my preferred learning style. It took 2 days for them to even give me access to the course, which was just wasted time. Then I started taking it, and 2 weeks later I got a receipt for the registration to my email that said "Course only, no exam". And I immediately emailed to ask what that meant. I opened a ticket with the service desk when my account manager didn't get back to me. They responded that since it was a class that was gifted to me, no certification exam would be given. I would need to register and pay another fee for the actual certification. That was never discussed. I paid over $2500 for information I could have gotten on ***** for $25. On ******* for free. I asked them to give me a refund or give me the certification exam. They don't answer my emails or phone calls. I am at a loss of what to do.

    On November 6, 2023 I purchased an online lean sigma black belt certification course. I did so after incessant high pressure calls. After consideration that this is to renew a certification, I was less concerned about quality training and satisfied w the price of $1695, for 6 months course access and certification exam.I was double charged and enrolled twice for the same course. My account manager gave reassurance that my refund would be processed, but then went silent for a week. She resurfaced to say the credit control team was all backed up and I needed to be patient. That was 9 days ago. Now reading reports, I have little faith that the coursework will be satisfactory, or that exam fees will be covered. There is a chat feature that ends in a ticket that the customer isn't copied on. There is a customer service number, that leads to same ticket process. And an email that does the same. Neither the chat, email or phone will proved the number for credit dept. If it's not an all out ****, it's certainly a **** business model.

    This order is a flexi-pass meaning it is non-refundable as per our terms. The customer accepted these terms when booking online and reading our terms and conditions.

    I enrolled for a class, they enrolled me in the wrong one. I called for a refund. Spoke to people over and over. They promised someone would call me. 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get a refund for a course they put me into that was not the correct course.They were VERY HAPPY to take my money. They pushed and ******* me every hour almost for 2 business days! Now I can not reach anyone to give me my refund!I've paid over $700 for absolutely NOTHING!!! I was literally put on hold at 4pm and finally hung up at 6pm. This was my SECOND day trying with the EXACT same results. I can prove everything I say with emails and screenshots.     Date of Transaction: September 14, 2023 Amount Paid: $1,295.00 Sales Order Number: ************** Invoice Number: ********* Refund Request # ********** Commitment Made by the Business: The business committed to providing 35 hours of instructor-led training, split into 4-hour sessions over a course of 2 weeks. Chronology of Events: After completing the payment, I did not receive confirmation from the senior program advisor regarding the agreed-upon batch/lessons. Despite multiple attempts to contact the business via phone and email, I was consistently ignored. I eventually received an email from a support team member outlining a batch of classes that did not align with the previously agreed-upon schedule and my company's approval. Further attempts to communicate were met with continued ignorance and even hang-ups. Several days later, I was informed that The Knowledge Academy only offers 8-hour classes for their *** program. As I was not approved to take time off work for an 8-hour class, and the course was advertised as 4-hour sessions, I requested a refund. The business initially ignored my request, then refused to provide a refund and instead offered an alternative course. When I reached out again with documentation of the original agreement and my receipt, my inquiries were ignored. Issue Resolution Status: My issue has not been resolved, and it has been 14 days since the initial transaction. The business has only offered another course as an alternative, which is not acceptable since I am only approved to take the *** through my employer. I have been ******** from the first interaction, and I no longer wish to pursue any offerings from The Knowledge Academy. I continue to request a refund due to the incorrect class offerings and the ******* ** ***** ** ** **** **** *** **** ** ******** * course that was originally advertised with a different schedule.     On 24th August 2023 I received phone call from Vignesh about my enquiry into wanting to re-do my ******* ************ certification. Vignesh gave me some available dates for the session and advised if I book in that day I can get cheaper for $1049. I agreed to dates of 21 & 22 (Monday & Tuesday) August 2023 which Vignesh confirmed in email to me (attached). I then received confirmation for 24 & 25 (Thursday & Friday) which was not the dates we agreed and I paid for. Vignesh and I commumicated on phone, via ******** and email where we agreed to new dates on a weekend during day in 23 & 24 September 2023. After agreement to revised dates I received invitation which I accepted without checking time which was for 6pm sessions which was not what was agreed. Vignesh and I had more discussions through ******** where he said he will fix it so it was the day session. He then confirmed it was changed to day session, and I would receive new invite. I followed up on numerous occasions in August 2023 as revised invite had still not been received to which Vignesh advised it would come through in early September 2023 but to this date I have not received new invitation instead received a .essage on ******** asking if I could attend on a Thursday / Friday held earlier which I had already advised I could not do a Thursday / Friday sessions. As I had still not received revised invitation I asked Vignesh for a refund. I have now received call advising I cannot get a refund because I accepted the invite sent for 23 /24 6pm session back i August which Vignesh knew was sent through incorrectly and he confirmed I would get another invitation for the day session. I have attached emails and ******** communication with all this info. I want a refund after going through all this issue which is causing me ******.
