      1. No service standard takes weeks to speak to some one and that’s after contacting their fraud line and that took a week!
      2. After many long pointless discussions it still took 3 weeks to file and get my claim paid.
      3. Try mailed me an INTERNAL form complaint letter after I explained my problems to 3 different employees already!

      I wouldn't even give one star. They ** ** ******* ** reimburse your claims 15 days later. It cost way too much money for this type of service, **** ***** ****** ******* **** ** *****

      If you call the claims department nobody answers the phone. You wait 30 -4 5minutes and then get disconnected

This ** ****** insurance company is simply unreachable, I have been waiting all day over the phone to try to speak to someone, nobody there to take your call.

      Been trying to speak to someone in regards to short term disability. Just wanted information on which doctor to submit paperwork etc. Left 4 messages over a 10 day period. No return call. Sent email, no return email.
      Called complaint line and after being on hold for an hour was told to email.
      Now it's past the 10 days off work.
      A stressful situation has become more stressful because no pay cheque is coming in.

      **** This company is terrible to deal with , I hear nothing but excuses ,
      Received 1 letter from company , then nothing , I was late sending in information ,waited a week after sending information no reply at all, finally got a hold of person on letter and she stated that I have new case manager , never gave me the information , did not reply to email sent Sept 22 a week ago, then told they may look at my file on Oct 6,, **** * ***** **** ** ***** **** ***** * **** *** * ****** ** **** ** **** ** *** ******* **** **** **** *** **** **** *** * after being on short term ,l thought transition to Long term would go smoothly ,
      They are not willing to help in any way , even when I voiced my concerns , still nothing

      * ***** *** ********* ****** ***** they are very slow at doing their claim adjustment. They promise to be done in a week and it is still not done. **** *** ********* *** ** **** ** ***** ****** *** they take way too long to complete a claim. * ***** *** ********* **** ******** Not to mention the people on the phone are **** *** ******* rude.
