      Was on hold for over an hour before someone answered my call
      Then the lady only wanted to say what she wanted and would not listen to what I was trying to say
      Had to accept what she said with no further discussion
      Terrible customer service

      Very bad customer service, hours of waiting on the phone, then cut the line
      without explanation, 1 claim for unpaid orthopedic shoe without convincing
      explanation, despite all the documents sent and a follow-up on the phone. 
      Everything is done to reject the claim. Notices are sent by post which wastes
      time and in addition not in the selected language. Very frustrated with their

      So frustrated dealing with this company! 7 working days now trying to talk to a customer service representative and no answer. I have waited on hold for 45-50/day and still no answer. But can’t stay on hold any longer…their repeat apology on the recording for keeping us waiting means NOTHING! On top of that they don’t respond to the email messages in the 1-3 business days they promise either or answer your question properly.       I have been waiting on hold for more than an hour yesterday before needing to hang up.
      Tried again today and still on hold for 1h15 mins and counting... For a note from my dentist to correct an information that was sent over two months ago still not fix. Now my dentist wants me to pay because this company doesn't answer..

      Extremely bad customer service and performance in general! About 5 weeks to reimburse even legitimate and reoccurring claims on average, there is no answer to customer phone lines, they are unreachable.

      *********** workers don't even know what services their site offers.
      Constantly being told they're "behind" when I ask why a claim that (according to their website) should be processed in 14 days is taking over a month.
      35-45 minute hold times (minimum).

      1. the claim process is overly arduous and manual (upload receipts, manually input all details of receipt, click through 20 webpages, etc.)
      2. claims are frequently denied *** *********** ***** without logic
      3. support emails are often not returned
      4. calling support requires multiple hours on hold, and little ability to resolve anything
      5. pre-determinations take months *** *** ****** ********** ** ***** ******* ********** ********* ******** ** ** *** * ******* **** ****** *** ***** ***** * ***** ** *********** ** * ******* *** **************
