    They are a great company. I've tried many companies regarding the safety and well-being of my mother, but Life Assure has surpassed them all. My mother falls a lot and they are always there to look after her through all her falls and false alarms.
    Their customer service is great as well, thanks to Miss ******* for her help

    I genuinely appreciate that there's a company like this. I have spoken with several people, all of whom are great, including Malachi. It is a little costly for my limited budget, but safety is much more important. ** ***** **** * ***** ** ** ****** **** ** ******

    Malachi is truly the best at her job as senior's advocate. She pinpoints the issue, figures out how to help solve it and gets the job done.
    I've needed help a few times since getting the device for my mother. Always great service.

    In mid May 2024 I placed a call to OAS (old age security) to enquire about a new program the government was promoting. During the long wait and terrible music to talk to an agent, someone same on the phone about a free security system for seniors so I listened and in the end agreed to try the unit. I was told there would be shipping charges as well as the cost of the equipment. I was also informed that I could return the product but again face shipping charges. When the package arrived. May 25 my wife did not want the system So I phoned life assure the next day and received a ***** **** number to return the system which I did May 27 (I paid shipping at this time i realized that **** ****** was also going to bill me monthly for I guess some sort of service IF every needed I again phoned on June 27 and was informed a credit would be issued and the account closed, ONE QUESTION AT THIS TIME WHERE WAS THE FREE PART OF ALL THIS. ***** ****** *** ** ** ***** ****. NOW ON JULY 5TH I PHONED AGAIN AS NO CREDIT HAD BEEN ISSUED SORRY NO CREDIT WE KEEP THE UNIT THANKS ACCOUNT CLOSED. I AM OUT APPROX $***. By the whole produce was never even taken from the original box
