    **** ************** ******** my mom fell with no detection and laid on the floor for 90 minutes… their solution was 1 free month.. big deal… when she passed away I called to cancel the service asking for confirmation they received the hardware and that it was actually cancelled which the representative agreed to… however after not hearing from them after they received the hardware I called only to be told they don’t do that… glad I followed up…***** *** ********* **** ******* ** *******

    Contacted Life Assure for some information on Fri May 24, 2024 and spoke with one of their call center employees. The purpose of the call was to understand the device options, ask some questions and get cost. I explained this and indicated I would talk to the family member that was interested and call back if we were going to move forward. She asked if she could call me at the end of the day for an update and I said sure. She called at the end of the day, and I indicated the family member wanted to think about the options and I would call back if we were interested. She was very pushy and suggested they ship the equipment, use it for a while, and send it back if we were not interested. I said no, we just need time.
    She called again Mon May 27, 2024 wanting to know if we had decided to go with the product. I told her no and she kept pushing about what was holding us back. I asked her to have respect for what I was asking, and just give us time and we would call back if interested. She took this to mean call seven more times during the week. I finally answered on Fri May 31, 2024 and indicated we are going to look elsewhere, and she was not respecting what I was asking. I asked her to remove me from their call list and told her I was feeling harassed and needed it to stop. She kept trying to convince me she was just concerned about my family member, but finally agreed to stop calling.
    An hour later, a different person called, telling me she sees I was interested in the product but she “wasn’t sure” anyone had told me about their promotions. I told her I requested to be removed from their call list an hour earlier and she said the notes did not reflect that. I was very frustrated and told her to stop calling and we were disconnected. Hopefully this is the last I hear from them.

    The Life Assure pendant for my father was not working so my mother went onto the company chat line. They said someone would get back to her but nobody ever did. She called them the next day and was chatting with a representative who was trying to help her reboot the pendant. At 2pm PST the conversation was abruptly ended. My mother called back the next day and they said sorry but the phone lines are automatically cut off at 4pm Central Time. I consider this to be unacceptable and extremely poor service. The representative had given no indication that time was running out. Hence the product has been returned and they have switched to ********. * ************** **** ******** **** ** *** ***** *** ***** * **** **** ** ******* ** *** ** *** *** ******* *** ******* ********** ** *******
