      I have absolute terrible service documentation pictures and screen recordings of my phone not working for days and months in Winnipeg. Let alone if I leave the city. *** **** ******* ** **** ** **** ******* ** ****** ***

      **** ** *** ** **** ** ******* I have been with Bell since 2015. That's what you call loyalty but recently I transferred 2 phone numbers under my name to the owners of that phone and guess what happened after that, my bill and their bills jacked-up crazily without the agent telling us that things like this would happen. I called customer service and they said, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. ** **** **** **** ***** ** ** * **** ***** ******** *** * ******

      It's too bad that we have to leave one star - ******* *** *** *** **** ******* ******** **** *** **** ******* *** ****** ****. **** **** **** ********** ** * ******** ** ********* ******** *** **** **** **** ** ***** ****** **** ***. Where we are located, in rural Manitoba, we have only the one choice for telephones. As a business, we need a landline. We signed a contract with them to get "lower" rates and they have since auto-renewed said contract in 3 year intervals. Now, to terminate the contract, they ask that we pay out the full amount of the contract. I find this sort of behavior after 18 years as a client ********* *** disgusting.

      Not happy with their customer service.
      I called their office about 5 months back about returning a modem unit which normally you have to return to Bell-MTS; otherwise they were going to charge you for it. The buyer of my home in ******* advised that the Bell-MTS technician sent to hook him up to his new internet service said to let me know that he was using the current modem for his internet service and the technician will take care of advising Bell-MTS not to charge me for the modem.
      Not content with the 2nd hand info I received, I called up Bell-MTS and inquired if indeed the technician had put it into record that the modem was being re-used and that I did not have to return the unit.
      5 months down the road, I receive a call from Ashpreet of ********** ****** ******** ***. and they tell me that I owed Bell-MTS $******. I asked what was the charge for and she could not provide further details and suggested I call Bell-MTS to find out.
      I then called Bell-MTS which was not a pleasant experience as their telephone system is difficult to navigate and you have to keep on pressing wrong choices (numbers) so that the system will connect you to a live person.
      I was finally connected to a live Bell-MTS employee and after ID verification, she told me that it was indeed in my account record that I should have never been charged for the modem return. She verbally advised that the charge is now reversed and that it was taken cared of.
      This is aggravation which should not have occurred if in the first instance that I called Bell-MTS to verify if I was not being charged for the modem had been properly recorded.
      Truly, ** ******* ** miscommunication and poor customer service **** * ***** ******* ****** **** ****** ** ******* ******* ** *** ******* 
      And now ********** ****** ******** **** tells me that I have to call Bell-MTS again to get an email confirmation that the charges have been reversed.

      Good Morning Norman, I apologize for the way this was handled. It is unusual to re-use equipment for another customer. It leaves room for error. We will be dealing with this internally to address the root cause of this error. 


      As for the correction. We have confirmed the collection agency, ********** ****** ********** has been contacted to remove the file from collection and mark as sent to collection agency in error.

      ******** ******** They make me want to get a landline. They invoiced me for final bill after they messed up my number transfer. I was on the phone for an entire hour getting transferred so times I lost count. After resolving the issue the lady said I owe nothing and she will void any sort of charges, I even said it back to her to make sure I heard right. She said I owed nothing and I am done here. Now a month later I get a final, final bill???? I called back: apparently "there is nothing they can do because that mystery lady who I talked to who doesn't exist ** ***** ****** didn't file a memo." WoW! **** ***** I will never go them again *** * **** **** ***** ****** **** * **** **** ****** **** ** ******* *** * ***** ******* ** **** **** *** ******

      Zero Stars - paid for 75 mb service and routinely got <10 mb on all devices no matter where they were located in my house. Bell said the problem was at my end and not them. I switched internet providers and magically the speeds were 75 mb. Bell invoiced me a final bill of which I paid 1/7 of the amount or the fee for the service I received. They handed my file over to a collection agency. Terrible internet service, terrible tech support and terrible customer service

      **** *** ** * ***** I cancelled my service in July after 25 years of having them due to moving. I received a call in September from a Bell MTS agent asking me to choose Bell MTS again and if I did they would give me a ****** visa prepaid gift card if I signed up for internet and TV so I did in late September, it’s now Nov 28/23 and still nothing.
      I asked for my cell , TV and Internet bill to all be put on one bill as we. And was told they would. Both never happened.
      I called Monday to see why I have not recieved gift card and they said the agent never put it in my file. I asked why my cell , tv and internet were not on one bill ..I was told they are bell mts and my phone is bell mobility.
      Lies and promises always with this company, I have 2 bills and no gift card.
      They tell you what they want to then don’t come through.
      I’m cancelling Bell MTS and going to another company.

      **** **** **** 2 times they came to my house, both times with no bucket truck for overhead service. Because I have alot of trees and those idiots we gonna cut through the roots.. did a temp line, and after 3 weeks I call and nothing on my file was mentioned at all about a overhead service. I had better range with my old phone line internet than the ****** fibre internet. ** *******

      Bell never should have bought MTS. There service went down the flusher. They threw me and my dad under the bus and made me pay for part of it. I pay for my dad's services but I have complete control over his account to deal with any issues. The MTS worker was at 100% fault. They are making me pay for part of the mistake that they made when they should be paying for 100% of it. My dad's house has different internet now because of the garbage internet service they were providing and I will be going with a internet home line which is way cheaper. The customer service is amazing. There is no call centers and they don't hide anything from you. He was up front on everything and even voiced any concerns that he is experienced over the years so that i was aware of them first. Whatever happened to service like that? MTS is not what it used to be. I don't recommend them at all

      Zero stars. Absolutely disastrous! From the **** they sell about being wireless TV, to the price for the TV package and channels included to the customer service itself, an absolute nightmare and it’s only been two weeks. We signed up for the ‘better’ tv package and had the correct channels for the first ten days, then poof! Several channels gone. Called Customer service, first guy acknowledged that we had the ‘better’ TV then passes me over to the department to fix it. I had to repeat myself to the second guy who then tries to charge me and tells me I have the ‘good’ package and won’t honour the agreed upon price. Still on hold going on 30 minutes with no resolution. Nobody can help, was told to call back tomorrow, maybe the loyalty team can do something. Customer service is non-existent. In addition, the wireless internet hub is not in fact wireless, and one TV must be directly connected to it. The only TV this is possible with is downstairs. The wifi strength from the hub downstairs to upstairs is poor and non-existent to the backyard. 1150 sq ft bungalow on a 75x 150 lot in StVital. Had to spend another $*** on a wifi extender because Bell wants $**/ month to rent them and won’t offer to cover them when they aren’t providing the service sold. Installation took 3 hrs and the guy left a huge mess behind. Stood on our chairs, dirtied everything and put nothing back.
