      Horrible all around had cable and internet salesman come by, convinced me to save money and try bellMTS services nothing but PROBLEMS from the shotty installation, non existent services (everything would drop within a couple hrs) constant calls to fix or arrange servicemen (I wasn’t very nice by the end of the first week) cancelled within the first 7 days. Was told no fee just mail back the equipment. Did that confirmed they got the equipment (I had to call twice since they tried to charge me for returned equipment) and now they want me to pay a fee (after saying I owed nothing since I cancelled in within 10 days) for the first 7 days of use even tho I had NO service during most of the time I had them. **** ***** ********* **** ******* ****** Too bad so many wonderful people work for such a horrible company. Probably going to switch my phone contracts once they are up.

      If I could leave less than one star that would be the real score here.
      First, I made an error and we got our internet disconnected. I see it and I own it. But - lets just point out that we were customers for over 15 years prior to this. Pretty drastic considering the time frame.
      To this BIG COMPANY- that means NOTHING. It is not our first time having a super big issue with Bell MTS. In 2020 They "lost" our Email account saying we deleted it. We did not. They then said they could restore it. They were actually RUDE and condescending even though THAT issue, was not our fault. We still do not have an email account we can log into. We just use internet at this point as it is the best in this northern area of Manitoba we are in.
      Today, After being on hold for over an hour and a half in total, and being sent to 4 wrong persons for the final step, the guy who had promised me he would put me on hold and it would be brief this time, came back 12 minutes later and started a SALES PITCH for TV service.
      After 57 minutes as I am at work, (you know- the place that i make money to pay the bill from)-I called back on another phone at the same time - that person listened and promised me that he would get me to the same department and he would personally speak to them to make sure I did not have to repeat all the steps and explanation again. When he routed my call- I was disconnected by the system (it seems).
      You would think they would call back or email right? No. THEY DO NOT CARE.
      We have already signed up for another option now available to us - which is fine as we have used a free email service since they lost our Bell MTs one in 2020. ******** *** ******* **** **** ******** ******** ********** ******* ******** *** ** ********* ***** ******** ******* ****** **** ***** ***** **** *** * ****** **** *** we can all see it in how we as customers get treated..

      If had my way , I will not even give you 1 star . Bad customer service . Everyone at customer service desk is there to pass the buck. Internet is down for two weeks still waiting for call back . Poor customer service. Poor tech support. Poor loyalty department.

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. I was with a different provider until one day a sales person came to my door offering a great deal. I was somewhat apprehensive because I was happy with my current internet but it was a good deal so I decided to go with it. What a mistake. They scheduled an appointment to come set it all up and then never showed up. Not a phone call or anything. I left work early and waited home all night. Then I called them the next day to reschedule. They came and set everything up which took hours and when they left said the back end needed to connect but should be working tomorrow. I made sure to tell the installer please do not disconnect our old services until it is working. He confirmed they would not. Two weeks go by and still nothing is working but then I get an email from my old service provider that bell contacted them to cancel my internet. I was so upset because I really rely on my internet. After many phone calls Bell came a couple days later to complete the installation and said it was never connected. Tried the internet over the weekend and it was terrible. So slow half of my devices didn’t work at all. I decided to cancel and they tried to charge me for three days of internet. Had to spend hours on the phone to get that resolved. When I returned all the equipment they sent an email saying it was received. Then a day later I got a bill for over $*** for unreturned equipment. What a nightmare and waste of time. Terrible service and terrible internet. ***** *** **********

      A drilling Co. cut our internet cable to our whole neighborhood. It has been 6 days & we still don’t have internet even though Bell said they are working on it. My health has not been good so my husband installed cameras all over the house inside & outside so if I fall or faint he can see it & call someone or rush home. I don’t have my landline phone so he can’t contact me by phone either. I told Bell about my health situation & they don’t care about me or my health.

      Only reason for a one star is because I can’t leave anything lower than this. We switched our cable internet and cell phone from **** and ****** to Bell. And we’ve had nothing but issues from them.
      When they came to install our services I made sure that they hard wired in my internet they said they did the guy left quickly and I tried to the computer he it didn’t work. I called them and they couldn’t get anyone back that night. So the next morning I called again and they couldn’t get anyone to come that day so I lost a days worth of wages because I couldn’t work. Finally got it up the next day. We were told the SIM card would take 3/5 days. We called after 10 days they kept saying wait 2/3 days we called multiple times. Finally after a month they said the SIM card was cancelled and we needed to go into the store. So we did they said no they can’t give us that with out charging us **$ in store. So we called. AGAIN and the girl told us to buy the SIM card they will credit us the cost of it. And call back they will activated so we went back in got the card and called back. First guy kept us on hold and the transferred us. We explained the same thing to another girl she took the SIM card number everything down put us on hold for 20 mins and connected us to someone else. Now this guy didn’t know anything we asked for a manager he connected us to someone else in the sales dept. we now been on hold for an hour and a half still waiting to get a SIM card activated. 5 people and he tried contacting another dept. **** **** told ** that ******** **** ** ** ******* ** the SIM card was in the mail when it was not. This is completely unacceptable. I am truly at a loss with this company so many people don’t know what they are doing there. **** *** *** ******** ***** ***** ** ********* *** ******

      No reward for loyalty - my contract got over and without notification they raised the prices by 300%. I cancelled afterwards and they told me to not make any payment until final bill comes through and then charged me late fee. *** *********** ** *******
