      I've been waiting over a half hour on the phone.  If this is customer service that's why I left the first time reason why I don't think I'll go back.  this is crazy waiting this long well 45 min on the phone and said they're closed now too bad

      TERRIBLE customer service. Had installers out 6 days ago putting the physical equipment in. STILL no internet services. We keep getting new timelines to call them back if its still not working. Do they not keep records? Or keep working on an issue till they know its resolved? We keep getting told there's nothing wrong with the equipment, its back end issues, whatever that means. Yesterday, day 5 we were actually told (after being on the phone with an agent for an hour - who was wonderful *** ********* *********** ** *** ********** that they didn't have time to work on it right now. How does a company thats been around as long as they have not have better processes *** ***********

      Cancelled my land line phone end of Feb and asked the rep if he could cancel my house alarm at the same time. He cancelled my phone and transferred me to someone else to cancel the alarm and looked like everything was all good but May 26th received an invoice and a late charge for my house alarm. I called about it and they said no I never cancelled it but they would cancel the alarm now and pro rate the invoice. I called the alarm monitoring office to ask if they were still monitoring my alarm and they said yes so I asked if it showed if I had an active phone line to monitor it with and they said there wasn't a phone line showing so I asked why they would not report the problem to me and they couldn't answer that. So costs me $** for them not monitoring since end of Feb !!

      Horrible treatment from representatives. **** **** ***** ** Billing for things you’re not utilizing rather than providing ****** services. **** ****** **** **********  Never going back

      A few months ago I cancelled my internet / cable install but they continue to bill me even though I never had any service. When I contacted them and said why are you billing me when I do not have your services in my home. They acknowledged the error and replied with sorry cant believe we billing you we will have it corrected . It was corrected but started billing me again with a new amount. **** * **** **** ****** ** *

      ** *** *** *** ASURION INSURANCE. Bell will tell you it covers lost/stolen phones but it does not. We have been paying the monthly fee for 2 years now. Lost the phone and have been told we still need to pay $*** for a replacement.

      I sent my internet equipment back to MTS Jan 24. Via ****** ****.
      Now April 1, I get a bill for $****** for unreturned equipment.
      I called MTS and they asked me if I had the tracking number, thank God I took a picture of it from ****** **** and still have it. I gave her the tracking number and she said they received it January 26.
      But had I not maintained that tracking number from ****** **** I would have been charged $*** even though they received the equipment over two months ago.

I'm doing just that. Can't even say how bad the reps are, management, services, everything is just bad. I can't say that I'd ever use their services again just because of the people working at this company and the way people are treated. **** *** ********* We have a 40 year old wired system to our business from MTS. Now **** thankfully has added a new Fiber optics setup so we can change and get some reliable internet services. But Bell still charges $** per month for a POS system with no reliability. We're out!

      Ended internet service on the 10th of March 2023.
      I was told by the CSR at the time that I would have to return the modem and I did.
      I started receiving phone calls from the company collecting department three days later.
      I received a bill dated the 21 of March 2023 for the amount of ******for the billing period of 1st to the 31st of March 2023,due Immediately.
      I received a notice reminder dated the 22 of March 2023 stating that I needed to pay $***** by April 12 2023.
      Spoke with bellmts billing and escalated to a supervisor. Escalated to customer relations.
      Informed them that I was not paying for services that I did not receive.
      I informed them that the harassing phone calls and threating reminder notice that I will be subject to collecting services, for a bill that is not due until April 12th 2023 is Harassment pure and simple.

      We are in a fringe area for Internet connection. Have been here for almost 7 Years and have paid for Bell High Speed that I have never received. Internet has been out for over a week at times and repair workers that actually come say you should not be paying for HIGH SPEED when you are getting no speed. Finally we have ****** ***** come in with speeds that are over 90 times what we where receiving at less cost. When I called Bell to disconnect our old Internet they said they could give us Fibre cable at a better price. **** ** * ****** where was Bell for the last 7 years, now they have a small company as competition they can deliver. ****** **.
      Very disgusted with the company, ***** ******* *** ***** ****** *** **** *** *** **** ****** *** *** *** ***** *** ***** ** ****** **** *** ***** ** *** ******** ******** *** ****** *** *** ******* ** ** *** *** ******** *** ***** ** ********* ****** ** ******
