      I recently had an order shipped from Day & Ross and they illegally forged my signature at drop off when it was a signature required delivery. The item ended up being damaged when I saw it. Had I been home I would of never accepted the item in the condition it was in. They did not want to replace the item or have a new one shipped to me. If you have an option use another delivery service as they are totally unprofessional.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE will never have anything else delivered by this Company! A TV sitting on the dock in North Sydney for almost ten days...stating storm...quite the storm, even Foina was not that long. On the company tracking site, it stated it was out for delivery and delivery was attempted, absolutely untrue, we waited home all day expecting it to arrive and did not! When contact was finally made with the terminal in Grand Falls, NL I was told it was sitting on the dock and drivers had gone home for the day. Day & Ross picked up the package on Nov 8th, it is now Nov 24th and the package still has not arrive. This will be my first and last experience having Day & Ross deliver!! Unfortunately cannot select 0 stars!!

      This is a fraudulent company. They are not delivering my Tv. Their customer service asks me to book an appointment,and say I can't book an appointment, they'll call me. But they never did. These thieves stole my TV. Walmart used them for delivering my Tv which didn't arrive. Walmart took away my money and now I am stuck. Please beware this company is a scam. Very poor customer service. If you're in Edmonton, please cancel all your orders if this is a carrier. This company steals people's orders.

      I only gave one star because I had to in order to submit this! We have been going back and forth for a month to get them to deliver our TV we purchased from Visions a month ago! It's been sitting an hour away for 28 days. I've send 12 emails and have call logs of me contacting them via phone 14 times! Can't the BBB file sanctions against them?

      I just gave à 5 star review as I had super service from Regina (Randi) to Surrey (warehouse pick up crew). But I forgot to say the delivery took 3 days!!!! Fragile art,,, delivered without a scratch,,, and treated so well,,, I just had to say it again:) thank you

      0 stars if possible. They were very hard to understand on the phone and were rude about me asking to repeat their message. They blocked my neighbours driveway and refused to move when they needed back in. They would not leave the heavy package on my front porch. Me and my spouse had Covid and were weak and short of breath so lifting heavy package far was not good for us. We could barely breath after and it took over 30 minutes to get our breath back. They threatened to take our package away. They were confrontational and would move back went asked even after being informed we had Covid.

      Everything seems complicated with the Day & Ross company.
      I have spoken to them on numerous occasions and they said they are unable to deliver to our business even though we are open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in addition to having a receiving dock accessible from the parking lot. I left them my cell number 3 times. This morning, they were supposed to call me before delivery, which they did not do and the lady hung up the phone line twice.
      I strongly advise you not to do business with this company.

      Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'étoiles négatives... Je n'ai pas choisi cette compagnie, elle m'a été imposée par ****, même si au moment de la commande en ligne j'ai opté pour la livraison par camion ****, redoutant une mauvaise expérience. Le chauffeur m'avait appelée à 14h35 et je n'ai pas pu répondre. Il m'a laissé un message à peine intelligible ("vot livaison ona"). Je lui ai retourné l'appel à 15h53 + message - sans résultat. J'ai appelé le Service à la clientèle **** qui m'a fourni les coordonnées de la compagnie de livraison, j'ai appelé le Service à la clientèle de Day & Ross, où l'agente m'a dit d'essayer de contacter le chauffeur (qu'elle-même ne réussissait pas à rejoindre!) - je l'ai appelé au moins une quinzaine de fois... J'ai perdu plus de deux heures et demie de ma vie avec des discussions inutiles et frustrantes, les deux agents me disant juste d'essayer d'être à la maison pour un futur essai. En vérifiant sur Internet, "le futur essai" était programmé dans une semaine... J'ai demandé à l'agente D&R ce qui se passerait si par hasard je ne répondais pas au futur appel. Elle m'avait répliqué que c'était ma responsabilité d'entrer en contact avec le chauffeur et qu'on allait m'envoyer un courriel. Comme je n'avais pas envie de m'amuser avec un jeu "Tom & Jerry", j'ai appelé **** pour annuler la commande. J'ai trouvé le même produit ailleurs, même un peu moins cher (10%).

      Been waiting for an ordered machine delivered to us since Aug 31. Tracking showed there’ there’ they’d deliver on Sep 5, but then no calls no nothing. We called and they said driver couldn’t find our place, gone to wrong address. We said no one called then they said ok would deliver next day. We left detailed directions on emails so the driver could drive to our place more easily. Sep 6 we called again after getting no calls from anyone from Day & Ross and they said they’d look into it. Later they called back delivery next day Sep 7! We emailed them a few times to tell them to ask the driver to call us for directions. And tracking showed item arrived but of course we didn’t find anything! We contacted the retailer today and they will sort out what’s going on with Day & Ross.
      The company is in communication chaos and customer services don’t know what the field people are doing in the roads. We definitely do not recommend to entrust valuable items toDay & Ross.
