Excellent Service and Timely Delivery
I recently had my car shipped From Montreal to Vancouver and I must say that **** in Montreal provided exceptional assistance. Initially, there was some confusion about the drop-off location—it turned out to be outside the city, which posed a challenge for me. Feeling lost and panicked, I reached out to ****, who patiently guided me over the phone to find the correct area.
Despite my initial inclination to cancel the shipment, ****’s understanding and dedication changed my mind. He worked diligently to resolve the issue, ensuring that my car would be delivered promptly. And indeed, it was! The vehicle arrived in excellent condition, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Exceptional Communication and Timely Updates
Also throughout the process, I received almost daily email updates regarding my car’s location and the expected shipping date. This level of communication was impressive and greatly eased any concerns I had.
Kudos to the team for their dedication to keeping customers informed. Knowing where my car was and when it would be shipped allowed me to plan accordingly. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition, and I appreciate the seamless service.

Hello! I would like to know if this company is legit or a scam. We sent our car on Feb 22nd, and until now, it's still sitting in the terminal of Caledon, ON. They gave us a time frame, which we expect when we arrive on March 4. But the lady named ********* told us it haven't shipped yet. I just read the bad reviews of their service here and on ******** and that they will take time to send the car. How come you charge us quickly, but the service is like this? We believe in your excellent reviews on the website. That's why we chose this company, but how come it's the opposite now? It's frustrating!MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

I had a great experience with MVS shipping my vehicle from Scarborough to Winnipeg. Their timing was accurate and I got my vehicle exactly as estimated on their website. The MVS team was helpful before booking, throughout shipping and at pick-up. My vehicle arrived in the exact condition it was shipped. Everything was great. I had no issues. My car arrived sooner than expected and I was very happy since I was in a new city and really needed it. The drop off/ pick up process was very easy and straightforward.
