We were contacted about a water test , we agreed. Rep came talked and tested for 4 hrs. asked multiple time to leave,had to work. Another rep came, same spiel and tests (4hrs) promising fresh clean and clear drinking, cooking and bathing water, money savings on salt than our system, and no more buying water. Rep gave discounts, a soap package and med kit. Regretfully we signed on feb 22/22 and found the price of $11,212.50 @8.09% financing. Tech installed and said let it go through regen process to flush system. No luck, techs came 5 times trying to make right. Once ,was hooked up wrong and adjusted. Adjusted multiple times and suggested it might be hot water tank. We replaced, to no avail. PPMs fluctuate to high #s and ph was way off the charts. 2 family members break out when showering and cat lost some fur. Rep offered a uv and another tank under the sink. The only drinking and cooking water is from the little tank under the sink. Tech recommended not to drink or cook with tap water. Here we are a year later and still having problems, they won't take back. We are using a bag a salt a month, buying water and paying for something that can't handle our water. This isn't what they promised and suggested by their pamphlet ,the 10 day cancellation was impossible due to the waiting for the system to do its thing. Must be a taillight warranty return. We would advise people to get a PPM meter. Now, Mar 8/23 still not suitable tap water.Atlantic Environmental Systems Inc

very nice not to have to run out and buy water all the time water tastes great and i know when i make my grand daughters formula the water is nice and clean good company to work with when we moved they came right away and moved new system to our new home no chargedAtlantic Environmental Systems Inc

While their product may very well be as great as they claim, we feel the aggressive sales tactics used by Atlantic Environmental Systems negate any inclination to give them our business. It started with a seemingly innocuous phone survey about environmental issues. This was followed by notification by phone that we’d won a “prize” for participating in the survey, which would be delivered to our home. And they needed assurance that both my husband and myself would be home for the delivery. Yes, alarm bells were going off, but we were intrigued. Enter the salesman, with his trainee in tow. He was very polite and charming and gave a lovely demonstration of how hard our water is; he explained how their water treatment would save us money, yada, yada, yada. Then came the pressure tactics. We politely but firmly said we might be interested, but not at this time. This was met with repeated rebuffs and phone calls (5 or 6!) to “the office”; after each call the sales offer got sweeter and sweeter for signing NOW. Note: we were never told what the total cost of the system would be, despite asking several times. This experience was 2 hours of our lives that we can never regain. The one positive takeaway however, is it has awakened us to the many questions about water treatment systems. Unfortunately for Atlantic Environmental Systems, we will look far and wide for any company but theirs for our business. If their product is really as great as they claim, why the need for false pretenses and pressure tactics? It smacks of desperation and shows a lack of respect for their potential customers. Spoiler alert: the prize is a cheap first aid kit.Atlantic Environmental Systems Inc

We have no problem with the results after getting the water conditioner, but we find that we don't need the 5 stage reverse osmosis unit at that price. We are seniors and feel we can't afford it. My problem is that I called to have it removed and they tell me it has to be within 10 days and they claim it's 11 days. It was installed on Oct. 25th. and I called on Nov. 4th. According to my calculations that is 10 days. All I want is have them come and remove that unit but leave the Platinum conditioner, and they refuse.Atlantic Environmental Systems Inc

We permit a 10-day window in which you can return the system without any concerns. After that window has closed, we are unable to provide a refund for your system. I already had that conversation with the manager. ****** is that it was installed on Oct. 5th and I called on November 4th, to return the 5 stage osmosis unit and they say it's 11 days. Unless I went to the wrong school I add it up and it is 10 Days! So you have don't absolutely nothing to help me out!Review fromFrances H

Very good company to work with. They are quick to assist with any problems within the system. My water quality has become excellent. I am drinking much more water and using less soap.
