NO WONDER, YOU HAVE BLOCKED ME ON *********
I have taken a procedure earlier from Whitby clinic and asked for full body laser quote too.
I opted for free consultation as I had few questions. I reached at the scheduled time 5:30 pm today. I was asked to wait.
Two patients came after me, both were early than their expected time. However the nurse attended both of them first and I was asked to wait further.
Why? *** **** ****? Because I came for free consultation. Which means my time has no value. The girl at the reception was constantly reminding the nurse that ***** has been waiting for so long. But I was not attended at all.
I left at 6 pm. I was ready to undergo 2,000 laser treatment just after getting few answers to my questions during the consultation.
You have lost business from me forever. And I am going to spread this word around everywhere possible.
Replying on your reply: this was not about long wait time. **** ** ***** **** . This is about making me feel small because I came for “Free Consultation”. Waiting is not a problem. But seeing you attending the patients who were early for their appointment and who came after me, first..attending them before me. This made me feel humiliated. The office manager was continually telling the nurse that ***** came here first and she has been waiting for long. On that the nurse replied “let her”. I heard that. Don’t make it sound like a normal waiting issue. The nurse humiliated me. I made a complaint to your customer care and she called me and said I was offered Virtual consultation and did paper work. However, NOONE OFFERED ME ANY VIRTUAL CONSULTATION AND NO PAPER WORK WAS DONE THAT DAY. please own your mistake. Please own the fact that you have humiliated me. Please stop blaming it on “many appointment”. The nurse clearly made me wait because I was there for FREE Consultation.

I have had a bubble under my right eye since I had the Botox done at the Toronto locale...Avenue Rod and Eglinton.I did not have the bag before. The clinic has not addressed the issue. I will be seeing a cosmetic surgeon and an ophomologist to access the situation. I feel like I wasted my money. I had to save up or this treatment for over a year and they won't deal with this bubble so I think I wasted all of my money.Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

I did two procedures with them , botox and fraxel . I will be honest, I dont see any difference. Wasted $$ and time! When I called costumer service regards the botox , nothing happened! I know myself and seeing before and after the treatment , there is no improvement! Waste of hard earn money ! Gone somewhere else and I noticed big difference!Skin Vitality Medical Clinic

Have had coolsculpting treatments done. Not happy with results (no noticeable difference)
They offered additional treatments, no charge. Still not happy.
Contacted them, more photos taken. I advised them that I have not had a reply but no reply again.
This is the second time I went to them to treat the same problem. The first to time being several years ago with minimal results.
I should have learned after the first time that their treatments don't work. Now after spending $6,000+ I still have the same problem.
Could have had the desired outcome by going to a plastic surgeon; done in their office with local anaesthetic, for the same price without having to wait 8 weeks.
Was told that the coolsculpting procedure effect takes up to 8 weeks to be noticed.

I have been going to skin vitality for year and half. Trusted their services. First for most I learned they over charge. Their is no fixed rate. I came to realize when searched other places. And their charges are high. Aside form that I got major treatment done with them cool sculpting Aug. 2022 and spend 10,000.00 in abdominal area only. They definitely overcharged me. After all cool sculpting did not go right. I developed PAH condition. Which I did not know to begin with what this is. I noticed I am fatter on area treated instead of losing fat. I kept emailing skin vitality I was told should have got assessment done. How I was spouse to know the protocol. They should have advised and booked for me. I requested them not take to take my monthly payment at least which was auto set. Up until now they keep taking my payment. It is almost a year now. They hooked me up with some insurance company who makes cool sculpting and I am dealing with them on my own. They have not refunded my money on top of that I have to deal with my PAH condition developed. I am so overwhelmed by all this.
Still with trust now I made second big purchase a month ago for Morpheus8 for 6000.00 dollars for Buttock and back of my thigh for cellulites. They put me on payment plan again and 1000.00 I paid on my credit card. I did one one treatment on both areas. And full area was not treated as sold. Upon asking I was told the can only freeze certain amount of area at a time. I was misled that whole area will be covered. Now if that full area is not treated that will not look good First they charged me way overly compared to other places. Now the treatment is not getting done as sold. I contacted them as first treatment is not performed as promised. I am discontinuing the treatments and requesting for cancellation and refund. Hi ***,
A total of 60 units were used for your March 15th treatment.
22 units for frown, 10 for forhead, 4 for perioral and 24 for crows feet.
We explained this when we discussed your concern on March 20th. We explained the results would speak for themselves and to contact us 2 weeks post treatment if there were any concerns. We did not hear from you - we can only assume the results were great. Please note, you cannot treat all of these areas effectively with 30 units.

I had consultation over the phone, without even looking at my face or my picture, they made me to get unnecessary procedures like 3 times ********* and coolsculpting, I’m in 30 and I do not need these procedures, they offered me discounts and monthly payments throughout affirm to motivate me , the day after I approached them to cancel it but they told me they don’t have refund policy, I was forced to go under unnecessary procedures with a lot of pain because I already paid for it, please some one stop them it’s not right I feel really badSkin Vitality Medical Clinic

I have been to skin vitality clinic for one course of Botox before this complaint for crows feet and my upper lip, which had been an ok experience overall. The individual offering the procedure was kind and I have no complaints about the staff who offer the service at this time.
My complaint is directly toward the use of deception as a sales tactic. I will explain below.
I recently used the text line to inquire about Sulptra treatments for the face. I was told that it is not Health Canada Approved for the face. I was then told about "other options" the clinic offers, in an attempt to sell me on a different product.
A friend of mine, who is a medical doctor, is the one who had told me about the treatment. The truth is that Sulptra has been Health Canada Approved for the face for over 20 years. Skin Vitality Clinic attempted to use deception to sell me on a product that they did not offer.
I find this practice to be highly unethical and I have chosen to cancel my future appointments and seek a different clinic. Had they been honest with me up front, stating that they do not offer this service for the face, but instead they do offer these other services, I may have given that more consideration. I am not open to working with a clinic that uses deception to increase sales.
It makes me question the deeper ethics of this company as a whole. I recommend anyone considering their services ensure they do their homework before inquiring about their services. I would suspect that deception may be part of their overall sales tactic *** ***** ******* **** ** *** ***** *********** **** ******* ** ** ****.

Hi *******, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry you felt deceived. The customer care representative was not well versed on the service you inquired about as we do not offer it at our clinics. In an attempt to provide positive customer service she simply noted that we offer thread lifts when you indicated you were looking to "lift your face". The representative then noted you could discuss the treatment at your upcoming Botox appointment if you wished. The chat ended with you stating you would inquire at your appointment. I would dispute that any form of "deception" or "sales tactic" was used in this situation. I believe 32 years in business and 13 locations is proof enough that deception is not part of our business model. Treatment went well, the nurse who did my treatments was great
The complaints are arriving for your scheduled appointment to sit and wait almost an hour before going into your appointment, with no one saying anything, and when asked just told you will be seen soon. Very frustrating, if you are overbooked or something has put the appointments behind schedule say something to the patients waiting. At least acknowledge the fact that people are waiting and may not be able to stay, they could have somewhere else to be or just do not have the extra time to wait
I had my post-treatment follow up and the nurse I saw was not even aware of the treatments I had
She started to take pictures of something I did not have treated for, then rushed through my appointment
I was not given any post-treatment information
I emailed my original contact whom I purchased the treatments from to get no reply, resaon I was given was my message went to junk..
It took 3 months of emails with no answers to my questions and no reply to my complaints and a lot of time wasted
Finally, a manager called and left a message. At this time I have not spoken to her yet
It has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience
