I placed an order August 17 for a quad. Order was processed and was due to arrive within couple weeks. I have made many attempts to get an update on order. I be got One response saying they would check with warehouse. I have sent five emails since then to see what is going on. I placed an order on August 08, 2024 at 01:58PM, for a total of $1,835.99. The item I purchased: ***** ********* | 1500w Electric ATV | Brushless | 48V
The company states that they ship within 1-2 business days after payment, and I paid in full on August 8, 2024. Please view the attached files. However, it has been 11 days since my order was paid for, and it has not even been shipped. Furthermore, I have reached out to this company numerous times. They do not respond to emails, calls, or social media page messages.

The *** ****** 110cc Gas Atv came but has no reverse switch or stick. We received this on May 17, 2024, and since then we have called, texted, emailed, left messages and used their chat and no responses regarding these concerns. I have all the documentation to support my relentless effort to contact Kids on Wheels.
We would like to have one with a reverse or a refund.
I am looking forward to your assistance in this matter.

We purchased (August 2022) a motorized kids' car *** *** ********** ******** (October 2022) online from Kids on Wheelz on my *** ******** **** card (919.99). The Car was used only 5-6 times and stopped working completely on July 2023, less than a year after the original purchase. The original warranty papers with the car stated the warranty from the company was one year plus 90 days. Since July 2023 we have repeatedly attempted to make contact by email and phone to Kids on Wheelz to no avail. No answer on the phone, no returning messages, no answer to emails. * ** *** **** ** **** ** * **** ******* ** ********* Having purchased it using my **** , I contacted *** **** in July 2023 and they instructed me to forward a claim to their insurance agency; ******* ****** **********. They have since twice denied the claim saying that the responsibility lies with the original supplier Kids on Wheelz and *** **** "extended" insurance does not cover it because it happened within the original warrenty time frame of "one year plus 90 day period. I debated with (*******) what is the point of the extended warrenty
