I ordered an electric ride on for 1204.79$ and I have been trying to reach them for updates. First no one pick up the phones and then sends me the wrong tracking number. Waited for a week with the wrong tracking number and still trying to reach them. I purchased a KidZone Bumper Car for $249.98 (plus tax) on the 1st of December, 2022, on the Hudson's Bay Marketplace, from a third party seller, the subject of my complaint 'Kids on Wheelz,' with a promised shipping date between 3-10 business days. After no tracking information, I reached out to the bay on December 16th, who indicating they would be reaching out to the vendor for further tracking information. I was provided with a ********* tracking number for Canada Post, for a package that was delivered provinces away on January 2022. I received a vague email on the 20th of December, 2022 **** *** *** *** Kids on Wheelz with absolutely no further information. I called and emailed ******** *** ** Kids on Wheelz upwards of eight times between the 20th and 24th, with numerous emails. On the 23rd of December, 2022, a Kids on Wheelz rep by the name of Veronia indicated that a rep had reached out to me previously (they had no) to inform me that the bumper car was no longer in stock for my selected colour, and they would be willing to ship a green or blue bumper car, promised the following day. I agreed, they did not deliver the bumper car, ** ***** did not receive her ********* ******** *** despite multiple attempts to communicate with Kids on Wheelz, I have been ignored. I would like a refund ASAP. I purchased a remote control car toy online on the Kids on Wheels website on July 18, 2022 for $84.74 using ******. I have not received this item and despite repeated attempts to contact this company (emails, texts, chat is on the website but doesn’t function) to update me on the status, I haven’t had any reply. I sent them an email yesterday for my final request for an update and still no reply. I would like your assistance to get a full refund of $84.74. I did purchase a gift from this company through ********* marketplace a year ago and delivery was quick. I don’t understand why this company will not respond to customer enquiries? I ordered a drone through kidsonwheelz.ca on September 28. After not hearing about the status of my order for a week, I attempted to contact the company.
Upon receiving no responses, I asked to be refunded on October 6th and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. My request for refund was sent via text message, emails to both their support and sales teams as well as voice mail.
They did not respond to my refund request and eventually said my order was shipped.
They will not provide me with a tracking number. The company will not respond to any attempts to communicate with them by any means. I have tried email, phone call, text and social media.
Their website says my order is still not fulfilled but they say it's been shipped. I asked for a tracking number and they will not provide one.
Their shipping policy was also recently updated to reflect the product I ordered as being a special item. The shipping policy is not readily available on their website and a physical search has to be done to find it.Customer Answer

We ordered a stroller cover from kidzonwheels, order #kids**** using email ************************** on august 15, 2022.
Since then we reached out to them via customer support and had asked for an update. Each time they stated they would get back to us, and they did not.
Today September 19th, 2022 we asked them for a refund as we had ordered this item from another company since they took so long. We were told someone would get back to us. We are still waiting for them to get back to us, they even said the item was shipped “2 weeks ago” yet, their website shows the item is not fufilled. * **** ******* ********* Please help me just get a refund as that’s all we need at this point.

We purchased a 24V ride on electric vehicle *** *** *** *** ****** this year. There is a 12 month warranty on the product. We have had issues with the quality of materials used as the shocks have plastic screws that became stripped by the 2nd use. It also appears that the parts don't fully lineup properly. I have been trying to communicate with the company via email or chat since September 2, 2022. I have not received a single reply that was not automated. I have attempted to call and nobody ever answers. How can they uphold their warranty if they won't communicate with anyone who has issues.
