      I ordered the ELECTRIC BALANCE BIKE 16" ****** ***** 2022 on May 6, with a delivery estimate of May 12-23. Order #KIDS4351. I used the email ********************@*******.com. It is now June 13 and it still hasn’t shipped. I have messaged them through the website chat, email and as well as their ******** page with no response. I have requested a refund and they have not responded.

      On May 13th 2023 I ordered a children's wagon *** ** * **** ***** ********* The delivery was supposed to occur by May 26th. I have not received my order and have attempted numerous times to contact this company with no return calls or emails.       I ordered a car bed from this company on line and when assembling, aside from the instructions being for a different bed it was missing a number of parts for the proper assembly. It also came with a European plug in adapter vs something functional in Canada. I wrote several emails ( one was responded to asking for pictures) and I’ve written for months since with no response. I’ve paid over a $1000 for this item and have been totally ignored.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      They emailed me on April the 19th and asked me for pictures which I’d sent and said they have sent the information to their parts department for review. This is over two months ago they have opened this file with no response.

      We purchased a ride on toy *** *** *** end of March. Received a confirmation email but that is it. We have tried calling and emailing and no one was gotten back to us. We spent over $960 on the ride on toy. ******* ********** ******* *** They say they refunded so but they never did!!!

      I purchased a twin size car bed *** ** *** almost a month ago. Was told it was in stock and will ship on 1-2 days. My order is over a thousand dollars, it shows my purchased is paid, the money was taken out my account but I have not Been able to get in contact with anyone by phone or email.       Ordered an ****** ***** 12 on March 17th for $621.49 was supposed to be shipped in 1-2 days( on in stock items, said it was in stock) I have emailed, called(and it goes straight to voicemail), and did the online chat, there is no response from the company.       I placed an order Jan 20th with a shipping date of Jn 26- Feb 2. I tried following up a week after I ordered with no reply. I tried phoning. Emailing and texting. I received a shipping notification on Jan 30 however the shipping tracking isn't correct. I have since tried following up again since the item hasn't moved since it was apparently shipped and I am still getting no reply. It is now Feb 8th I have to item and no follow up what so ever on when to expect it.

      Purchased item December 10th. Delivery was to be no later than December 19th. Contacted company multiple times would have no response or mailbox was full. Kept saying it was tk be delivered the next day ext. but refused to recode shipping address. Tried to cancel wouldn’t let us. I have all supporting documents and can attach.
      Ended up delivery item without signature when we were away as we would not as accepted delivery.
