      They delivered my package to the wrong address and when I showed them proof of this they stepped responding to my emails.

      Title: Extremely Disappointing Shipping Experience : I recently had the unfortunate experience of using TForce Freight for a shipment, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The entire process was filled with delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability on their part. Firstly, the estimated delivery date was constantly changing, leaving me uncertain about when I would receive my package. The lack of consistency in their estimated delivery dates only added to the frustration and inconvenience. To make matters worse, their customer service was utterly unhelpful. When I called the provided number to inquire about the status of my shipment, I was met with unprofessional and indifferent representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Their dismissive attitude only compounded my frustration and made me feel like a mere inconvenience. The shipment itself seemed to take a detour around the entire continent before finally reaching its destination. The fact that it took nearly a month for my package to make its way from Florida to Alberta is simply unacceptable. The multiple stops and delays along the way only served to highlight the inefficiency of TForce Freight's shipping operations. Moreover, the lack of timely updates and accurate tracking information added to the frustration. The sporadic updates provided on the tracking page were often outdated or failed to provide any meaningful information about the location of the package. This left me in the dark, unable to plan accordingly or make any necessary arrangements for the delivery. Overall, my experience with TForce Freight was nothing short of a disaster.       Horrifically bad service. I live in an apartment with a buzzer code, which I've given them 4 times (2 emails and 2 phone calls) but they keep marking "no access" without even trying. Worst shipping experience I've ever had.

      * **** ** ******** ****** ********* *** ****** they did not attempt to deliver my package and tracking was updated as "Bad address'. This company ruined the plan my daughter had for her high school award night. The dress she planned on wearing was in the package. They failed to deliver. What a shame!!. The company had my phone which they could have called when "They did not find my address because it was a bad address". I called and spoke with Mark one of their managers. He was **** ******** *** *** not helpful. I have being living at my address for the past 7 years and never have issues with delivery. I tracked again and it now says delivered. So how did you now get my address? *** ******* *** ****** **** ******** **** * ******  I will check my mailbox tomorrow and I hope the package is there.

      ******** ******** ** *** ********* My package had an address issue. I tried contacting them multiple times to correct the issue. Every email inquiry was replied to with an automated response. Every phone call ended with me waiting 24 - 48 hours for them to correct the issue and deliver the package. Most couriers have a hub where you can pick up the parcel if they can't deliver to a rural address. This company does not. No responsibility for the lost parcel was ever taken.

      ** * ***** **** **** **** * **** * ****** **** ******** ** *********** **** *** ******** ******* ** *** ******** ******* There is no method of providing them with delivery instructions so instead of actually delivering packages they simply get returned to sender in an endless cycle. Infuriating that retailers continue to use this delivery service to the detriment of their customers' satisfaction.
