      They are the worst freight company in the history of freight companies. Customer service is a joke. They made me book a delivery appointment for the next day which I did and then they never showed. The next time I called they said the package is now lost. This was after they had had it sitting for 9 days. *** ******* *****

      I ordered a couple items from a company that uses TForce. * **** *** ** ***** ***** *** ****** ********** **************. Despite giving them clear instructions for delivery 3 times, and staying home all day to ensure I didn't miss it, no attempts were made to buzz into my building or to contact me about the "missed" deliveries they claimed to attempt. No assistance has been offered from TForce further than sending the same copy-paste email (complete with my name misspelled), asking me to provide delivery instructions, twice. I had to contact the company I ordered from, who weren't able to do anything but refund me. Despite not even wanting to, I've had to put in another order from another company, that isn't even going to be here as quickly as I need it. At this point, I want to beg this company to stop using TForce, as I have had problems with them every single time.

      Terrible company. The second time they ***** my package. Sent out notification that parcel was delivered- went downstairs within minutes and to my great surprise nothing was there. They are good at taking pictures for record then they ******* ***** **. Called them and they said “left it at the lobby” dude, for a reason I put the apartment number and special note NOT TO LEAVE IN THE LOBBY. Even my super posted a note for couriers not to leave any parcel on top of furnitures in lobby area. T Force please work with integrity ***

      Package ordered from **** *** Jan 3. Jan 4 "out for delivery" 3 days goes by nothing. Contact Tforce. Receive word salad reply and no response to my question after that. Contact **** ***. Parcel was picked up Jan 4. 6 Days goes by, What were they doing with it for 6 days before it gets to the warehouse.. (couple calls to **) Monday Jan 9 parcel shows up at Tforce Warehouse in Brampton where it sat for 5 days. This morning is shows "Return to Sender" (**** ***) Not once did Tforce attempt to deliver this package. No calls, no emails. Nothing. Called **** ***. Confirmed it was sent back to them and I will be receiving a refund. Will never order anything from anywhere if Tforce is the shipper used. Can't believe **** *** would use such a company. Ordered many times from them and never had one single issue, all packages came within a day or two. The one time I get assigned this company, I get nothing. No parcel, just headache. . All **** *** customer service reps were great, except one . No comment on him. Yvonne and Susan were great to talk to and deal with. Terrible company *Tforce* Terrible customer service. Never again.

      ** * ***** **** ** * **** ***** **** ***** ** **** **** *** I have been calling and emailing for ten days straight trying to get my package. Where is my package? When will it be delivered? No one can tell me because no one ever calls me back or answers my email. It has been sitting in a warehouse, I hope, 20 mins from my house but I can't go pick it up. This is the worst company ever. I will advise my company at work never to use their freight again either. Horrible customer service. They said they couldn't deliver my package because an access code was needed. Guess what, I live in a rural home with a driveway. If your driver can't drive down a driveway then that is a problem. No access code is needed. There isn't even a gate.

      This company deemed my package "undeliverable" on Dec 24 for no reason I can see other than I'm assuming the driver just didn't want to work on Christmas Eve. No note was left and there are no barriers to dropping a package at my front door. I enquired multiple times and each time was met with the same automated response from a different person asking for an access code to my building. Each time I explained that it's a house and there is no code I would get no reply at all. Over a week later I recieved an email saying they couldn't find my package and offered me no solution or explaination. How is this company still in business and what are they doing with all of these "lost" packages??

      ****** shipped a Christmas gift on December 07, 2022 using this company. As of Dec 15,22, the package showed out for delivery. It has never been delivered. Multiple attempts through email and phone have not resolved the issue. The company refuses to say anything outside of it will still be delivered. Seriously? They will not investigate where the package is or try to trace it. Same story every time...it will be delivered. If you're waiting for a delivery from these guys, don't hold your breath. ** *** **** ** *** *****

      **** *** **** ******* * **** ***** ******* **** I placed an order on December 13 with sport chek paid for shipment. It is now December 22nd and all they can tell me is I will receive it before Christmas which doesn't help me when I need it by December 23rd ** *** *** **** *******. I even offered to pick up at their place and was told I couldn't.

      **** ******** ** **** **************.I ordered a package for my daughter Christmas from ******.Tforce kept my package for two weeks and when I called and complained to ****** they returned the package to ****** and now my daughter is left without a Christmas gift..They are also very disrespectful when I called the company itself.**** **** ** ** ****** ****
