      * ****** ********* *** ********** **** ****** *********** Our experience was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.
      When our washer and dryer were delivered, the delivery team damaged our walls and carpet during the process. Once we began installation, we discovered physical damage on the side of the drum of the dryer — meaning the appliance itself was also compromised.
      It took over four weeks for them to provide a replacement, with zero urgency or accountability. Throughout the ordeal, customer service was unresponsive, and management was ineffective. Their entire process — from delivery to issue resolution — is completely broken.
      If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. **** ******** *** ****** * ****** ******* *********

      ******* ** *** ***** ******* * **** ********** ***** ***** I bought all my appliances for my new home from them and the dishwasher never worked at all. I called to get a replacement and they told me they have a zero return or replacement policy. I was unaware of this policy *** ***** ***** **** ****** **** **** ******* *** * *****. I believe I should get a brand new dishwasher but they insisted I can only get a repair. I have been waiting weeks for a call back and today found out that a ticket for repair was never done. So now they said they created a ticket and I must continue to wait for a call back after believing that a ticket had already been completed. The representatives that I talk to at Goemans all tell me something different. I don't have a working dishwasher, I can't get a replacement, nobody calling me back for repairs. Very upsetting and frustrating. Worst of all the girl at Customer Service mocked me and laughed at me because I didn't read the small print at the bottom of the invoice that states no return policy for any reason. This is not kind and this company should not be treating customers like this who have spent a lot of money buying appliances. ** ******* ******** ** ** ** **** *** **** * **** *** *** **** *** **** *** ***** *** ** *** ********** ** *** ***** ** **** **** ******

      Under manufacturer warranty we can not authorize an exchange without their approval. It was our understanding that you had reached out to ***** directly and they provided you with a reference number for your repair.

      ***** ***** ** * ****** I spent over $20,000 in 2022 for new Appliances. I purchased one of the ********** professional twins the large ones when it arrived the fridge had a big dent had to switch that out the freezer had an ice problem I didn’t realize it was leaking in the back of the fridge to the floor all over the place because it’s built-in I didn’t see it Then they switched out the freezer because it was unrepairable and I’ve had problems two more times after that, then it broke again and I got another freezer and that was all within the year and then my extended warranty kicked in and guess what my icemaker is broken again again unrepairable so I thought ***** *** I have extended warranty and guess what the warranty will give you back what you paid for it in 2022 but it cost $1000 more to get it replaced. I can’t imagine paying $1000 just to have ice. I’ve called everywhere I possibly can and nobody’s willing to help me so I would say stay away from ********** **** **** ******* ***** ******** ******* ****** I will never buy my appliances again at ******** not only have things broke, but you have to wait to get it. Replaced fixed service oh, and again I forgot to say that my stove which is built in as well that went on the Fritz they came and changed the actual computer motherboard so far so good yeah **** **** **** **** ***** They don’t stand behind their products and they won’t help you.

At Goemans we do what we can to assist within both manufacturer and extended warranties as we do not hold any warranty to the appliances sold. Each appliance comes with a manufacturer warranty, and if purchased, the consumer then has a ******* warranty to assist after the manufacturer warranty for any functional issues after the manufacturer warranty ends.
      ******* will only provide a credit in the amount of which was paid for the appliance and the difference in cost is then covered by the consumer. This is in the agreement with the extended warranty.

      First of all, it’s my freezer the icemaker it’s only two years old really it’s not even two years old because there was an exchange after a while because the icemaker broke previously and then when it came the very first time it was broke so they exchanged it and also I’ve read multiple reviews that the icemaker is a defect and that everybody complained about the same thing. I’m not asking for my money back. Just don’t think it’s fair that I would have to pay $917 just for an icemaker that is not even guarantee to not stop working again so your answer is unacceptable. I will never shop Geomans again.

      I have purchased over $40,000 worth of appliances with Gomans over the past 8 years. This summer I bought an oven from them that arrived not functioning. The unit was a lemon. They have refused to replace it after contacting them repeatedly since the day it arrived as a non-functioning unit. It’s impossible ** ***** a company that doesn’t stand behind their products functioning upon delivery. ********** **** ********* ** ******** **** ***********

      Yes but this shouldn’t apply if the appliance arrives at the customers home broken. This should only apply if the appliance functions when delivered, and then breaks down. If it arrives broken, it’s Goemans responsibility to replace it with one that works. You have absolved yourself of a responsibility that is yours.

      We purchase 2 ********* dishwashers, ********* oven, microwave drawer, beverage fridge, range hood, washer and dryer from Goeman’s Mississauga store. This was close to a $30K order. They were installed by Goeman’s on November 25th. All the ********* appliances had an installation issue. It is now February 9th and they still have not resolved the issues. They come and look at the problems, agree it is an issue but unless I keep calling they do not come back. After calling again today they are going to try and arrange another visit. I would not recommend ****** ******** **** Goeman’s. After the sale and once they have your money they do not care. They do not follow up, they ignore emails I have even reached out to the store manager with no results to date to resolve issues.

      The holder wouldn’t close
      Removed new fridge installed our old fridge broke door on it
      Called joe mgr at store he called got two units in milton but can’t get them till end of Dec!!!….three weeks from milton.. crazy!!
      No customer service
      Christmas without working fridge
      Terrible!!

      I was a loyal customer at Goemans in Markham, spending over $30,000 at their store, buying 4 ***** kitchen combos and a ******* washer and dryer combo. But let me tell you, their so-called "customer service" ** * ***** ***** Once they made their hefty commission off my purchase, I became invisible.
      They boast about valuing customers, but it's all a facade. Recently, I discovered a whopping **** difference in the price of a washer and dryer combo at *** ** ********. When I tried to address this with Goemans, they brushed me aside, offering no price match despite their claims. *** ***** *** ** ******* ** their manager, who dodged my calls and avoided face-to-face meetings instead of addressing the issue.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the customer and for the delay in having the price match completed.
      After further reviewing the customer's file, I see the customer was contacted by the store manager and was advised that the price match invoice has been finalized.
      Customer was contacted via email on December 19th to advise that the customer can contact the store directly to have the refund applied back onto the same form of payment.

      ** *** ******** ******** **** ******* *********** When I called the store to complain, the sales person ********* yelled at me and **** ** *** ********* ** ** *** *** ****** ****** ******** The after sales customer service is the WORST.
      Spent 24k in the Whitby store and they DO NOT stand behind their products.
      Forget customer service - they say they will get back to you in 24/48 hrs but never do. When you do call, it’s an inconvenience that they do not want to deal with.

      Worst experience with ********* appliances bought from goemans customer service is absolute disaster.
      Many calls with no one to follow up, sales are even worse as that get upset for calling for follow up.

      Bought a few appliances here. First set a few years ago took a negative ****** review to get it serviced after the fridge stopped making ice within the first few months...
      Customer service was very poor back then but they eventually came through... Only took a few weeks and about 10 calls to get anywhere.
      My mistake for buying from them again .
      Recently spent 2k on dryer washer combo. Wife was told I wouldn't have to lift a finger. Great. Everything is installed fine. Fast forward a few weeks we now have mold since the fitting with the new install was done incorrectly. So we call the store... Two calls... Three calls. Call head office. Finally found out the store didn't even make a ticket. So here we are again Gorman's. High and dry with no support or help. Called customer service multiple times and was reassured multime times someone will escalate this .... Nothing has happened . We are now a few weeks into the first call....
      ** ******* *** ******** *** ****** ****** ****** **** **** ********* *** ***** **** ***** **** ** . But at least I have a brand new unit since it gets no use.
