      I purchased a Dishwasher in July 2022, finally in January 2023 it arrived. As soon as we installed it, the dishwasher did not work ( Extremely loud drilling sound). I called Goemans and requested a replacement/refund and was told I would need to have a technician. The technician came and told me the issue was that the entire motor of the dishwasher was defective. He did not come prepared for this repair and regardless, I paid for a brand new dishwasher, not a refurbished one!!! ** told me that Goemans must replace the item within the first 30 days if I request that. I made the request and was given a reference number to give to Goemans. Goemans then called ** and told them they refused to replace the dishwasher because it was **** responsibility and not theirs. I have been calling both companies daily for over 1 week and everyone is giving me the run-around. * ** ******** ** **** * ****** ** * ** ********* ***** *** ******** *** *** ****** **** ******** *** *********** ********** **** * **** **** ***** ******

      Just wanted to share my recent experience with Goemans. Our washing machine broke down on the 10th of December. My first instinct was to call a repairman ( ****** * **** *** * ****** ********* ) Upon inspection it was determined the unit could be repaired however the cost and lead time for new parts were not economical. Thus we reached out to Geomans, where the original unit was purchased. The staff at Goemans went above and beyond our expectations and within a week we had 3 very nice gentlemen install our new machine and cart the other unit away. Jason and Faith are a great example of what customer service means and Goemans continues to be a pillar to serving our local community. * ***** ****** ********* ******* ** **** ******* *** **** **********.       This company has absolutely the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with . My stove ( which I bought less than a year ago ) has been out of service for 4 weeks , numerous calls emails and follow ups and they keep telling me that they are waiting to hear from a tech . I asked them how long should I expect a response or for my appliance to be faced . They said “ as long as it takes “ . To make things worse , I get an email asking me how my experience was from a rep , I email her back and explain the situation , that was over two weeks ago , no response. I still have a stove not functioning and they don’t care . I will forever tell anyone and everyone to never trust Goemans with anything * ******** **** ********

      The customer service at Goemans is definitely lacking. We ordered a ***** 36" gas stovetop (along with all the other appliances for our kitchen). The stovetop is still not here after being told it would be delivered in June. We somehow missed that shipment and have been waiting since then with delays every month. I understand that appliances are being delayed (even though the delays of some of these appliances make no sense at this point). However, calls and updates should be a priority. Instead, as a customer you are expected to call and follow up every month to check the status. And the delays are frustrating. They string you along every month telling you to the next month it will be delivered. No solutions are offered and as a customer you are expected to push. I am so disappointed. I don't know what to do at this point.

      we have had nothing but trouble in placing an order for appliances with Goemans the latest being the delivery of a new fridge due on the 8th december and confirmed on the 7th for delivery between 11aam and 2pm. the old fridge was removed and left in the middle of the kitchen on the 7th as scheduled .
      we received a phone call today the 8th Dec to advise the fridge will not be delivered???
      there is obviously something very wrong with the management of a company which has no control over the promises made by its staff who do not keep to the promises made by them.
      Why is the whole process nor controlled by the salesman and are we passed back and forth with vari0us departments who can only respond by saying it is not my fault

      I never write reviews --ever...but this company should not be in business. I find it laughable that you can't find (nor will they offer) any of the executive names to reach out to. ZERO accountability. Here is my story. Purchased approx $50K of kitchen appliances from Goemans back last September (2021) -- they easily took my deposit...we picked a brand that we were told would available for delivery by December but that they would hold until our house was ready (**** ****** ****) -- when we called in March of 2022 for delivery -- they asked for full payment (which we understood) to ONLY find that it was at that time they would officially place the order with the manufacturer. (which again...no one told us about...quick to take deposit and sit on the money to only do nothing until they received full payment) -- so...lets fast forward. We did receive some items early after we paid the full amount...but our rang ($18K) got delivered -- (FINALLY) this past weekend October 23rd 2022. (13 months in the making) -- Range arrives....call gas fitter in...does his work. The gas stove top is working......but the oven itself is not. So...we called the electrician (to which we paid for) -- to only find out that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the electrical --its an oven issue. So...we call Goemans -- how pleasant of them to say we would have to wait a week (after we opened a ticket) to get someone out to fix it. LAUGHABLE -- brand new out of the box oven -- and there is zero...I mean ZERO sense of urgency to get someone to our house to fix it. I hear lots of "Im sorry for the inconvenience. Actually what I hear is a lot of "scripted" answers which tells me their customer service department deals with a lot of complaints. So...the customer support person who will likely respond to this thread....stop with the "I'm sorry...give me a name of someone senior enough to get this resolved!" -- not a lot to ask. Frustrated customer

      I have never experienced such a bad company, I bought a Fridge in September 2021 and till today I have not received it, so 14 months and they keep telling us we do not know when the fridge will be shipped from the USA ****** ** ** * ********* ******* **** **** ******** *** ******** ******* ** ** **** *** ********

      I purchased a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave drawer, range hood, and wine fridge from Goemans. I placed the order over a year in advance of needing the appliances knowing the lead times needed due to covid supply shortages. I was told by Bill that they would hold appliances in the warehouse as they came in. A couple of months ago I was told the inventory was in and would be delivered and installed on my timeline. I paid for everything including install. When setting up delivery they nonchalantly stated that the dishwasher would not be available until after Christmas - this was after confirming it was waiting in the warehouse. After multiple calls and finding a new dishwasher with another supplier, a dishwasher mysteriously appeared. Then the same happened with my fridge and freezer. All of a sudden they were not in and could not be delivered even though I was told that all was waiting to be delivered. Not only that but the dates for delivery of the other appliances were canceled as they didn't separate out the fridge and freezer from that delivery order. So I then had to spend more hours on the phone and drive to the store to speak to the manager. After days of frustration and lost time they were finally able to deliver and install thise appliances.
      I finally received my fridge and freezer today. However they would not provide an install date until next week (an install I have paid for). I now have a fridge and freezer sitting in the middle of my kitchen for Thanksgiving weekend. They each have multiple tipping hazard signs on them (built in models) and are very precarious. With children and dogs around this is a huge safety issue!
      The big promises and lack of follow through with no explanation or apology is unbelievable. I spent $40k at Goemans and once they received payment I was treated like crap. It is appalling.
      We spent the last year building our house and by far the most frustrating part was dealing with Goemans.

      I bought a floor model ***** Washer for a moderate discount from these people - thinking I was getting a premium machine. However they would not allow a 5 year warrantee. Little did I know the machine was already 3 years old which they never revealed to me when I bought it and sure enough in 3 more years it suffered a major breakdown (spider broke). They told me there was nothing they could do and I must contact ***** . ***** in turn to told me to buzz off. I had the machine inspected by a third party who called ***** and was told the part was about $3,000 !!!!!
      Geoeman's much brayed nonsense about Customer Service was just BS. The quality of ***** is much exagerated especillaly for the huge premium they want.
      There is just no integrity in the Goeman organization and ***** quality is highly overrated.

      Absolute WORST customer service experience of my life.
      I shopped at the Vaughan location and ordered a range. Paid for it, had confirmation of delivery both on text and email, but no window time of expected delivery.
      On the morning of delivery, I called the store for an approximate time to expect my new stove.
      I was shocked to learn my stove was not coming.
      I am quite upset by this and I was put in touch right away with the sales associate who sold me the stove Well, this is where it became very unpleasant for me. The **** insulted my intelligence and suggested that the confirmation I had received was in fact only of “requested”delivery date.
      It wasn’t until I sent a screen shot of the actual text that they even believed me. By this time, I’m in communication with the store manager who takes absolutely no responsibility and informs me that the store has no control over the actual deliveries and there’s no way to get my stove on the delivery truck that day. His solution was for me to take time off work to accept the delivery sometime the next week and I explained that this was not acceptable. He agreed to hire a subcontractor and suggested I pay the guy $150 cash!!!!!! It gets even worse still….. this subcontractor does not install the stove or remove my old one - services which I had already paid for; $295 and $20 respectively. Not only has this store put me in crisis because I had someone disconnect the gas from my old stove on expected delivery off the new one (leaving me and my family stoveless), *** *** **** **** ** ******** ****** ** *** ** ***. You would think after knowing of their screw up, They would try to work with me to fix it, or even offer some sort of compensation, but nope, instead *** ** ***** try to make more profit. By this point I’m exhausted by this guy’s arrogance and I just want my money back. I did get my refund, but only after threatening a law suit.
