      Just had our ******* cooktop installed and we are extremely happy with the quality of support from Goeman's and also ********* ********* ************. Team worked with utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
      Really happy that we shopped at Goeman's again despite the frustrating experience (our review 28.9.2020) caused by **** **** installer and support issues.

      ******* ** * ***** **** **** * ****** I have never dealt with a worse company. We bought a washer and dryer from Goemans in May 2022. Within the first 24 hours the washer leaked and when the dryer was delivered it had two large and deep scratches. We contacted Goemans many times and they never had any answer but would put me on hold for 30mins to an 1 hour and eventually say they would have to have someone call me back within 24-48 hours. Out of all my calls, I have never had a call back. I was told once to call the sales team and the receptionist at the Kitchener location *** ******** **** *** put me on hold and then hung up because I asked to speak to sales staff or management. (A manager did call me back after this incident and apologized for her appalling behaviour.) After months of calling the customer service line every other day, I was able to get the contact number for the manufacturer and they said they had approved the refunds for both the washer and dryer. Goemans has deep internal communication issues and never had a clue what was going on. In early August 2022, the washer and dryer were supposed to be picked up together but they only picked up one so I had to schedule another appointment time for pick up. Then they only refunded for one as they "lost the returned dryer and couldn't find it in the storage factory". We finally got the refunds for the washer and dryer but not for the full amount. When we call to discuss they say there is "nothing they can do". When I ask to escalate the issue they say someone will immediately call back after the call ends. As you can likely guess, no one EVER calls back. ** * ********* ****** ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** Goemans, please do your due diligence as a company and be honest and refund the full amount for the defective products you sell. You should also consider investigating and correcting your major internal communication issues.

      Worst experience ever! Our cooktop arrived damaged, but was installed anyways (so that we had something to cook on). I have been trying for almost 4 months to get it replaced. you cannot deal with the store directly, you have to go through head office. I am still waiting to hear a response - even after the request was sent to escalation dept.
