We had the very best buying experience with Judi R. She was working with two other sets of clients when we walked into the store. While she expertly serviced their needs, she also was able provide us with the information we needed to make a decision. When it came time to figure out billing, she was creative in making certain we received every discount available to us. This amazing person is your greatest asset. We have purchased from Sleep Countey twice before and at no time did we receive this kind of attention and appreciation for our bottom line. After about 1 year our expensive mattress is sagging. Have sent numerous emails and pictures only to be told need better pictures. So we sent more and were told the will advise when they have an update. Never heard so I sent another email asking to be told we would have to open another case. Which we did sent in pictures told again they would get back to us bet again I had to ask. Then told needed more pictures to which I said can you not send someone over to take the pictures needed. But I was told they gave me the information that I needed for the picture. So we sent another set of pictures. I waited another week or so for them to let us know the outcome. But again I had to ask because no one ever follows up. So I was told again today that I need to open another claim and suddenly for a $50.00 fee they will send someone to take pictures. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. We are sorry to hear that weren't happy with our warranty claims process. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer and they do require specific pictures in order for us to process the claim. If the customer is having trouble providing the pictures required, we do work with an independent inspection company where a technician is sent to your home to inspect the mattress. Unfortunately this service is not covered under warranty and there is a charge of $50 plus taxes. ** ******* *** I purchased a new mattress from Sleep Country after purchasing our last mattress from them and loving it. The new mattress we purchased was so hard that we were both waking up with joint and back pain. We exchanged the mattress with one that was supposed to be more in line with our original one. (The manufacturer no longer makes the same mattress as our original.) We purchased a returned mattress because it was offered at a discounted price, and we were assured that we would love this mattress as much as we loved our original one. This mattress is no better. I am currently sleeping in our guest room because of the pain that this mattress causes me. When I spoke with the sales person who sold us the bed, he suggested walking/jumping on the bed. When I called Customer Service, I was informed that this mattress was a final sale as it was a used mattress. We were not informed of this, nor was it documented on our receipt.Sleep Country Canada

We were forced to purchase a 3 inch thick mattress topper from another store because the mattress that we purchased from Sleep Country caused both my husband I so much back pain. The only way Sleep Country is going to retictify our problem is to accept the bed as a return with a 15% restocking fee.Review fromIrina B

Bought this mattress on April 18th, 2024
As per Sleep Country Website description: "Pressure point relief: Wool and hollo fibre layer with gel foam provide relief on common pressure points. Soft cushioning: Plush Foam provides conforming comfort."
After the first night I had aching and stiffness all over my body. It did not contour to the hips and shoulders and lower back after 21 days required for exchanges. Plush foam does not help to relieve pressure. Very uncomfortable mattress for side/front sleepers. **** ********Sleep Country Canada

Terrible customer service. Received an email regarding my delivery and the window is 15 to 45 minutes. I came here 15 minutes before the delivery window and after waiting for an hour, my delivery window was changed to another 3 hour delay. I am sitting on the floor, no food, no water, no chair. Agent initial DOD, she did not try to help me, she won’t tell me her name, she talks over me many times despite asking her to stop. She hang up on me. I tried calling back three times and the first 2 times I got Hang up again right after picking up. * **** *** ***** about the customer service and sales techniques that Sleep Country has in place, I recently bought an expensive mattress with the guidance of a vendor who claimed to know a lot about these products but I think he persuaded me to buy something **** ** *** **** *** ** **** ** ********* the biggest mistake I've made recently.
The mattress is way too firm and because he advised me to buy a secondhand mattress at a discounted price, I followed him thinking that he recommended the best option for my needs.
Like I said before, big mistake ******** *** ********* Now I have a mattress that is not good for me and I have to buy another one because Sleep Country can't or doesn't want to do anything for me even though I am willing to pay the price and fees related to an exchange, I am not asking for returning the item is an exchange for a mattress that can help me to get a sleep. I have spoken with three people and escalated to the management team but they keep saying they are sorry to hear about my sleeping issues but are not willing to cooperate with an old customer *** *** ******** ********* ** ******* ** ***** *********, that is the way they say Thank you for your business but I can't exchange the product they sold me.
I am very disappointed in the brand **** ****** * ********* ** ** ** *** ** ***** ***** ******* and expended a lot of money for the ******** Firm Mattress.

My experience shopping at Sleep Country was wonderful. I went to the Stevenson location in Oshawa and Scott the salesperson was awesome. I tried several beds to see which one was the best for me and Scott was very patient. He was not over- or under-bearing and he tried to get us the best discounts that the store could offer. We went one day to choose the mattress, box spring, and head board, and went back another day to confirm that the choice was the same. Scott was very genuine and personable, and I would 100% recommend shopping at this location. The experience could not have been better.Sleep Country Canada

My experience with my Sleep Country order and Sleep Country’s Customer Service was highly negative. The order, which included a queen Casper Hybrid mattress and two twin Bloom mattresses, was not delivered on the day Sleep Country committed to; it was delivered two days later, leaving me with no mattress at all for two nights, which caused back pain for which I am still suffering a week later. The twin Bloom mattresses delivered were regular twin size though I had requested in my phone order two, XL twin mattresses to fit my XL twin SOHO platform beds. Twice, I was not called back when Customer Service committed to doing so. I will never deal with Sleep Country again.Sleep Country Canada

I am giving Sleep Country 5 stars even though there were a couple of problems with our order. One problem, which was not Sleep Country's fault, was that we found the mattress far too firm. They replaced it quickly under their "100 night guarantee". Then, unbeknownst to anyone, there was a piece of the platform bed that was broken due to what I suspect was a manufacturing error,. But these problems were swiftly and kindly rectified by the company, who came to our home and replaced things that needed replacing very quickly. They quickly returned our phone call and made sure that we were satisfied. They were quite easy to deal with. Also, the price of the king-sized platform bed and mattress we bought was quite good. It was on sale in January when we bought it. We are now very happy with our new bed!Sleep Country Canada
