      Bought Sleep Country's best sheets on-line and was extremely disappointed in the quality. There is no one to talk to (no customer service) and I'm left with very thin and poorly sewed sheets that cost me a staggering +$400.

The sheets do come with a 1 year warranty so if there is any visible defects, we can assess your claim.       I purchased a mattress which turned out to be defective. Sleep Country advised: This email is to inform you that the submitted warranty claim has been assessed by the customer service department and the product has been found to have a warrantable defect.
      Attached to this email you will find a “Certificate of Warranty”. Please print off the document and record your validation number in the space provided. Your validation number is ******....
      Unfortunately I live approximately 30-40 km outside of their delivery area. I paid to have my original purchase delivered. Now they want me to pay $200-$300 to have the warranty item delivered. Not their policy and they expect me to bend over. ***** ** ***** ******* * * **** ** **** **** **** ********* *****

      Hope you are well. We are sorry to hear about your warranty exchange issue. We understand your frustration but unfortunately our trucks do not service the area you live in. In order to hire an external company, there are costs associated with that. We can complete the exchange at your nearest store without incurring these extra transportation charges. Our records indicate an exchange is to be done at the ******** ****** Store. You should be able to drop off and pickup your new mattress at the store.

      Terrible customer service. We purchased a ***** bedlift for my mom, it was installed incorrectly leading to the legs bending and cracking causing her to almost fall out of bed. To get a resolution with them was like pulling teeth. They said they would send their service team with replacement legs, the day they come they had no replacement legs and had to re-do the legs since everyone was at a different positioning. Service team was incredibly rude. Called back to head office and told they would ship to the store new legs. Fast forward two weeks still no legs and moms hip surgery is a week out. Head office gave a run around. Tried saying no refund available etc, now they are sending out a replacement bed. I wonder if it will get here? Or will it end up like the replacement legs and just never show. Between the quality of care or lack there of, and the inability to get anything right I will never ever go back. All we want is our money back so we can take our business else where. ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ****** So so disappointing. They truly only care about taking your money. Now my poor elderly mother is stuck with a broken bed, all she wanted was a lift bed that works and would help her after her hip surgery.

      Trying to claim warranty on a faulty mattress. This mattress is a replacement to a prior faulty mattress.

      Hope you are well. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your replacement mattress. Most mattresses have a 10 year warranty so if your mattress was purchased prior to 2013, your warranty is expired. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the product and not Sleep Country. Your mattress was replaced in 2009 which would put if out of the warranty period. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you wish to purchase a new mattress, we can provide special pricing.

      Worst experience ever. Purchased a very expensive bed and within a year the electric base broke. Warranty team finally came to look and said it needed to be replaced. It’s been four months and nobody has reached out. We have not had a bed to sleep on.
      They are great when they sell you ah $8000 mattress but then when there is an issue they don’t help at all

      We had our mattress 29 days and it began to dip. The salesman, who initially was very helpful attempted to talk us in to spending more money to get “a better quality mattress”, and when we declined, he told us it was out of his hands and we’d need to place a warranty claim. We told him we did not want the same mattress, and that we wanted to choose something else. He became agitated and threw at us the 65 dollar fee to do this. We already knew and were willing to pay it. We chose a similarly priced one that left them owing us a small amount of refund. He then snapped that we had to wait for a cheque to be mailed out, which we were also aware of, and he was punitive *** ********** **** *** ********. We’ll sleep on the floor before going back to Sleep Country.
      So disappointed with the customer service we received. He reminded me of Gill from Simpsons, the failure salesman. This was in Calgary.

If a payment is made with cash or debit cards, any refunds owing is sent in form of a cheque. Credit card refunds can be directly reimbursed back to the credit card used at the time of sale.       We did receive the difference in cheque form, and it did clear.
      We got a different mattress, a lower quality one, according to the ******** salesman, but it will suffice. Next year we will go back to the ***** and get one that will last at least ten years. Not a good experience, it’s a shame too, considering your advertising for such great service.
      I’m sorry I had to complain to you, but it’s over now.

      A complete joke of a company. Bought a bed that was over 7000$ and it was set up wrong. I bought the bed to recover faster from back surgery . The bed was delivered and set up wrong and I fell thru the middle of the bed separating . It caused further damage to my injury and all they offered was a 200$ gift certificate . I wanted to return the bed but there is no returns. Here comes lawyers !

      My experience with SleepCountry post-purchase was horrible. We bought a mattress, mattress topper, protector, and two pillows. Over $2300 of product in the order.
      They listed a Kingsdown pillow on their site as down and after one night with it, it became clear it was not down. I checked the box the next morning and it listed the fill as polyester! When I mentioned this to Mahelie M. in the chat box, she asked if it had been opened.
      I said "Well yes, if I knew from how it felt that it was not down, then of course I opened it!" She told me then it's mine and they won't return or exchange it, full stop. She wouldn't even transfer to anyone else in the company and then abruptly ended the chat.
      Dealing with SleepCountry is brutal!

      Accidentally bought the wrong size mattress for ** *** (bought a twin size) before we converted his crib to a bed it ended up being a full size bed frame, not twin. My mistake. The conversion kit was bought years ago so I didn't think it'd be a full size. Called sleep country the same day we bought mattress but because it's a floor model we can't exchange for a full size. I wasn't told this before or after purchasing, it's just on the receipt. It's still wrapped in plastic and has never been slept on, and you can't help me out? Called customer service. The reps were friendly and understanding, but I had to call three times before getting an answer. They said it would cost 30% for an exchange and 65$ fee. I just can't afford it. I'm already in a lose-lose situation because a full size mattress is going to cost more than a twin, so I need to pay additional costs when I exchange, on top of 30% for a mattress still wrapped in plastic and never slept on and that I inquired to return in less than 24 hours, like really? I'd get it if I was just making a stink and wanting a refund but I'm not. I just need a bigger mattress for ** **** ***** *** *** bed. And now I'm stuck with one that doesn't fit when I know they could help me out. I just don't have the money. If I did, I'd just do it at this point so ** **** bed could be put together. I could do maybe 10%, but 30%? Thanks alot. I will not be doing business here anymore and I guess ** *** will have to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

      August 5/21, we bought ourselves the new ******* Dual Tilt Adjustable TXL for the both of us, 2 Purple Mattresses, 10 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, Mattress Protectors and a set of sheets. Cost $8,194.18.
      May 8/23, Customer #87268147 – Called sleep Country to report an issue with one base. They said ******* would call for issue. ******* called May 11th, issue with control box, they will send us a new one, but a claim must go through Sleep Country. Sleep Country Rep said that ******* will call after approval. Apparently Extended Warranty goes though ****** Home. Chain of events: May 11 ******* put in claim. May 24 went to Sleep Country to see if they could help, And couldn't get answers from Sleep Country Customer Service. May 25 ****** to send out tech. June 6 I sent email about tech. June 8 I called about tech, SORRY, we will have tech call. June 15 Tech came to house to tell us we needed a new control box, same thing ******* told us on May 11. June 28 I contacted ****** to ask where the hold up was. July 18 said they put in an order, could be 4-8 weeks. July 21 spoke with Josh at ******, he apologized for the delay and said ******* can be difficult to deal with. August 7, I reached out to ******* to ask why the delay. ******** at ******* said hold up was payment from ******, part was in stock. August 14, I emailed ******. August 16 we were notified the part was shipped, received part at home August 18. August 18 ****** emailed to say a tech would contact us in 3-4 business days DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INTALL ON YOUR OWN. August 31, I emailed ****** still waiting for tech to call. Sept 1 tech called and came Sept 2 to install, previous tech was fired. Sept 3 received call from another tech to come and install. I gave him a call on the 4th and said that another tech installed on Sept 2.
      4 months I had to email, phone and harp for a fix that took 10 minutes. No follow-up from Sleep County. We will never buy from Sleep Country again as they do not “Have Your Back”.

If the product was delivered defective, Sleep Country would have exchange the items right away but since the problem started a few years after the purchase, the manufacturer and the extended warranty provider would be responsible for troubleshooting and repairs. We understand that there was a lot of back and forth between the manufacturer and the extended warranty provider but unfortunately Sleep Country has no control over this. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely pass it along to the ******* and ****** for coaching and training purposes.

      Whom ever has responded, thank you, it's only been 5 months. To be clear, ******* was always on board, it was ****** that was the issue. Since you support ******, the warranty provider, in your stores, you would think that you would have some go between support. If this is not the case, drop them, they are terrible and if you took the time to read your reviews, which I should have done in the first place, you would know that they are an issue. Don't sell the product if you cannot back it. Maybe your team who decides the warranty provider for Sleep Country should take some coaching and training courses on providing the customer with the best service possible from all providers for Sleep Country.
