    **** **** ******** *******. I never signed up for a subscription only the free service, but they charged my credit card regardless and had the audacity to say I was in the wrong. They refused to refund me for their mistake. after threatening legal action and a chargeback from my bank they agreed to a refund. The guy on the phone then proceeded to lecture me like I was a child. This company is not professional and belittles people looking for assistance. I do not recommend them ** ** ***** **** * ********** **** ****** ** ** ********

    They are ok with taking my monthly $20.95 for doing nothing. I have called them for one-on-one assistance since February 13, 2023. I should have complained long ago, *** * *** **** *** **** **** ** ****** **** *** ********* When I talk to a person on the phone, one of the first things I explain and tell the person that I have * **** **** **** ** ***************** *** I need one-on-one assistance to help fix a large number of errors on my file, and have them make the changes on there end. All i get from them is oh you need to call this number the next person tells me the same thing after about going through 6 different people, * **** *** *** *** ***** **** ***. Why Transunion does not care all they want is your money. Here is an example i found my name in there file written 3-different ways, they can't get the correct. An other thing there engilish is terreble and can't understand them. They just don't care. At times the phone goes silent then the call cuts off. * **** * ******** ** *** ***** ******** **** * **** **** **** **** *** ******* **** ******* ***** ** ** ****** *** ******* ***** why do we have to pay to correct our reports, ***** **** ** ****.     Trans Union is a joke! I called to correct my credit report, they gave me an email address to register, I started to register and then they asked for my credit card information. I called back and they directed me to another website and asked for uploads of my drivers license, Passport with photos and a birth certificate, ya right! I asked were this information was going, in Canada or off shore, they said they can’t tell me. The agent was very hard to understand. These companies need to be regulated more as they are out of control and out of step in the personal information they are demanding in order to change errors on consumer’s reports.

    Absolute terrible service, *** **** ****** *** ** ** *** ***** ** * ******* ********  They charge your credit card for monthly reporting service, but make it difficult to log into your account. What identity thieves know is that if they obtain your information, first thing they need to do is go to Transunion's OCS site and file a dispute. Something simple like click on "I never lived at this address". That will lock up your account so you can't access it for 45 days or until the dispute is resolved. For those 45 days, you will received notices of activity on your account from Transunion, but you will not be able to log in to view anything because your past address is under dispute.

    *** ***** ******** The issues I've experienced with this credit company are incredibly frustrating and seem never-ending. Despite my diligent efforts to resolve discrepancies, numerous items on my credit report remain inaccurately marked as open, even after countless submissions of supportive documents. A glaring example is a mortgage from 2014, which is marked as 'other', even though I sold the house in 2020.
    Moreover, their telephone customer service is an exercise in futility, as none of the representatives seem capable of providing real help. It's astonishing that such a company is trusted to provide credit ratings. As a paying member whose aim is to clear these irregularities, it is disheartening that I constantly face difficulties with a consistently malfunctioning website.

    I joined ****** ***** this year and they use TransUnion to get the free credit score. Ever since that I've been getting letters from different companies saying there was a data breach , some of my info could've have been leaked blah blah blah . Then it says TransUnion offers free protection for the first year blah blah blah. I got more than one of these letters from "different" companies.
    If anyone is leaking my info **** ******** *********** I never had this problem before.

    Transunion is blocking me from accessing my credit status. I am in the process of applying for a Mortgage and attmpting to ensure revolvin credit is closed. I have spoken with 2 representatives and 5 "supervisors". None of these employees could explain why my account was locked. All professed to unlock the account, and one supervisor advised me to use ******.
    Whilst using ****** did get me further to signing in, as soon as I followed their next recommended step, my computer locked. I asked if they did anything on their side to make ****** take control of my computer.
    I had to reboot and was back where I started with a blocked Transunion account. The superevison said he would send me a password reset. He advised that I try again the next day. I followed the instructions in the password reset, only to be taked to a screen that said that my account is suspended.
    I certainly hope Banks do not rely on Transunion reports for reliable credit histories.
