      Their new cable service *****. The guide is down frequently. You can't DVR only new episodes like you could before. ** **** *** ****** ****** ******** ** ** ************* *** ****** *********

      **** *******. Promises a rate for 2 years and not even 6 months in raises it, despite being told beforehand that that's won't happen - repeatedly. Called customer service who says they can't do anything and then transferred to a manager who immediately had major attitude issues and basically told me tough luck, we don't care. Oh and next year they are going up again. Despite my original co tract that DID NOT state a reduction for2 years, but a guaranteed rate. ** *** ** *** * *** ******** *****

      Hi! We don't offer fixed rates and haven't done so for close to 5 years now. Furthermore, the price hikes affect the base price of the services, while the promotions we offer are unaffected, which is what is offered at the start.       You may not have done so for close to 5 years, but that's what all your agents are offering. Including the ones that come to the door and on the phone. So it sounds like your company is engaging in deliberate ***** and then negating the fact.

      Agreed to change all services home phone, internet, TV to Cogeco only to find afterwards they were going to hang overhead wiring. I've had underground fiber-optic for four years and would not go back to the **** pole wire and subsequent in-house re-wire. Phoned to cancel PRIOR to installation date and was told I had to speak to LOYALTY group who in turn via recorded message informed me " due to higher than normal communication traffic all agents were busy and they would return my call in THREE DAYS"!!!!! I did not sign a contract with them and will not allow installer on property. Full stop. They push for a quick install date ******* **** ***** **** ***** ********* ** ** ***** **** ****** **** *** ****** ** **** ** ******* ******* ********* ***** ***** ** **** Very pushy *** ************ business practice.

      Yesterday I had a technician who was to come to my house between 8and5 it was a no show no phone call no nothing. I only found out at 510pm they weren’t coming and without notifying me rescheduled me for today I am now on my 12th hour of waiting for a technician which no one can give you an idea where on the technicians list for the day I am I have made two
      attempts for help with no success * **** **** ** ***** ******** ** ****** ******** *** * ***** **** ***** *** ** *** ** *** ************* *** ******* they were to come yesterday due to internet issues I had to schedule for tomorrow. ** **** *** ****** *** **** ** **** ******* ****** * ***** **** ***** ** ***** ******** ** *** ****** ********** Now today I can’t do my job again because I am being held prisoner in my home by cogeco’s 8to5 window my phone is starting to grow roots to my hand from carrying it. * ** ******* ********* **** I have so far waited 12 hours for the technician and if they don’t come until 5pm it will be 16 hours . I should be able to know what time they are coming so I can do my job or run my errands ** * ***** **** ******* *** ****** ** *** ************** Only with them 9 months and am going to leave ********** **********

      ***** ** ********* Have had it for about 4 months and 3 tech visits and all equipment has been changed and one line repaired. Remote and tv always freezes. Fast forward and rewind don't work. TV randomly turns off. Now new one where my phone won't connect to wifi and has been using my data instead which I know have to pay for as I didn't realize this was happening till I got a warning. Cogeco trying to say my phone isn't compatible maybe with 5G. It's an android and it's only 1 yr old and up to date and both ******** and ***** say that it is compatible and that it's my internet service is the problem. My phone's wifi works anywhere else. My son also says his ****** tries to first connect to his data as well briefly then switches over. Now they're coming out a fourth time to look and say it might be chargeable but at the same time there's a signal issue which they said the other four times they've come out. They said they can't put my old service back but also can't seem to fix the new one and they will charge for cancellation of services they can't seem to provide. Contstantly resetting the box and nothing improves. ***** *** ****** *** **** ***** ** ********* ** ** ****** ** *****

      Unsafe internet service. They throw ******** into collection. They charge "in advance" for usage that you never get to enjoy. ***** ****** **** *** *** **** ******** *********** ******* I just had internet services with them and suddenly they automatically hook to your phone to trace you. ***** ****** *** *** * ****** *** ********

      Worst service ever. Wifi goes down constantly. Watching the *** playoffs…..shuts down again. Don’t be fooled by their door to door sales team selling a deal. At then end of the day its cable….old technology.

      Signed a contract with them in September 2023 which has guaranteed price and promotion discounts for 24 months. Today I get a bill after only 6 months with a price increase.
      A contract is a contract and I tried to discuss this with the billing department. **** ** * ****** ** ******** *** I don't know how they can get away with this.
      Who can help me with this issue? It is not even the amount of the increase that is upsetting me, but the fact that Cogeco can get away with these kind of practises. All I want is that Cogeco respects the contract as it was drawn up. They list all the things a customer/buyer should do and adhere to, but nothing about their own obligations. *** ******* **** ** *** *** *** ***** ******* *** *** ***** ****** *** ** ******* *** *** **** **** ** ***** ** ** *** ******************

Sell a product they can't service an area with - *fibre optic' internet service... door to soliciting this service- should know can't run it to the address, before promoting and selling and scheduling install. Then technician comes for a fibre optic installation... but runs coaxial cable ( from a **** box ) and installs a cable modem? *** *** ******* *** Then in hooking up Cogeco TV box - runs the **** supplied HDMI cable from their product/equipment to the TV.
      Drilled a whole in my built-in cabinet to run a/c power and coax cable to modem to place on top of cabinet* *** ** *******. It should be a fibre optic hub in the basement ... "IF" they could even do so ... not install wrong service modifying parts of the house to do so. * ** ******* ** **** ***** *** *** ******** What a **** ******* *** a hack.job... incorrectly installing the peddled, then requested, unavailable service to the home. ** ** *** * ******* ****** ** **** *** ************** ******* * ****** * ************** *** *** *** **** ** * ************* *****
