      EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CASH4YOU, THEIR PRIVACY POLICY, HANDLING PERSONAL DATA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS SEEM POORLY MANAGED AND LACK BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS
      I had the unfortunate experience of being a customer at CASH4YOU for a short period, and I must say I am thoroughly disillusioned with their service. Regardless of whether I was a small or large borrower, I always maintained a good record, paying my dues promptly, often even before the due date. However, my commitment to being a responsible customer was met with nothing but frustration when dealing with their customer service.
      One particular agent, ******, was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. His behavior only added to my frustration, as he seemed more interested in talking over me than in addressing my issues. It felt like the practice of attentive listening skills was lacking as he would often interrupt me while I was trying to explain my concerns. Instead of providing assistance, he would argue back and over talk me, making it impossible to have a constructive conversation. The most egregious incident occurred when ****** hung up on me mid-conversation, which is absolutely unacceptable. I requested that they pull up the recording for the company to listen to our conversation specifically requested that my account be permanently deleted.
      Also, the response from customer service after a couple of emails was inadequate and did not align with my request. It's astonishing how a company can disregard a customer's straightforward request.
      Overall, my experience with CASH4YOU has been extremely disappointing. Their lack of effective customer service and overall poor management practices have led me to decide to take my business elsewhere. * ******** ****** ********* ********* ** ***** ***** ****** ******** **** **** ******** They clearly do not value their customers, and I certainly do not recommend them based on my experience.

      I took a loan out once paid it off and they have called me EVERYSINGLE DAY for 4 months straight. I requested them to take my number away they said they did then they keep calling me.
      These people *** ********* *** will not leave you alone. ***** **** *** **** ***** *** ****** ** ***** ****** **** ****** ** *** **** ***

      They put the payment in the day before it's due resulting in a 5 dollar handleing fee with the bank.

      Hello I am writing this review in regards to cash4you in North bay Ontario at the cassells street branch I am very pleased to announce the satisfaction of being a long term customer at cash4you cassells street branch The manager Sunny is the reason for pleasurable experiences each time I visit his branch Weather it’s Sunny or Sonia serving me at the counter they are both very welcoming,pleasant and very efficient Thank you very much Sunny and your staff I will be continuing to be a long term satisfied customer I appreciate you and what you do how you do it You deserve recognition for the great customer service you provide I give you easily 5 ?? ????????

      ***** ** ******* ** ***** ******** ***** **** *********** ******** *** **** *** ***** **** ***** **** *** I was unable to make my final third payment and advised them of this. No reply. After leaving 7 messages and sending 9 emails, I finally was able to discuss my situation with
      Robin A. He appeared to be sympathetic and we agreed on 2 payments, the first being November 21, 2024. The NEXT day, a payment of $331.58 was debited from account. I didn't have the funds and was returned. $48.00 NSF fee. I reached out to Robin asking what happened. WE HAD A WRITTEN AGREEMENT. No answer. Silence. TWO DAYS LATER, they tried again...BUT THIS TIME CHANGED THE AMOUNT TO $331.59 AND ADDED "CA" TO THEIR name. Another NSF fee. I went directly to my bank manger this time and he told me this WAS COMMON PRACTICE. ***** ********** *** *** ***** *****. After 7 more emails, repeated calls to Robin, I finally reached him yesterday. He was **** telling me it was my fault in the first place for not making the last payment on time. Asked about our agreement. He skirted around which makes me believe even if I paid that day, they would continue to attempt withdraws. I had my account restricted (basically closed) but the seem to use ********* tactics to get around it. I finally reached out to James C. The supervisor. He replied with a GENERIC email telling me to call. I CALLED HIM 6 TIMES. The agent would pick up (not speak) and just hung up. I tried from a different number. They answered. I asked for James C. Asked me my name and hung up. I emailed back James and even forwarded the agreement from Robin. Told him to call me because his agents were not putting me through. TOTAL SILENCE. NOT ONE SINGLE WORD. **** *** ******** *** ****** ****** ** *** **** **** **** ** ******* **** ****** ** **** *****

      I filled Al my debt to a credit consolidation company and cash 4 you still take money from my account with another name even if they signed the agreement with the credit consolidation company,plus of this * ** ******** **** every day calls about to pay my due amount.I had already a big payment with credit consolidation and I still get ********** from Cash 4 you,they stress me and explained about my file is already on

      This is the second month in a row now. I had to wait days until I could apply for another payday loan. Once I applied, the website said I'd receive a response within the hour. Never got a response. I'm still waiting. I even tried calling them but of course it's only a callback number where they're supposed to call you back immediately. But here I am, pretty much end of day now, and nothing, no callback, no response through email and loan is still "in review". I'm so frustrated with this company! **** ** *** **** *** **** **** ***** * ****** I do not recommend getting a loan from them unless you can wait... but after they took their money, they seem to care less about you.

      not so good customer service with response times and lucky if you even get one. They say they approve quickly but it usually is at least 24 hrs with a follow up.       I have a been client for over 3 years. I have never been late on a payment nor have I ever missed one. They have called me every day telling me I was pre-approved to renegotiate my long term loan. Showed up..went through 25 minutes of paperwork (which they already have) to then be told that my approval was for 0$. What an insult.

      I noticed a payment coming out of my bank account and after some investigating with my bank I figured out it was from Cash 4 You. I’ve never taken out a loan or conducted any business with this company so someone has clearly taken out a loan in my name, not sure why companies like this are allowed to give out loans without ID. I’ve called and left several messages and sent an email but haven’t received any response. A police report has been filed and my account has been blocked so this company can no longer ***** my money. Companies like this should be shut down, I’m not sure how this is allowed.
