      I paid my loan in full yet the system after I paid my loan info is still taking money from my bank account unlawfully.
      I paid my loan in full the morning of the due date and later that day their system still took out payment from my bank account. My online account still says I owe two payment installments even though I paid my loan in full. I have spent four days chasing after managers district managers and corporate. I have heard things like they’re on vacation managers don’t come in on weekends managers are not here. Corporate gives me the runaround telling me the same things that the teller is telling me without actually reviewing my account to see the issue. They have no contact information and this is all done through email or hoping that a manager will be in to assist you at that location. This is very frustrating as now they owe me money not only that they unlawfully took money from my account and is planning to again without my permission. I don’t know what else to do but continu message corporate and hopes that they actually look at my file instead of skimming through me like another number. I went as far to contact lawyers as I don’t like being dismissed especially when it involves finances.

      I have been treated so great and I appreciate all they do for me. I do hit hard times and they are there ???? so appreciated for them and all that they do.

      Got a pay day loan , paid it off to get another loan , was charged an extra payment on the loan I paid off and now these guys tell me well sent it to head office , tried to find head office , couldn't find them , they wont do anything to help , they stole 107 dollars from me and wont do anything to return my money

      Agent made me go in twice assuring me i would be approved. wasted over 3 hours with this company with a new reason why i was not approved each time. Company was hanging on to a legal personal document i had emailed one of there agents i found out when i went in the second time according to the agent. While i was there i overheard the agent explaining to another customer that any extra payments would go straight to the principal when it states clearly on there site it goes to interest first then the principal. What happened to business ethics and professionalism. The reviews speak for themselves
