  I have used cash4you for over 6 years with little to no issue save for some software glitches on their end. I paid off my installment loan earlier this year and fell upon hard times and went to open a new one. After sending in the initial forms and documents I was bombarded by a half dozen identical machine drive requests for my ID, which I did everytime without issue. I had nearly a dozen phone calls where I was asked over and over again to confirm. The same information as was in my application again and again then told to wait for the next call. Over 3 days of this then I get a random email saying my application was cancelled with no reason as to why. I reached out to cash4you and was told to call back, or the group handling my case was in a meeting then they would have that team call me back. I tried 6 times to make contact and no success. Something has happened to the company in the last 3 to 9 months that's has drastically altered how it works. I won't bring my business back here again.

  They will not give me copies of what I owe. ******* ***** ** ********** ** ********** ******* I asked for copies. Very hard to get a hold of someone to help or customer services. They are claiming I own money I don’t.

  I have sent I don't know how many emails with help for my online account and they don't answer back. I call my local branch they can't help. They just tell me to go in. Which does not help me. It's frustrating and annoying.

  I have been waiting 4 days for a Reloan, when I am in good standing and provided all the necessary information. I’ve e-mailed them, called them and have finally run out of patience. I don’t understand why I have to provide them sensitive information immediately, but if I need the loan money? I’m waiting days. I will not use this companies services ever again. * ****** ******* *** ***** *******

  ***** *** **** ******** I have been waiting nearly 3 days for a loan (a reloan; I have been doing this weekly for many months now). It has been "under review" for all of this time.
  I have emailed them multiple times and have been ignored. I have called and left messages, and nobody has contacted me back.
  I have called a store 3 times and still nothing.
  I have tried to cancel but can't.
  It used to be simple, fast and easy. Now, I have been experiencing worse and worse customer service when it comes to online. They do not respond to repeated emails, messages or voicemails.
  ***** ** *** ****** It may end up costing you NSF fees.
  ********** ****** Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. **** *************

  I am complaining about cash4you at the Pickering location. I made a $1000 loan 4 months ago and only found out today that they have been charging me $25.00 a month for loan insurance. I clearly said no, I do not want loan insurance, but they snuck it on the contract anyways. The contract is like 20 pages of double sided fine print and I did not see that they added loan insurance, even though I did not want it. Watch out for that business, they like to add expenses that you don't want. Make sure to read the whole contract, ******* *** ********* ***** *** **** ************

  Sends mail 12 years later saying I own money. When I go and Ask they can't even give me a cheque number. Because I bought it back with cash. And now saying I have to provide proof 12 years later. But they can't give me anymore information other then a date 12 years ago. In order to get a payday lone back then you need to give a cheque and if they don't have it. Because I paid cash how is that my problem. ***** **** *** **** **** ****** Begging for coustomer to come back.

  They make the process so much more difficult than it should be.
  I requested a loan, and was approved for $950 , then they disable my account and I hear nothing from them. Then I get a call from someone with a very heavy accent asking me in a demanding tone for PAD/void cheque. I dealt with your business before 3 times , you have that info already. I then get approved, but still no funds and no communication.
  Thats my experience with them. * ***** ********* ******* **** *****

  The company made an error. I contacted head office. The first agent made a mistake and admitted to it. He let me speak to the supervisor that didn’t take ownership and kept speaking over me. I asked to speak to upper management he refused and advised they are the only two employees in the payday loan department. He advised I am wasting my time and no one else can help me correct the error made by the agent. I would love to speak to someone that can assist. After this ordeal is done I will never use Cash4You services again.
