      Canada post has my packages in limbo for 3 days now. I live 20 minutes away from ******. Called, agent said it sun transit, its been in transit for 3 days? What? To the employees house?! Where is my business materials?!!!!!!! Sick of this.

      My problem is not shipping times.that can't be helped. It's that they cannot follow even the most simple instructions. I put on my order DO NOT LEAVE IN MAILBOX. I make calls, I talk to customer service, just to try to absolutely ensure it does not end up in the mailbox. Guess where it ends up?

      The worst delivery service I have encountered...ever. **************** is pathetic at best. Ordered perfume for my daughter March 5 and still in limbo with no resolution in sight. Awful, horrendous, vile service. Never use them.

      I sent a package by priority post and asked if it was guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date, which the service agent confirmed to be clear, I told him I would not have sent it if it had any chance of being late. HE GUARANTEED it would be there with plenty of time to spare (it had 5 days to get from ******** to Timmins). The package was delivered 4 days late! I NEEDED it there on time! It was a national curling championship and my daughters team did not have their brooms! After we got home I tried to put in a claim for a refund and the lousy app wouldnt let me. Couldnt get through by phone either, so eventually got through to support via chat. It took an HOUR on chat to get a refund! And guess what? They sent it to the wrong place!! Now, a month later, I just spent another 30 minutes trying to get my refund cheque sent. Your customer service and app seem designed to cause the greatest amount of frustration for the consumer. The late delivery have a serious impact on us AND the refund claim was extremely frustrating. It turns out you sent the cheque to the receiver of the package and not me bravo. BTW, the app chat feature will LOSE ITS CONNECTION if you leave to go to a different app & the chat agent will NOT try to contact you again if the connection is lost. When I expressed concern about losing a connection, the agent said they wont try to get ahold of me. This is really poor customer service, not to mention a lousy app if you cant go back and forth between it and another app you need. Other app chats have figured this out, why cant you?I suppose it is to be expected, considering how lousy the rest of our experience was. You should stick by your delivery guarantee on priority post, not bank on customers giving up on refund requests because of how ONEROUS you make it. You should make your claims process easier and less stressful for your clients, as it basically drives them to other companies who actually care about their customers.

      Bad and miss leading customer services ,I bought mail forwarding online on 15 Nov. 2022 , for 4 month time period for $65 instead of one year which was $105 but then maybe next day I called Canada post customer services no. to change it to 0ne year, the lady representative told me that you will get discounted promotion close to expiring your service.But I did not get any discounted renewal promotion and close to expiration of my service when I called customer services lady, and explained them my situation they keep transferring me from one department to another but everybody said we can not do anything and rather they wanted to up sale me.Canada post being a big organization do not have proper compliant system in place , they have very informal chatting complaint system and the guy on chatting did not give me the ombudsman no. for compliant , I have all the chatting saved .

      I was sending a package of supplies overseas to one of Canada's paralympic athletes and it was supposed to *********** to 10 days. 5 weeks later I contacted Canada Post and the representative started to look into it for almost half an hour, until she put me on hold and then abruptly was told that because I didn't pay almost double to have it trackable, I was shoot out of luck. I had assumed that meant I wasn't able to track it personally which wasn't a huge issue. There was also no insurance because the items weren't damageable - I thought the service I was paying for (getting from A to B) was guaranteed!! Thanks Canada Post for being so untrustworthy and unhelpful, I'll know next time to just flush my money down the toilet instead.

      When it says 6 to 10 business days, I expect 10 business days to be the upper limit and even gave it double that. Maybe the package will make it one day, but she will likely be back in Canada by then, and until then goes without the stuff she needs. I will never be mailing stuff with Canada Post ever again. I will happily pay a couple bucks more to use ***** or *** in the future, but I wanted to support Canada Post. That backfired.

      Update: 4 months later, the package NEVER arrived and our paralympic athlete is now home. What a waste of money, time and effort. THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION.

      I have not had an attempt on package delivery in a long time. During covid I understood they didnt want to come to the door but somehow mail was still ok. Since then I just get a tracking update that says delivery notice left and no actual delivery notice. I dont understand what the point of this is. *************** to the depot and stop wasting my time if thats what you are going to do. There are very few carriers that are worse. On top of this there is really no effective way to provide feedback. I should be able to share my experience right on the tracking page, I just dont think they actually want to improve anything.

      For the last four days the expected delivery date gets pushed to the next day. Expected delivery on March 7, but item just gets sent to *********** depot, and expected delivery of my item is changed to March 8 between 8:30 to 12:30pm. At 3am, my package shows that it has been sent to Scarborough, and since i live in ********, this is going AWAY from me, not TO me. At 6am on March 8 shows my package is in transit again, but by around 10am, the expected delivery date has been changed now again to March 9 between 830 and ****. Guess what, at 8:48am, March 9, my package shows that it arrived BACK to ***********. WHY DID IT EVEN GO TO SCARBOROUGH?????? Oh, and the expected delivery date was changed AGAIN to March 10. I called today to see if i can just pick it up because it is a computer monitor and I am sure that all this additional handling, back and forth between the same depots, that it's going to arrive damaged. But no, we can't even pick it up. This has been the most useless delivery i've ever experience. I know that this complaint will go no where as the same stupid cookie cutter response from CP is attached to every complaint i've read here. When i called, the agent gave me a 'ticket number'. What is this ticket number going to do for me, and how does it help me getting my package delivered??

      Horrible service horrible! I have been on this planet for 35 years and I have never once in my entire life received anything on time from Canada post. I ordered a jersey through Amazon. Was sent confirmation with a tracking number on feb 27 stating the item was shipped. Expected delivery was for March 3 through Canada post. The moment I saw Canada post I made the joke to my spouse well looks like Im never seeing that jersey AND GUESS WHAT! It is now march 6th still no package they didnt even start tracking my package till yesterday March 5. And it just arrived in *******! And still needs to come to ********. Im normally not one to jump on the bad wagon but its time Canada post shuts its doors and lets a proper courier take over there nothing but a joke or a piece of gum stuck on someones shoe. Theyre an embarrassment. After or if I ever see my jersey I will no longer ever use Canada post for parcel deliveries again! If I buy something and the shipping option is Canada post then tough luck that seller just lost a sale cause Im done dealing with this poor excuse for a business. Close your doors and sell your trucks cause you dont use them anyway
