Will never, ever, again use Xpresspost. I needed to send legal documents to my lawyer so I took them to Canada Post in ******** Friday Feb 24 for 'next day service' to ***********. I paid extra for a signature hoping it would help ensure proper delivery. When the lawyer messaged me two business days later, I promised to look at the tracking, and found to my horror that it was in the process of being returned to sender. It wasn't until too late on Thursday March 2 that it showed up as available for pick up at the post office so I went Friday morning March 3. The worker was rude and dismissive, as well as unhelpful. She insisted there was nothing she could do about the fact that it had been correctly addressed and it was not delivered. Apparently I had to go back to the post office where I had sent it to talk to them. To add insult to injury, I had to pay a surcharge for Canada Post's error and incompetence in returning the item, just to receive it, so I could resend it. So I walked over to the *** Store, and discovered in so doing that the only address visible anywhere online for that lawyer's office was the exact address I had given. There exists no suite number, as the Canada Post worker claimed, so there was no way that it should have been returned. It cost me less for guaranteed next day shipping with *** and I am much more confident it will actually be delivered. Not only will I never, ever use Xpresspost again, I will be sure to let everyone I know not to use this service.Canada Post Corporation

My computer was failing, ordered another. It hasn't arrived. I have a number to call, phone records will corroborate that they made no attempt to call. When calling customer service to inquire about what happened they just said they're sending it back. They then proceeded to hang up mid question.Awful service, awful customer service, awful start to finish. I HOPE amazon drives you out of business, nobody is mourning the loss.Looking forward to whatever boilerplate text you cook up about "improving response" or some horsesh** as a response babe <3Canada Post Corporation

Bloated, inefficient, ****** expensive for pathetic service. They have damaged my packages and lost others. Canada Post should be dissolved and the work farmed out to a capable, private sector entity. They are a national embarrassment.Canada Post Corporation

Canada Post took 15 days to deliver a package by Xpresspost that would have been a 2hr drive from ******* ******* to East York *******. The buyer notified me approximately 13 days after shipment and asked me if I knew where her package was?I had the tracking # and after looking it up and noticed it was sitting in Limbo and no movement I filed a service ticket. 2 days later it arrived. Canada Post tells me nothing, just delivered and I call to get my shipping money back and as a common courtesy to my customer, I offered her a shipping refund. Why should my customer have to pay for a 15 business day delivery?Now here is where it just become a nasty horrific experience! Dealing with an agent for 40 minutes , and it is apparent he doesn't want to give me back a shipping refund. Oh I just wish that another shipping carrier comes along that knows what they are doing. According to our tracking records , a refund was issued on Feb 15th *****. Clearly dropped my parcel and destroyed contents, receipent had lots of pictures but didnt get a picture of the label so they wont pay for the package! Ive sent hundreds of packages this was the first damaged one, just remember insurance is a scam they will always find a way not to pay and the extra insurance doesnt matter as they will always find a way not to pay!Canada Post Corporation

I will definitely find a different way of sending from now on!!! Paid extra for priority post which takes 1-3 days , it is now 7 days later and still no package. Ask for help from them and they give you the same information you find yourself online. You pay your money but they provide ZERO customer service! Bye forever Canada post!!Canada Post Corporation

totally 0 percent INCOMPETENT my package was shipped out on.it was suppose to arrive on .here it is and this morning (keep in mind that it snowed last night and I have a long driveway) i get a notice that I checked the status of my delivery saying "that a notice has been left"...well there were no foot prints in the snow, so how could the "notice" be left...I call canada post and after 30 minutes I get to talk with a supervisor...first off if you are representing a canadian corporation souldn't your english be at best understandable??????? the supervisor I spoke to was very nice and professional....how ever his english I could not understand him and had to ask him to slow down on his talking as he spoke fast. I am not racist in the least but I just could not understand him. So while I am on the phone with him I look out side and see someone had dropped off in my mail box 2 delivery notice tickets...lololololol seriiously I am hee waiting for my packages and the person doing the delivery does not even attempt to knock on my door and deliver my packages...un-real...and the best part was the supervisor all heard that I did not get a knock on the door...canada post is this the best you can do????????????? how seriously pathetic and un-professional and you as a ******** corporation should be ashamed at your crappy customer service...AND PLEASE DO NOT REPLY WITH THE COOKIE CUTTER H WE ARE SORRY BECAUSE THAT IS A C*** RESPONSE....No wonder there has been rise in the courier business because you just can't get your act together...please do us a favor and go out of business...just go quietly and spare all of canada your un-acceptable, un-professional package stealing ways....yes I said package stealing, because why would packages just magically disappear?????canada post you are a national embarrassmentCanada Post Corporation

paid for an express mail to ensure fast delivery of a package to ********. The address needed correction. The customer service was contacted and a ticket was opened with the corrected address.2 days later, the package was put forward to return to me as the sender! When called to clarify why the package to return to the sender and the address has already corrected through a ticket? the answer was "correcting the address with a ticket does not necessarily be taken by Canada post"!So, Why to open a ticket?Just because! no mandate to make any correction!So, Why to call a customer service?Things does not go as per customer's expectations and needs!This is ridiculous and irresponsible behaviour.Canada Post Corporation
