I paid $18.45 to send a small package from the post office at ********** and ***** to a home address in *******. For one month the package circulated between ************* processing centre and *********** before being returned to sender at a post office near my home where I was charged $11.00 to retrieve the package!!!???? Canada Post is a complete disaster, although their tracking system seems to be working just fine, if only they could actually deliver the goods we pay them for!! If I could give them Zero on a rating I would since my package was never delivered at all!!!Canada Post Corporation

The service provided by Canada Post Corporation is so pathetic that I'm surprised they are still in business. The local delivery drivers don't even make an attempt at delivering packages at your house. I've watched the driver drive by my house on numerous occasions to deliver mail at the street mailbox and after he/she leaves I've checked my mail and there's a delivery notice about a package. I then have to drive to the post office the following day and wait in lineups up to a half hour to get my package. The packages didn't require a signature or any fees. This usually happens later in the day when I guess the driver is running late. If this only happened a few times a year I wouldn't be complaining. I watched a Canada Post employee last fall come to my street to fix some of the mailbox latches and each and every latch that she changed she threw the old latches and latch pieces on the ground beneath the mailbox. Sadly there was a garbage bin twenty feet over from the mailbox. She tossed the used latches on the ground at every mailbox that she worked on in our area that day. Try making a general complaint on the Canada Post Website outside of delivery issues or missing parcels is very difficult to say the least. Canada Post's service and shipping rates are subpar to *** and other courier companies. When I purchase things I try to find a company who uses anyone but Canada Post to deliver because there are rarely any delivery issues. Canada Post doesn't deserve one star. Almost every mailbox in our area has at least one or two doors left open at all times and nothing ever done about it. When issues are constant like this it shows the management level is very weak!Canada Post Corporation

I sent an ************ letter requiring signature on April 26, 2023 and today is May 29, tracking says it was delivered May 2, it also says (May 2, Final Notice, item will be returned to sender if not collected within 10 days). It can't be both. I went to the local PO and they did their best but they don't understand either, they don't have my "returned" letter nor do they have a signature of the recipient showing it was delivered. I tried CanadaPost so-called Chat Box and it's the most dysfunctional automated chat I've encountered, I tried in both French and English until I was ready to choke my monitor out of frustration.Canada Post Corporation

Canada Post is disgusting! I had medication delivered and the mail person put it in a box with a broken lock. I started calling Wednesday (as soon as it was delivered) to get this rectified as this medication needs to be refrigerated immediately or it will expire. I was given broken promises that this would be rectified. I called everyday since. Its now Saturday and finally got to speak to a Supervisor. I explained numerous times the severity of the issue, that a long period of time without this specific medication may result in me having to go to emergency. The Supervisor told me then you should go do that and I have to wait until Tuesday. Thats one whole week without my medication. I admit I lost my cool on that interaction because I dont understand how something so serious could be taken so lightly. This is my health and well-being and Canada Post did nothing to fix this issue during the week and now that its the weekend theres nothing they can do because its the weekend. This supervisor would rather I end up sick that take accountability for Canada Posts major error. This company is disgusting. I will be suing if my health declines to the point I get sent to emergency but Im hanging on as much as I can. What a joke!Canada Post Corporation

Canada post is a joke. Not only are their supervisors rude and unhelpful, but canada post has zero respect for its clients. They will tell you every lie they can come up with in order to cover themselves, this includes lies not adding up at all. I'm an angry customer and will continue to ask whoever sends me mail to do it through Purolator.Canada Post Corporation

I am a business in *********, I sent a parcel to a customer but our post service here has an auto fill feature when you put the address in, I didn't notice that it had taken out the unit number with the auto fill. Long story short the parcel took forever to get the customer but unfortunately the unit number wasn't on there. So instead of contacting me or the customer to confirm the address like any normal post service ( they had both our details ) they return to sender... I contacted them straight away to give them the unit number so they could just deliver the parcel but got some c*** about once it's getting returned to sender their hands are tied and can't do anything. That was on the 13th of April, I don't see another scan until the 20th which is now a return to sender scan, which I was told it was returned to sender on the 13th do someone lied. It's now the 29th and the parcel still hasn't moved from the depot that is 20mins from the customer's residence. They could have delivered 10 times by now. The customer service is an absolute joke and seems like it's designed to give you pre meditated answers to just get you to go away. Absolute rubbish service. But it's probably a government owned entity so it will never change. But at least if I can leave my review people in Canada can make a choice not to use them, unfortunately when we send from ********* we have no choice in who ********* Post hands the parcel over too and I'm guessing it will always be these morons.Canada Post Corporation

I paid for my deceased parent's mail to be forwarded to me as instructed by my lawyer. I am the executor of the will. Canada Post outlet at Columbia Square in *************** set the service up as I provided a copy of the will, death certificate and my ID. The clerk included on the service, and mail addressed to : ********** of NAME, NAME of deceased, and my name if it appears on any mail address along with the deceased. 2.5 weeks later - still no mail being forwarded. Contacted Canada Post support chat line only to find out that apparently Canada Post is not allowed to forward deceased people's mail to the executor's residence and any mail that might have my name on it with the parent's name. WHAT ?????????? Oh, an apparently no one from Canada Post will be contacting Columbia Square to inquire if their postal clerks might need more training. Just sayinCanada Post Corporation

My important parcel is looping because one of the employee put the wrong postal code I talked to 3 different supervisors and they all lied to me .The customer service rep called me F,,,,, B**** . My nightmare is still continuing ,I call every day and hear different story ,the last one was that my parcel can loop for months and they cannot do anything about it , I asked them to return my property to me back and they are refusing ,I consider this stealing, I contacted the ****** of ********* and they cannot do anything until my ticket is closed ,I believe there is no justice for customers like me.Big corporation can do whatever it wants and they never brought to justice .It is sad and I hope there wont be place for companies which don't care about customers in the futures.
