      I paid for xpresspost and talked to a customer service agent on their website about the item arriving on time. They said it would arrive on Aug 4th but it did not. Their customer service agent created a ticket for the item not arriving. I want a refund for the xpresspost arriving late and their agent lying to me. As a business when you s**** up, you eat the cost. The agent said I would not get a refund even because the item arrived.Canada Post's customer service will not help you and I would recommend staying away from them.

      Awful service with dreadful delivery times. Their supposed priority service, which is the fastest they offer, doesn't even arrive on time. It's so strange how they are so lazy and incapable of working. I'm not sure why they're unable to keep up, but it's becoming an embarrassment. At this point, even third-world countries perform better than this... Get it together Canada Post and stop slamming people by taking their money and not delivering their packages when promised.

      To: Canada Post Customer Service,I hope this letter gets through to someone who actually cares. I can't even begin to express the depth of my dissatisfaction with the utterly disappointing service I've received from Canada Post over the past few weeks. It's as if my trust was thrown into a black hole on July 6, 2023, at 20:24:18 when I handed over my package containing crucial immigration documents.I naively believed that paying a premium for your "safest and fastest" method would actually mean something. But here I am, still waiting, with no response from you whatsoever. Your complete lack of concern and disregard for my package's whereabouts has left me feeling abandoned and utterly sad.Do you have any idea how important those immigration documents are? you've left me in the dark since July 12, leaving my life and dreams hanging in limbo. .Because of your incompetence, I've been forced to endure the emotional torment of reproducing all the documents. You've already shown that my concerns mean absolutely nothing to you.I finally resorted to sending the documents again today at 11:28 a.m., but the damage has been done. The consequences of your negligence now threaten to shatter my dreams of a better future. I reach out to you because I believe You owe me more than just an explanation. I demand a swift and immediate solution to this issue, and I expect it without any more excuses or delays. Your lackadaisical approach to my package and the apparent disregard for my emotions are beyond comprehension.I am waiting, though not with much hope, for a response that shows some semblance of understanding and empathy Sincerely,*************************

I was able to locate a service ticket that was created on July 19, 2023. It does appear that the service ticket is currently assigned to Canada Post ***************** for action.       If there was the option for no stars - you bet I would choose that. Canada post has no sense of morality or decent customer service. After having a second package stolen and destroyed down the street I have contacted the customer service multiple times only to be told contact the sender. Please note that after the first package **** stolen and destroyed we left NUMEROUS notes on the new deliveries to not be left on the edge of our front porch for the world to see and to be delivered in the SAFE MAIL BOX on the side of the house - they failed to do anything we asked them to do and refuse to take any accountability or even apologize for causing me to loose over $250 in packages. If i had the choice to never use canada post again, believe me i would. Unfortunately like most goverment processes they will never take accountability or take blame for what was THEIR FAULT - they will only force you to use their HORRIBLE service and then continue to play DUMB when it doesnt work. Thanks again for NOTHING - CANADA POST - DO BETTER!

      I paid 35$ for an express 1-2 day delivery. 6 days later, it is still not delivered. No reason, no explanation, no apology.

      I couldnt have had a more terrible experience with Canada Post. I sent my product priority mail for a birthday gift and they took over 2 months to get it to the person, sending it to multiple wrong facilities and then wanted to charge more than double the product was worth to pick it up! So now, I await patiently for the package to come back to the US. They take no responsibility for their actions and straight up lied about customs and shipping over the phone multiple times!! Extremely dissatisfied and unfortunately will no longer be shipping to Canada at all.

      I agree with most of the reviewers about their experiences with Canada Post ("CP"), to and including but not limited to, late deliveries, lost parcel, poor customer services and registered pieces not delivered to the residents. Bear in mind CP has been charging a premium for the mail services, i.e. about 20% or more higher than most developed countries and if so, the consumers deserve decent and prompt services.Since June 7, 2023, my expediated parcel did not arrived. The tracking system reported a routing error and possible delay. The parcel was sent by a merchant in ***** to *******. I followed the claim procedure listed in CP's website, contacted the seller, obtained a service ticket from CP and received a confirmation email that CP will email me for a resolution on June 20, 2023.To date, I have no words about my parcel, but a follow up email from CP asking me to confirm that I did not receive the parcel. My only assumption is that CP is being pressured by the sender for a trace. If there is a no star review, I would gladly pick that as it would be more appropriate for the service I received.

Perhaps I will look forward to witnessing the improved customer service for my next lost parcel!

      So mad! I could have driven it from Vancouver Island to ******* faster. Paid $84 for 2 day delivery expressdidnt arrive. **************** tells me a card was left at their house; theyve been home, no one came. My online tracking shows it is still in transit??? Which is it??I know (is that even true?) I will get a full shipping refund but it was a gift to arrive before they left for vacation, which is today.Id rather pay double somewhere else, even an ******** courier company, than use this abhorrent service again. Absolutely disgraceful and a ****** embarrassment to be called our countrys post.

      Canada post is a joke of its former self. Everything's gone computer operated so they can cut down on the paychecks and the quality of service went right along with it. I've had two packages that there's been some issue with my address I don't know what the f****** hard about it get your s*** together Canada Post cuz you're a f****** joke right up there with the ******** Navy f***
