      I called 9:00 pm August 3, 2022 this company to book an appointment because my refrigerator freezer was not registering the proper temperature. They booked a window for the appointment between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm Aug. 4th. 2 hours later the same night I cancelled the appointment because we ourselves fixed the issue. I left a voicemail at 11:00 pm the same night as they said I could to book or I assume cancel the appointment. This morning Aug.4th at 9:20 am I called to confirm cancellation and they are insisting on billing me for the appointment. I believe the call is $80. **** ** *** ******** ** ****** *** ********* **** ***** *********  I do not want to be billed and if I do not pay it will damage my great credit rating I've worked on all my life. *** ** **** ****  I do not want to pay them but I don't want a bad credit rating *** ** ***** *** *********  * ****** **** ********* ****** *** **** **** ** ***** *** ******** ********** ***** **** ******* ***** **** **** ********* ***** *** **** * ********* ***** ** *** ******** **** *** *** ** * ***** ** *** **** ********* ****** **** ****** ** ***** *** *** ********** They insist that you can't cancel the appointment and because they tell you that its ok to charge you!!

On June 16, 2022 a repair person came to my house to look at my broken washing machine. He explained for $361 he would take apart my washing machine so he could assess the situation. I agreed he could do that. After taking apart my washing machine he assessed that my washing machine required a new motor. The cost of that motor was $675. I agreed I would purchase a new motor with a 30 day warranty. On June 24 the repair person returned my house and installed the new motor.
On July 3rd I called the company back to let them know my washing machine was still having the same issue. The new motor had not fixed the problem. They told me they were going to check with their warranty department to see if they could send somebody to my house without charging me. On July 11 I had to call them back again to find out if they were in fact going to send a repair person to my house. On July 12 the repair person came to the house, tightened a screw and told me the problem had been fixed. Later that same afternoon I ran the washing machine again and it still did not work. I called the company back that same day July 12. The woman that answered the phone told me that I needed a new drum for the washing machine and that would cost another $1500. The motor on the machine was not the issue after all. I told them to come back and remove the brand new motor and refund me for the motor. I had kept my old motor so they could just reinstall the old motor. I was told unless I wanted to buy a new drum for $1500 there was nothing they would do and they were not going to refund me for anything. After spending over $1000 I was left with a broken washing machine and I had to purchase a brand new machine. I have contacted them again requesting some kind of consideration for the $1000 they charged me for the incorrect assessment of my washing machine but they are not willing to make any reparation for the situation. I am willing to pay for the labour but would like $675 back for the useless motor.

On July 21st I called a A-Team Appliance Repair to come and take a look at my ** fridge which was not cooling. I was told it would be $80 for the visit. The serviceman came out, said he'd fixed some wires and it should be OK. He told me to unplug and turn off at the breaker for 12 hours and that should fix it. If not it could be the compressor. Anyway, the fridge still did not cool down. This cost me a total of $344.65. I called back to ask to speak to the serviceman and was told that I couldn't. They advised they didn't have his number. They told me he had advised that I needed a new compressor. When I told them I felt I need a refund since the fridge was not working and should only pay the $80 for the visit. they disagreed with me and hung up. I called a couple of times but could not get any satisfaction. I hope you can help with this. * ******* ** ** ******** *** ** ****** ********* ** ******* **** ****** I believe I should only have to pay for the visit! Thanks for looking into this for me.
