      Called on March 6 the get a microwave repair. Tech arrived on March 7. Needed to take the microwave to the lab for repair. Was told it would take 2-4 business days. It took 2 weeks, March 20 tech is coming to give the microwave back, got the call that he would arrive in 15 minutes. 1 hour later get a call, he had to cancel. Took an additional 6 days to get the tech to come back, they wouldn't send anyone else to give the microwave back. Total 19 days without a microwave when I was told 2-4 days. ******** ******* *** ********* **** *** ***********  They did give me $20 off which is nice since they have a $15 off coupon for new customers on their website, so I got $5 for the ordeal.

      I had a very disappointing experience. On the phone, it was $80, upon arrival , they charged $280 for apparently mandatory service maintenance, labor cost. the company charged over three times the actual price of a part, $173 for a genuine $50 part. ** ** * *****

      They came to service my ******* washing machine 02/20/2025. I told the gentleman it was the main control board. After about 15 minutes he told me he was positive that it was the pump and water sensor. EVEN AFTER I SAID THE PUMP WORKED AND EMPTIED THE MACHINE AFTER I DID A MAIN BOARD RESET. I asked if it was worth fixing since it was in great condition and a shame to dump. He reassured me that indeed it was worth fixing and I would get many more years out of it and it would only take 3 days. Handed me a bill for $320. labor and $589. for parts. For a total of $1027.17 which I paid on the spot. After 6 days I called and was told the parts will not come in until Mar 7th. I left on vacation on the 8th until the 20th so they came back on the 22 of Mar. and installed a pump & water sensor but not a main control. The serviceman left before it completed a cycle, 16 minutes after it started it stopped again. I phone 45 minutes later and asked for my parts to be returned because there was nothing wrong with the two parts. The said no that they already disposed of the parts and since the new parts are installed they will not remove or refund the money for the parts. I contacted ******* and the parts for pump, water sensor and a control board would be about $500. like I paid. Pump and water sensor was $209.41..In my last contact with this company today they told me that they don't deal with ******* OEM. But for another $509.13 + tx they would order me a main control board. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks and no working wash machine. So I had to buy a new washer. *** * ****** ******* *** * **** * *** ******* buying parts that where NOT needed and not ******* OEM. So the next step after many emails is to phone the lawyer, file in small claims court. And remove the 2 parts myself to take to court.!

      They came to fix a refrigerator and charged ** *** for a repair that did not fix the problem. Charged us a total of $300. They call themselves the A-team. ****** ** **** **** ******** *** **** ** *** **** ******** ****** *** *** **** * ******** ** ** *** **** *** ***** *** ** *** *** **** ******* ***** *** *** ******* *** ******** **** *** **** ** *** ******* They hang up on you when you complain. ** ****** ** **** ********* ** ** ********* *******  How do you charge for something you didn't fix!

      I was recommended this person by *** ********** where I purchased my ******* dryer. He seemed very polite, agreed to come look at my dryer quickly. He arrived late on the first appointment, looked at the dryer, told me it needed parts, he would look into ordering them. A week or so went by, I checked in with him to see what was happening, he told me still hadn’t heard anything back. He suggested coming back and greasing the ballbearings to see if that would help. I said yes. Again, late for the second appointment, greased everything left. The sound resumed immediately and I tried to get in touch with him again about parts, at this point he started not responding. I managed to source the parts myself, was told that they are in stock, the price of them, not a problem to get them quickly. The part company also recommended a different company to come and fix it, called them, dryer is fixed.       Worst experience ever with repairman. ******* * **** ******** Washer wasnt going on to spin at the end of the cycle. Two men show up tell me that they have to service it for 290.00 then tell me it will cost over 700.00 to fix. I say no please put it back together i will buy a new one. Starts asking me how much i will pay to fix it and i continue to say put it back together. Then puts something in and tells me i owe 455.00. plus tax. I said to him i told you to put it back together and you put in a pump. Continued to gaslight me and say he told you, with the other serviceman nodding. Crazy experience, i paid to get rid of them. * ******* **** *** ***** ** ******** *** ******* **** **** ****** ***** *** **** **** ****** ** *** ***** ****

      **** ******** ** * ***** they charge people a lot of money and give them misinformation and even though the contract says they will refund the money. They do not refund the money. I was charged $632 which $300 was labour and non refundable but they were supposed to refund the rest of the money. However they are not refunding my money now. I have called the multiple times to resolve the issue but despite of that they have done nothing to resolve it.

      **** ******* ** * ***** ***** Charged for parts that were not installed. When challenged because the washing machine was not working right, faced delay after delay. Had to check on warranty for a part that was just put in a week before? Cancelled scheduled appointment, the day of, saying the part did not come in. Offered to call when part arrive and install for free? Already paid for part and outlandish services charge. Only cash or debit payments! Should have rung the bell right away.
      When calling to resolve issues, put on hold, cut off call, had to call back several times. Receptionist **** for serviceman, saying he tried the phone numbers on call and no one was home, while we have phone numbers coming in identifying the name of the repairman, as we were sitting around
      waiting for his call. Phones rang once. Immediately called back thinking we were cut off , NO answer. Because, we had already paid, over $600.00 and still had no part, I decided to try to remain calm, until we received the part. My husband asked to see the part and it appeared to be the original. The washer is a good 15-20 years old. Thought we were through with the scam and was resolved to let it go. Our bad luck, however, I go to do my laundry today and NOW it appears the nob that turns on washer does not work. * ** ********* ** *** ******* ** * ******* * ****** **** **** **** ** * ******* ** ***** *** ***** ********* *** ********** **********

      They came out to look at a broken washing machine. They charged 320 for a diagnostic test then said it needed a new motor and a bar was bent which cost another 456 with a total bill of 876.88 They wanted all the money up front. They came 2 weeks later he didn't even have the right tools to get the motor out and the new one in. Then he said another part was broken which would cost another 592 dollars. l lost 876.88 on a washing machine with a new motor that is still broken and l don't even know if he broke the other part since their was no mention of it before. **** *** ******** an honest repair would have told you up front if the machine could be fixed not take your money pretend to fix and then find more problems. l worked to hard for my money to be taken advantage of like this, this company is interested in taking your money not in fixing the problem, **** ****** ** **** **** ** **** ***** ***** **** ***** **** ******** *******
