      Repeated Calls about a balance owing on a with ** ********* that they want to settle. I have no ** accounts or had any Contact with ** ********* of 18 years. Collection Agencies cannot collect or report on debt any later than two years from the last payment or acknowledgement of the debt in ONTARIO.

      Called them to find out who I iwe money to and they told me. I called the place and they said I don't owe anything.

      They are calling repeated I have answered once and was on hold for 40 minutes. When I was able to speak to a person they asked what I was calling about...they called me.

      When they asked if that was me, I advised it is not as there is no charge they are referring too on my credit report. They are calling in reference to a credit card which I never had, I do have a charge for that bank but not that account. When I requested the original contract with my signature they sent me an email with no mention of me what so ever.

      I told them I'd like the original contract that was purchased by them for collections they repeated giving the same information.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have requested the original document showing my signature as proof this a legitimate debt. I understand it may be hold it also may not belong to me as I have had only one account of that bank and is it closed and up to date. 

      Unless other documents can be provided. Please cease all communication to me as it will be **********. 

      As show the above is nothing I could not print my self. Please have the contract signed by myself that you claimed to have purchased sent to me. 

      If this is done I can make payment arrangements promptly.

      They call me 3 times a day trying to collect what they say is a debt from 8 years ago. **** *** ********* **.

      Vertias has been calling my phone number ever sense I got it about 5 years ago, they are looking for a diffrent person than me and most of the calls have been very vague to what they are looking for, It is ridiculous that they are calling me as a minor when I have asked them multiple times to stop calling.

      Veritas has been calling me almost daily for months, with two options, "press 1 if this is you" or "press 2 is this is not you", regardless of the option I am never able to get in contact with anyone. If I call their toll free numbers I am put in a hold loop that never ends. I have no business dealings with this company and want to know why they are calling, and clear up any discrepancies. Most importantly I want them to stop calling me if no one is ever going to speak to me and let me know what is going on. "Businesses" like this should be shut down and never allowed to operate in this country, ** ***** **** * ***** ***** *

      This company persists in calling me about someone else. I have no debts. Their calls do not ring through, they go directly into my voicemail. There is no callback number only a statement to press 1 or press 2. They must use a blocker because there is no record in my recent calls of their number. In the past 4 months I have received 3 calls a day, plugging up my voicemail. Someone (new lady, probably) recently called and left a message with a Veritas Alliance number to call back. I have called, waited for an hour or more only to have the line hang up. I am a senior, have had this number for more than 20 years and they are truly making my life miserable. They are invading my privacy. They have no basis for their calls and no permission from me, which I understand makes the calls illegal under CASL legislation.

      This business has been calling me multiple times a day for months looking for someone who is not me. I have advised them of this SEVERAL times. Each time they say they will remove my number and they never do. I've now tried to contact them directly to complain and have my phone number removed. Each time I call they hear that I want my number removed and immediately hang up on me. This is becoming harassment. I do not want calls from this company anymore.

      I have my most recent credit report and there is no outstanding collections, yet for some reason Veritas Alliance is calling me at a number that was never on file at the time of debts that were owed. This is against the law in Alberta under the consumer protection act, which is where I am based and have always been based.

      I receive frequent phone calls from Veritas Alliance for a collection they claim to have against me however my credit report from ********** clearly shows that I have no outstanding collections against my name. Since my report verified to me that I have no collections or debt that could possibly be linked to this company I wish for them to stop all contact to me as it is reaching to levels of harassment with the frequent calls.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have never had **** with ** ****. I visited the branch closest to my house and they confirmed to me that there was no account under my name with my Date of Birth on record. I am currently looking into this with ******* and looking into how to verify the original debt as I believe it to be fraudulent. If I could get a copy of the original contract and debt from ** It would greatly assist with me sorting this out. I am confirming that I reject this response from the business because the debt in question was not mine as I never had a **** with ** ****.

      I am rejecting this response because:On both responses Veritas has still not provided me with a full account number so I am unable to verify with ** **** about the account and as I responded before they let me know that there was no account on file with my details so there was nothing attaching me to any credit associated with ** ****. I believe this debt is fraudulent as I have never been associated with ** **** in any capacity whether it be credit or debit.

      I also checked my ******* report which let me know I have no outstanding collections against me again leading me to believe this debt is fraudulent.
