      We paid greensaver $452.00 to do an energy evaluation on our house on Oct.11/22. They scheduled me an appointment for Oct.28/22 then they canceled there appointment on Oct.24/22 and said they would reschedule the next week. They have not gotten back to me even after multiple emails and phone calls, all I want is my money back but they do not answer emails or phone.

      I purchased an audit October 5 and was give a date for the audit October 27 @ 1 PM. On October 25 I received an Email that my audit was cancelled and someone would call the next week to re schedule. I have not heard back from them at all. When I call it says no one is available to take your call leave a message and we will return your call. They are not returning calls. I have left a couple Emails nothing. I would like my money back is all

      I paid $452 for the Greener Homes pre-retrofit evaluation on August 18

      A representative arrived at my home on September 2, 2022. They committed to providing a report within 2-3 weeks. Here is a quote from their e-mail: "A full and detailed written report on the energy efficiency of the home that will provide a better idea of how much energy savings each upgrade will achieve will be provided within 2-3 weeks of the evaluation." The report is CRITICAL as it allows me to apply for the Ontario Greener Homes Grant. Otherwise, the evaluation is worthless. A report is mandatory for the grant application.

      I followed up via e-mail after 5 weeks on October 7, 2022. The company responded on the same day indicating that they notified the advisor's team.

      On October 26, 2022, I followed up again via e-mail as there was no response. This time, there was no response to my e-mail. I have followed up again today on November 3, 2022. I have now read many reviews online that the company just takes your money and does not respond.

      I am requesting a full refund. The reason for the request is that even if the company provides the pre-retrofit report, I would be required to get a post-retrofit report for an additional fee in order to received the Greener Homes Grant. Many reviews online suggest that they have not been able to complete the post-retrofit evaluation. I paid for a service where I received nothing in return.

      As part of the IESO Home Winterproofing program, we had an inspector from Greensaver come to our home over 2 years ago. That was the last we heard about it. We contacted them again this Spring, and they sent a second inspector who told us we have half the insulation we should, and that because of our previous delay he'd try to expedite the process. Weeks went by and we communicated repeatedly by email, with the inspector reassuring us he would be providing answers as to when the process would begin. Still more weeks and nothing. Finally my wife received a phone call, followed by a letter, stating we would NOT be eligible and that our home has the necessary insulation - with NO explanation as to how they reached this conclusion. We wrote and phoned, leaving messages, and there was NO attempt to contact us to discuss the matter.

      Now I learn from Ms. ****** ********, Senior Policy Advisor, Conservation and Energy Efficiency at the Ontario Ministry of Energy, that Greensaver will not be employed by IESO to carry out home winterproofing in 2023, and that they are wrapping up current projects.       On October 4th I booked and paid for an Energy Audit to be done by Green Saver to qualify for the ******* **** ****** grant. The initial booking was made for Oct 17 at 9:00 and the company charged my credit card the fee of $452. On Oct they emailed to let me know that they had to cancel the appointment and would contact me to reschedule the audit in my home. I have been trying to reach the company since this cancellation and can not get through to anyone. The company has yet to reach out to try and remedy the situation. I am looking to be refunded what I have paid.

      We paid for a green energy assessment for our windows to which the first assessment was completed. Now that new windows are installed the company canceled our follow up appointment so we can get the government rebate. Now it's been a month and no one is answering our calls or returning them from the business. We are now out hundreds and potentially up to $2500. We don't know what we can do to take action.

      Greensaver is registered as part of the ******* ***** rebate program. I booked a pre retrofit audit and paid $400 plus $52 HST by **** on Oct 13th. I was advised audit would take place on Nov 21st and told if I could find a different provider with an earlier date I could cancel with full refund. I cancelled 48 hrs later & was assured a refund. Refund never came & phone calls & emails to business connect with answering service “ no operators available “ message for over 2 wks with no communication from Greensaver.
