    Broke our contract didn't pay off my rentals from reliance this contract was aug of 2023 no rebate paying 240 bi weekly to finance the heat pump can't get in touch with the company so my question is why do I pay finance company on a broken contract *** ******** ** ******** **** * **** ? I have contacted a legal person to investigate.

    Terrible terrible service. The warranty is a *** do not fall for that. The rebate offered is completely false. * **** * *** **** **** * * ***** There is no valid number to reach them at anymore. I hundred percent got ******* and I don’t know what to do

    They come to your house with great promises, do a quick install, and you never hear from them again.
    I was promised a 300$ **** card, and a 1400$ Government rebate.
    A year later they sent me a 300$ e-transfer, 3 years later still waiting on this 1400$ rebate.
    They ignore emails, phone calls, text messages, and are no where to be found.
    The portal doesn't work any more for any of my accounts.

    Worst experience ever, this company promised a government rebate, also promised to buy out our hot water tank, also promised zero percent financing on the loan, also promised a ****** gift card, not one promise completed one year later , also workmanship was poor and the installation was a hack job ,the technicians had to come back several times to fix deficiencies,our heat pump still does not work and we have it by passed , can’t ever get through to the company for service , every time I call no matter time or day you get put on hold with a message stating that they are experiencing an unusually high call volume and get hung up on after waiting for 15 minutes,spoke with ******** regarding the rebate and they said I’m not on the list for rebates as provincial smart home gave me a reference number to track my rebate on two separate occasions and both times the numbers were false as per ********,

    They have purchased a new tankless water heater, hepa, attic installation and a **** and forth sol from the smart home . Now we can't get a hold if the company via telephone or email. We need help with this ** ** **** **** *** * ***** ****** **** ** ****

    I had this company come into my home as I thought they were with the government. I needed insulation and I had heard that you would get a rebate for doing it. I ended up getting a heat pump and a hybrid water heater too. They were to buy out my water heater with ******** as part of the contract. So this all happened in January and as of this date they still haven’t paid it out.
    They ignore my phone calls, hang up on me and don’t reply to my emails.
    I highly doubt that there will be rebates either. This company has **** to me so many times I can’t count them
    So I’m now with a collection agency because they haven’t paid ******** out yet. It’s been 10 months since I had it all installed so you would think it’s been long enough to pay it out. I would definitely not recommend Provincial Smart Home to anyone. **** **** **** *****

    This company coersed ** ****** to sign a contract to replace her current water heater with a tankless water heater in total she is now on the cuff for $17500 and there is now a lien on her property she didn't have a cooling off period or nothing her payments went from $44 every 2 weeks to all of a sudden $79.80 every two weeks and now Thier phone number is not in service they ** ** *** * ******** ********** ******* ** *** ******* *** should be held accountable, ** **** ** ******** *******

    No return call no promises kept
    I have **** ********** ** consumer court for they never paid other company off.
    ********* ** ***** ********** House only half attic done
    Drywall mud splats all over hall,
    Left all there garbage plus no clean up done.
    Put this ***** tank on water softener now everything is yellow

    Still waiting on my refund it has been almost a year. They say they would pay out my
    Old
    Services and I’m still paying, now paying both! I’ve tried to call many times but phone number does not work! I’ve went on the portal and I do not see any changes. **** ***** ** * ***** When my year is up and if I haven’t got my refund to put on my bill I will be canceling my banking if someone doesn’t get a hold of me. **** ** ******

    We started our process with PSHS in November 2023. Install of heat pump, insulation and follow up was completed by January 2024 at which time we were told it would be a minimum of 8 months until we received our rebate cheque. It is now almost 10 months later and we have yet to receive a rebate and can no longer get in touch with PSHS. Their website no longer works, phone calls go unanswered, and the app no longer works. Feeling as though the entire rebate was a **** and that we should be looking for a legal option.
