    Waiting 10 months for audit
    Waiting 10 months for them to pay off our ******** account as promised. ******** has now sent to collections.
    No one returns calls or emails.
    WORSE DECISION WE MADE SWITCHING TO THIS ****

    I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I was misled by their sales team, resulting in significant financial losses. The sales rep made grand promises of installing energy-efficient devices, rebates from ********, interest-free repayment installments, and free maintenance for 10 years. However, it has been over 9 months since the installation and I haven’t received a single rebate or any update from ********. After numerous attempts to contact the company, I decided to call ******** myself, only to discover they had no record of any rebate under my account—clearly, the company never followed through on their claims.
    The equipment I purchased (HVAC, attic insulation, and water heater) was sold at highly inflated prices, costing me $22,000 for equipment that should have cost half that. They also promised to buy out my rental water heater, which they have yet to do. To make matters worse, my energy bills have actually increased rather than decreased, despite being assured that I would save hundreds of dollars.
    This company has ignored my emails and phone calls, *** **** ***** **** ******* ******* * ********** *********.     Extremely Disappointing Experience!
    I’m writing to share our frustrating experience with this heat pump company. My grandmother and I arranged for them to install heat pump heads in our home back in April 2024, as we had no heating. We were initially in good contact, but once we wanted to discuss the next steps, communication completely fell off. Despite multiple calls each day for weeks, we heard nothing for six months.
    In the meantime, we had to make the tough decision to install a furnace to keep warm. The renovations continued around the abandoned heat pump heads, which only added to our frustration. After many attempts to reach out, we finally received a call back. However, we were left wondering what to do next. With the furnace now in place, we’re faced with the possibility of having to cancel the heat pumps. If they take the heads back, they will need to repair the drywall and plaster the holes, which is an additional burden.
    The lack of responsibility, communication, *** *************** from this company has been incredibly disappointing. We do not recommend their services.

    My husband and I, who are seniours, were misled and taken advantage of, and received unethical and fraudulent behaviour. We received 2 'ductless' heat pumps, but we under the impression that they would be 'ducted' through our furnace, as a result of an inspection of our furnace. We did not receive any documentation and everything was done on-line, so we had no contract or invoice to refer to, until after the fact. The cost of this upgrade was $25,000., which we felt was quite exhorbitant.
    We finally got the one 'ducted' heat pump that we originally wanted, but were charged an additional $3,000. for that. The only reason why we agreed to the $25,000. was because we were promised that we would receive up to $10-,000. grant back from the gov't, and they said we were approved for $7,1000. and that they would take care of everything. We were misled all along that they were facilitating the grant for us, and they kept saying they were 'checking into the status' of the grant, whenever we would call. They said it would take 6 to 8 months to receive, and upon further probing, we were finally told the truth, that WE were supposed to apply for the grant. It is now Sept, and too late, as the Greener Homes Grant is no longer accepting applications, Our work was completed by the end of Jan. 2024, and we are now possibly 'screwed' for every receiving any grant. DO NOT DEAL WITH PROV. SMART HOMES !!! THEY LIE AND CHEAT AND STEAL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE !!!!!

    I have been trying to reach them by phone and email but nothing works. I can’t even access their website anymore. They owe me $1000 rebate that was supposed to come 3 months after installation and it has been almost 2 years. I don’t have access to my file either. Awful service and very disappointing.

    I had signed up with PSHS for installing a Heat pump and Hybrid Electric Water heater on 6th Nov 2023 with their salesman Nitesh B. I was promised a rebate of $7,900 and a buy out of my water tank (approx $1,200) and that this would save around 40% of the gas/electric bills. The installation was done promptly the very next day.
    It has been almost a year now and I have neither received the rebate amount nor the rebate as promised. I have had to pay the buyout price for the water tank myself and the company has not reimbursed it yet. Have been trying to get in touch with the company, but no one answers the phone lines or replies to the emails. The salesman has since left the company and is not ready to respond either. The app does not work either, so there is no way for the customer to reach them. They had promised free maintenance for 10 years, but there is no one responding to any maintenance calls. Now I have equipment installed which is less than 5K in actual cost, but has been billed at $25k to be paid over 20 years with interest. I am now in debt to pay more than $25k with interests amounting to another 1000s of dollars over 20 years as the finance agreement is with a 3rd Party called *********. I do not wish to continue with this agreement and would like to come out of it as nothing is being serviced / refunded /reimbursed as promised.

    I have been trying to call the business for the last 6 months in regards to my water heater pay out and no response. I've asked for a manager to call me. She never calls back either. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I am proceeding with a law suit with a litigation lawyer

    This company replaced my AC unit with heat pump and replaced my gas power water heater to electric heater in August 2023. They promised rebate $8650.00 and assured me that Provincial Samrt Home service will be responsible for the whole amount if Enbridge not pay. I haven’t received any rebate yet. I called several time but no response. To replace these two items, they charged $25,000.00 and arranged the loan through Vault company. The market value for these items with installation cost is less than 9,000.00. They overcharge and trapped me with a loan of $25,000.00. The sales person offered the loan with 0% interest for 20 years and Province smart Home never told me that there will interest for this loan after one year. I payed $46 biweekly as per 0% rate of interest for 1 year but now i am paying $121 biweekly as per current interest rate. Provincial Samrt Home service offered 10 year free maintenance in the agreement for the installed equipment but they break that promise and informed that they going to charge monthly $9.99 exactly after one year.
