    * **** *** ***** ********** ** ****** * ***** ***.
    The representative was here the very same day to sell the product with all fancy promises, which they never ever kept up.
    **** ******* *** *** ******* ****** ** ****** ** *** ***** **** ** **** ** *** ******** ******* ****. The people at the sales are super elegant in their conversation to coax you into signing the contract. They talk you into signing the contract somehow with all rebates deals etc.
    I was promised a 900$ credit with 400 gift card and complete payout for my ******** water heater. The tankless water heater was installed back in Oct 2022 and i was promised all of the above by Nov 9, 2022 (14 days from the day of installation). Its Feb 9th today and after 40-45 calls, i have not received a penny from them nor a single word of hope that they will pay me ever. *** ******** **** ****** ********* *** ***** *** * ***** ** ************ **** ******* **** ************** ** ********* *** *****. They shamelessly tell you that the matter will be taken care of with immediate effect.
    It is so frustrating that the after 45 calls, each customercare person i talk to keeps repeatedly asks the same question and gives me the same answer. The moment I change the tone due to frustration, the person starts foul mouthing and cuts the phone.
    None of the customer service person tells you his/her name upon attending your call.. ***** *** ***** **** **** **** *** *** ******* There is one person i got her to say her name, perhaps a fake name, she goes by Nicollete and i have spoked to her at least 3 times so far within the 45 calls i have made.. She kept promising me that everything will be taken care of and she would call me back with all sorted out.. On the 3rd call, she is now asking me for all the documents that they got from me on Day1 (Back in Nov 2022). ** ******* **** **** ***** *** ***** ** ********** **** ******* ** ***** ****** ****** ***** ******** **** ****** *****. Already, I have a collection letter from ********.

    In March of 2022 Provincial Smart Home Services sent a rep to my home to determine if we could save money by replacing or upgrading things. It was determined that a new a/c, hot water system, and insulation would result in savings. A promise of a rebate of $2000 and other savings were made. I agreed to the contract and then the trouble started. Attic insulation was to be 25" but only 21" were installed. What used to cost me $60 a month became a loan of $18000 with a bi weekly pymnt of $46 over 10 years. The rebate has been promised at $2000 and then $2500 and now $2600. Now there is an energy audit required and was previously included, now they want $750 for the audit before they will give the rebate. All appointments for the audit have been scheduled multiple times (4-5) but all have been "no shows" without any notice of cancellation or contact. I have called numerous times and been promised a resolution but like all promises they make...$2.00 and a promise will get you a coffee. * ***** **** ***** ***** *** **** ******** * **** ***** *** ******* *** ****** ******** *** *** * ***** *** **** *** ***** ** *** *** **** ******** We have remaining work to be done, I have contacted this company by phone 9 times, contacted the representative 4 times and ABSOLUTLY NO RESPONSE!
    I hope I don't need service on my furnace because my family would freeze to death by the time we receive a CALL BACK! The sales pitch was that their service is absolutely outstanding, THIS WAS DEFINITLEY THE JOKE OF THE DAY.
    100% SUB STANDARD SERVICE!
    I don't think anyone works there, I have asked to speak with the CEO, COO, VP of Sales, Manager of Customer Service but it looks as though they do not want to step up and deal with this SUB STANDARD SERVICE of this company.
    They get your money and forget about you!

    After having an in house audit by a Representative of the Company we were told we would receive a $1450.00 rebate, a $600.00 utility credit (we chose *** *** ******), To have a tankless water heater installed and blown in insulation into Attic. Removal of Hot water heater and tankless heater install and plus insulation was performed the next day. Hot water heater pick up charge was $300.00 in which Provincial said they would credit since they put in writing there would be no charge for this. All this work was done July 14, 2022. As of today November 8th, 2022 and 6 phone conversations we have not received the above $1450.00 credit, our Gas Account has not been issued a credit of $600.00 and the $300.00 hot water tank pick up has not been credited. In our conversation today with Provincial Customer Service Rep. we were informed we must now pay $750.00 for an after audit inspection to be eligible for a government rebate. Why after almost four months, multiple phone calls are we just now hearing about this? If this was explained in the beginning we may not have had work done. In the end we have monthly payments to pay for approximately $15,000.00 for the above work, no government rebate, no utility credit and no reimbursement for the hot water tank pick up. This company has made false claims, not honoured it’s written contract incentives, lacked transparency and did not inform us of details after numerous phone calls. *** * ******* **** * ***** ********* ** **** ***** ******** * ******* ****** ** ****** ****

    Installation not completed. Been promised an electrician would come and no one shows up and I receive no help whatsoever. I have a water heater and furnace connected by extension cords cut to fit plug. I have spent three days waiting. First time when I called electrician had a flat tire. Was supposed to show at 9 am. Waited second day and didn’t show again. On phone and was promised technician would call and nothing

    This company has charged about 40% above cost of products. That aside the so called professional installers blew several fuses ( which they did send a electrician to fix. While installing tankless water heater water was everywhere which they tried to wipeup witb one of my bath towels and not tell me. I also had a floodlight installed to replace my old one. Instead of taking the old one off the vinyl plate in the soffit he grabbed a2×4 and screwed it to the vinyl leaving open spaces for hornets. There is also a smart home doorlock that no one can get to work. They said they would send a booster which never happened.
