They pretend to care but the don't.. I also asked if we can make arrangements for them to come a get there stuff out of my house, so I can bring in a more reliable company.. no response... it has been almost a year.. This is a joke... I need my air conditioner yearly check on it, but affraid to try and schedule it!
This is horrible that a company like ******** is allowing this company to drag their name through the mud!

On Dec. 7, 2021 a Sales Rep came to my home to offer a program and services offered by PSHS. We were told that we would receive an ******** Rebate of $2200 and a $1500 Utility Bill credit that would be split between gas and hydro. We signed up and the equipment was installed.
On Feb 3, 2023 the required audit was conducted. It was at this time that the Auditor informed us that we had to pay $735 upfront, and we would be reimbursed. However, he did not tell us when or who would reimburse us. This was completely unexpected as the sales rep did not inform us of having to pay for the audit at all.
Since the audit we have been struggling to get the reimbursements we were told. Between June 2022 and Oct 2022, we called 21 times. Each time we had to explain the situation. Each time we asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, never received a call back.
At this point we were still waiting for the $1500 Utility Bill Credit. As our calls were not being returned, we decided to visit the office in Etobicoke on October 21, 2022. After back and forth discussions with PSHS customer service and ********, providing copies of our utilities bills again, we were told the Utility Bill Credit would be applied by end of day. It was not.
What we believed at the time to be the $1500 Utility Bill credit, was applied to our gas utility account for the November 2022 billing. At the end of March 2023 this credit was reversed. I spoke with a supervisor at the utility company and was told the credit was issued to the wrong account. Due to privacy regulations, she could not tell me who reversed payment.
Since then, I have called the sales rep that originally came to my home to get help/direction on next steps. Once again, my calls are not being returned.

We have a furnace and water heater through this company. After many calls for faulty issues with the furnace they keep saying that they will be in contact and send out a repair person. It has been weeks and no response. They are failing to go against their contract. **** ******* ** ******* ***** ** * *****

I signed a a contract 01/15/ 2023 cost $13000.00 have not received an invoice with an itemized list of what was promised. In order to get the 1650 rebate I was told to schedule an inspection cost of $750.00. Some compensation was promised for repairs I had to do after the installers left. After 3 months and many phone calls they have not payed for the removal of hot water tank, ruts in the lawn, poor installation of gasline and vent. At 78 years old their request to take pictures and sent them with PDF files is unreasonable.

My experience with this company from the start ( only been three weeks ) has been
    poor communication
    poor resolution
Assigning Questionable trades personnel to my home
Billing me before their entire contract instal was completed
Contract still not completed to date
The things they tell you do not happen as they say which leads to frustration and anger

11 06 2022 I was contacted Javed K. and promises were made and he signed the agreement to update my furnace. They also installed a door chime and water softener. Door bell hanging off the wall and 4 promises to have a technician over to fix my bell and water softener. My contract says all maintenance in my home is covered including my fireplace, air conditioner etc. Also promised $1400.00 in rebate for hydro. ****** ***** is the financial company that I signed my agreement with and so far no results. I purchased a bunch of equipment including a tankless water heater from Provincial Smart Homes in the summer of 2022. Since then, they promised me they will reimburse the water heater buyout charge from ******** (~$4000) and I will receive a credit for utility costs. HOWEVER, it's been 7 months after I signed the contract with them, I emailed them 6 times and called them more than 10 times, and I still haven't been reimbursed for the water heater buyout charge.
Their customer service has a good attitude, but they never give you a clear image on what's going on in the background. Their authentication process is terrible as well. They never really care who you are, as long as you pay them money and you can't expect to get your money back from them

Provincial Smart Home Services (PSHS) - When a young rep came over to explain the great offer to upgrade our heating/cooling system, he explained only what he wanted us to know. The administration fees were wavered, but then the fee came out of our account. But after we signed the contract (online, in the early evening and had to hurry up while the head office was on the telephone with us to guide to where to sign). We then received the contract the next day. And when we read it, we were stunned that we are attached to a loan with a third party financial with very high interest rates that the salesman doesn't mention. They installed a cheaper Heat Pump than the one circled on their pamphlet. They did not know how to complete the installation properly. So therefore, PSHS sent another independent company '******* **********' to complete the job, but representative refused to touch the unit because of the improper installation. Very shoddy workmanship! Try to contact them and it is almost impossible t0 connect with them to resolve our issues.
We did the same type of new installation of our HVAC system 10 yrs. ago in our CONDO with ******** and did not encounter any such problems.
