      I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my friend. He has been receiving phone calls from *** for a very long time. He is 76 years old and has several health problems that are already giving him great distress. He has been through some emotionally difficult hardships in the past few years and is becoming more and more distressed. Please stop these phone calls!!!

      I'm being constantly called for debt far beyond the scope of limitations. At this point I'm being harassed and when I asked to stop calling me they simply replied that they will not stop. They were rude while I asked kindly to remove me from their calls. They call from so many numbers, I cannot block them all.

      The *** Group is attempting to collect on a debt that is FAR past the statute of limitations; this debt is even older than can be reported on my credit rating. I want an immediate cease and desist of all collections of this debt and an ironclad assurance that the *** Group will not be trying to have this added to my credit report.

      I get up to ten calls per day but they are not looking for me. They are looking for someone I was involved with and somehow they found me and now harass me multiple times a day - every day for at least a year even while I am at work! This is unacceptable. I do not owe any money. Each time they call, I report and then block the number. This has to stop, its beyond ridiculous and tantamount to harassment.

      I contacted LENDCARE after several attempts I was finally able to speak to someone who told me they did not have access to the original contract . I do not have a contract with PRA GROUP **** but I reached out to them as well and never got an answer after many attempts and I left several messages with my contacts i formation and requested the original contract , it has been over a month and I still have not heard back from them .

      I contacted LENCARE and the answered after 4 days of me calling they said they couldnt find the original contract .I am not liable for this debt with ********. I do not have a contract with PRA GROUP *** , I also contacted them and they did not provide me with the original contract as requested.
